I bought my phone and switched to Verizon a year ago. The guys working seemed really helpful. They offered me a gift card for switching and an awesome promotion. A year later, Ive never received the gift card or had the promotion activated on my bill. Ive spent hours on the phone with Verizon and spoken with the store manager. The promotion they sold me the phone with never existed. They flat out lied to me to sell me a phone that I never would have bought without the promotion deal. They refuse to honor and Verizon says they have nothing to go off of since my word against theirs. I just found out they did the same thing to my boss. They are huge scammers and will lie and makeup anything to get you to spend money. 0 stars if it were possible.
Amazing service!! I walked in there at 6pm (an hour before closing) and Gus was absolutely amazing. I apologized for it being so late (I used to work retail, I know how it is) and he was super happy to help. I was in there earlier in the day trying to transfer service from my parents phone plan to my own phone plan. I needed a new phone that day, so we decided to just start a whole new line on my own and just cancel out the other line. Gus was completely informative and polite while I was picking out a phone. Any questions I had, he answered. He was very trustworthy and extremely polite and fun to talk to! He was not pushy, but instead, helped me figure out what I needed for my phone/phone plan. If you need help, 10/10 recommend Gus!!

Ali was wonderful and patient! She spent an hour trying to get a new SIM card to work in an old phone. We were not successful, but she was entertaining and tried everything to get it working. Thanks so much for your help Ali! Going back for a new phone soon.
I bought some screen protectors there at the same time I purchased an iPad and the latest iPhone. When I went in for help (I just live down the street). Saul informed me that they no longer carry that brand. I have tried social media for remedy. I believe I will try small claims. Don’t buy your stuff there there is plenty of good Verizon stores near by

I moved my three lines over from AT&T. I walked out of the Verizon store with 3 new iPhones and 2 Apple watches - all for less than I was paying for my 3 lines at AT&T. Sarah and her team were patient, friendly and did a terrific job coordinating the change and making it easy. Thanks for all of your help!!

The service was great. The information was detailed but you had explained in laymans terms. Jeff was willing to spend time explaining things to me that was not even going to be part of my purchase. In this day and age I really appreciate that kind of customer service. It is hard to find!
Hated it is saying it lightly, I would avoid this store like the plague. I would not trust them at all. My wife went in to activate a phone that she brought from home to my existing account. We had a phone number on the account that was not active, for some reason the representative activated an additional phone number on the account. I went into the store to ask why they just didnt reactivate the unused number that we already had on the account. He stated that since my wife brought in her own phone that her number was on a month to month plan so that she could update it at any time. I found out later at home while I was checking out my account online that her number was on a two year contract! I called Verizon and they didnt understand why she had a two year contract on a phone that she brought from home, and that they would call the store the following day. Two days later the GoWireless store called my wife wanting her to come in to sign a contract (on a phone that supposed to have a month to month plan), so I went back in to talk to the same representative that I talked to a couple days back. I told him that my wifes phone had a two year contract, he insisted that it didnt. I told him to look up the account, and he refused! I told him three times to bring up the account to look at it, and he flat out said No!. He did offer to call Verizon, but at this point I was quite angry, and I stormed out of the store. I could not believe that he would not do something as simple as look up the account, you walk into any Verizon store and just say Can you pull up my account, and they will gladly do so. In my opinion this was very, VERY poor customer service. I refuse to take my business to a place that does not have good customer service. In an age where everything is made in China, the only thing we have left here in the US is customer service. And Ive had BETTER customer service dealing with Chinese companies than what Ive had dealing with this store. And thats saying a lot! I had to contact Verizon directly to have them switch my wifes phone number back to a month to month service. Keep in mind this store only has Verizons name on it, it is not a true Verizon wireless store, it is privately owned. And if they dont change how they do things with their customers I doubt it will be in business long.P.S. I normally dont take the time to give reviews, unless they are outstandingly good, or in this case outstandingly bad.
I am computer and phone illiterate. The staff at the Enumclaw Verizon store has been unbelievably helpful with setting up my phone and how to use it! You should be very proud of these employees! Always shop here
I came in with some technical questions and ended up leaving with a great deal! Michael did an amazing job getting my phone set up and was actually able to save me some money! I highly recommend stopping by this store as they take care of the customer every time!
They cant figure out what is wrong with my phone. All they want is to sell me a new one. Phone is only 2 years old and never did work right.
Melissa is wonderful! Every time I come in she greets me with a smile, and remembers me by name. Even when Im in for tech questions she has no problem helping an old person like me. She holds the door for me everytime Im on my way out and does so for everyone else. Definitely lives by the small town name. Always recommend this store.
My phone was all messed up and Jason was such great help. Not only did he know how to fix my phone but him and Victoria were so very friendly. Would recommend this Version store to any one any time.

It was a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing environment and ease with transferring my iPhone five s to my iPhone 6s plus. She was extremely helpful and assisted me through all of the mumbo-jumbo of contracts!
Went in to this store yesterday with service problems on my phone. Jeff took care of us and we left with a fixed phone and a new tablet. Jeff was great, go see him if you need help with your Verizon phone!! Very happy customer!

Awful! Waited over 30mins for billing help and ended up just leaving. Very Unstaffed. Need to have more then one employee working at a time. Esp on the weekends.
