They had my truck for over 2 months and still couldnt figure out how to put a clutch in it, but they where able to do a partial repair and still charge me over 2500 dollars SAD just SAD! left there with a still broken truck and empty wallet. last dodge I will ever own

My mother had lost her minivan in the rains and was needing a new vehicle, I live in Kansas and was not able to go to Oklahoma and help my mother look for a vehicle, I found an 2006 Dodge Caravan from Jacksons of Enid on line and got a hold of the sale person, Jordan. Jordan was very very helpful, was one of the best sales person that I have had dealing with in a long time. I was able to take care of buying this van for my mother over the phone, and Jordan had everything ready so all my mother had to do was to show up, sign a few documents and drive away in her new minivan. This is the second pickup i have bought from Jacksons and i have bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of other dealers . Both of my experiences here have been awsome . No one was pushy and they have always been helpful in getting my financing done. The used truck i just bought had a tire issue and i took it in to the service department to ck it out and they replaced all four tires free of charge and didnt give me a hard time about it. Mr Jackson is a great guy and this is a great place to buy a new or used vehicle

Staff is not knowledgeable. They have messed up two different vehicles I own in their shop. One vehicle had around $3,000 in damages. They have been unable to explain what warranty work they completed. Dealers are pushy. I now drive to Kingfisher.

Got our new truck couple days ago. Jordan was amazing. We was very picky with the payments of the truck and she worked with us on lowering them to our liking. Also had to bring the kids along for the deal and she gave them coloring books to keep the busy while the adults talked. She had it going on! Would so come again when the time comes.

I had to wait two days to get my car back because I was supposed to have a warranty on my tire and they are trying to make me pay for the tire so Id basically be paying 250 over just 50 dollars make sure you are not over paying for anything.

They mail you phishing type letters with urgent wording and official department names. It came in a 3 edge sealed envelope.Included is a what looks like a check and even on the back it has an endorsement spot and a heat sensitive ink. Just super scummy

We initially stopped at this dealership to have some service work done to our 2012 ram 3500. We met with Travis, and he was very professional. I really liked having 1 got-to person to speak with about all of the work our truck needed. We gave them our budget for this week, and we were able to work out what was a priority this week. We never felt awkward while waiting in the lobby. They had popcorn and drinks, along with a comfy sofa. Since we were in the market for a new truck in the near future... We made our way up front to the sales department. Dwight was on his way out, but stopped to help us, and we are so glad he did. He assisted us witch deciding which truck we would purchase in the future, and even though he knew we would not be buying that day, he was very thorough, and followed through with making sure we were 100% satisfied. He was never pushy or rude. This is by far the best dealership I have ever visited.

Beware folks. Shane Jackson, the manager, lied to me about the condition of one of his used vehicles which turned out to have serious problems. I drove 4 hours to buy a car from them at a premium price but was told it was perfect. When I got there the top would not go all the way down, car was slow to start, oil leaks under the hood, major scratches on the passenger door that they tried to hide by wiping oil over them. This dealership is not to be trusted in any way! I found these issues as they were pressuring me to sign the paperwork. Thank the lord I dodged a bullet here...

Had a really great experience. Called to get my truck serviced, a tire rotation, and a recall completed. Was told if I arrived before 8, my truck could be taken in right away and it was. I was at the dealership less than an hour. Really was a great start to my day. Billy was the service adviser I spoke with making the appointment and was the person handling my appointment when I arrived at the dealership. Thank you Billy and Jacksons of Enid.

They have a Silverado I wanted to buy. I had been watching it on line for a few months and it still hadnt sold so I thought maybe they would cut me a deal. It was listed on line for 30,999. During the test drive the sales man asked me what Id offer to be willing to purchase today. I told him I dont appreciate that sales technique and asked what they wanted. He refused several times to quote me a number. Finally after wasting a significant portion of my time his manager gave him a number to give me for their sale price bottom line and it was over 33k. I am very upset that they would try to trick me and increase the price when I arrive in person. How unprofessional. This is why car max does so well. No lies. No deceit. Just simple up front pricing.

