Getting service done there was the worst decision for me I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra I took it in for an engine light/ limp mode issue and they told me it was the transmission offered a quote of over 5k. Shortly after took it to my friends transmission shop he said it’s perfectly fine it was starving of fuel. Needed a fuel pump. I didn’t get my money back for all the “testing”they did. There a scam for money as how I see them.

Awful! I got my car back with oil all over it, inside and out. When I said something while I was there they handed me a paper towel and said “sorry” and went on about their day! Meanwhile I’m cleaning oil out of my car I bought the week before from someone who had always taken it here. I reached out, emailing and messaging them and never received a response or anything. They also charged me for a tire rotation I didn’t ask for and didn’t even know about until I got my bill. Do Better!!!

For 65 years I have hated to shop for automobiles. I would rather clean house under my wifes supervision, until today. What a great experience. One stop, Brandon Clepper had the car I had inquired about waiting at the front door when I arrived. I gave him my keys, took a drive in the car in question. It was exactly as described and was demonstrated professionally by Brandon. He gave an excellent trade proposal and within 15 minutes we worked out a suitable compromise. If you cant stand looking for days and haggling for hours, I suggest you head over to Northcutt Toyota and deal with professional sales people. And, if you happen to be an old OU football fan they will tell you about Ken Northcutt. OU 1954-1957. Outstanding lineman and linebacker when they went both ways.

They Don’t even know what they have on the lot for sale and tell you they have it there and when you get there they sold it just before you got there . It happened to me on two different vehicles.

Blake worked with my bank to get the financing done (my banker said he was fast, thorough, and responsive). Danny made the closing of the deal and hand-over of the car easy, fast and fun. He knows how all the bells and whistles work and clearly enjoyed introducing me to these in my new car.Last question: Why did I drive from south OKC to Enid for a car? My BIL said Id appreciate the way Northcutt does business and Id value their obvious integrity. He was right. From a business persons perspective, I want to do business with these folks again.