So my husband contacted Jacksons about a pickup and we went over on Saturday to check it out. While doing the test drive the maintenance light come on and the tire light was on. So my husband asked why are these lights on? Oh we will fix whatever it is, we will make it right. When we were signing the papers they added a 2500.00 warranty. Then we were told when your warranty kicks in and we will fix it. It took 30 days for it to kick in. But on the very next Monday the truck started a squealing noise and the check engine light come on. My husband called them and he was told to bring the truck back on Saturday, he will set up a time in the shop. We got there and there was not an appointment set up for us. Needless to say my husband was mad. But we left it there and they gave us a loaner which is another story. My husband called them and they said it was something with the fuel system. But they wanted us to wait till the warranty to kick in because it will be an expensive fix, but it would be almost a whole month. So they said they would take it to another shop and double check it. Amazingly it was only a gas cap. They ordered a new one and they were kind enough to bring it back to us. When he pulled up the truck was still squealing. But it does not make that sound all the time ok that fine. So on Tuesday morning I start the truck and the check engine light was on again. I have been driving it with it on since then. So I called them this morning to see about setting up a time to have them fix it and i was told I needed to take it to a Toyota dealership so we could use the warranty. We talked to the warranty place and they told us as long as we take it to a licensed mechanic they would cover it. I would not have a job if I gave customer service like this.

Very comfortable customer lounge. Everyone is very friendly! I would give 5 stars but the length of time it took for my service and recall was 3 hours. I was told 1 hour on the phone when I made the appt and again when I first got there. I understand that recalls take time which is why I still gave 4 stars!

I didnt used to be a fan of Jacksons, after having a bad experience at their Easy Car location. However, we drove through their lot the other day and discovered the perfect vehicle for our family. Scotty was extremely professional and was able to get us into the vehicle that our family had desperately needed for years. Even with less than perfect credit, we were able to get a loan within our budget.

I am very impressed with this dealership. I have been having some engine problems, nothing serious, but I wanted to get it looked at before heading back home 5 hours away. I first tried a dealership in Tulsa because I was there for work, and they refused to Help me two days in a row. I show up to Jacksons of Enid, and they immediately helped me without hesitation. I even had a brake light out, and they fixed it for free. They cleared all my codes, and had me on my way. I appreciate this dealership sincerely, and the people who helped me. This is definitely a place that will be my first option

I ask tell me for sure that they could get the payment I wanted. He called & said come over & I specifically ask him if he was able to get the payment amount. I drove 75 miles to get there & they said the best they could do was $65.00 a month higher than I said.

Dont waste your money on their High Tech warranty. Im having to pay $1234.57 out of pocket to replace the power distribution center thats not covered. Some high tech warranty. A waste of money. Their answer was sorry weve never had any complaints about that warranty before.

I cant even tell you how thankful I am for this company. My husband and I purchased a truck from Bob Howard in OKC on a Saturday. Two days later on Monday while driving home from the city, the truck started overheating. I called the dealership we purchased it from and told them what was happening and they basically laughed in my face and told me there was nothing they could do. So I turned to Jacksons of Enid for help because it was the only other option I felt I had. Jacksons of Enid then proceeded to fix our truck not once, but twice! They treated my husband and I like family and bent over backwards doing everything they possibly could to help us. Their service team is absolutely outstanding. Their level of caring and customer service blew me away. Our truck wasnt even purchased from them, yet they did everything in their power to help us and as of right now, the truck isnt having any more issues. They stepped up to the plate when others wouldnt. And their car salesman that tried working with us before we went to Bob Howard was also wonderful. Very friendly and tried everything he could to find a truck that met our needs. And he wasnt pushy at all. When it comes time for me trade in my car for something, I wont go anywhere else but to Jacksons of Enid first. Ill also send whoever I can to them. What amazing people they all are. I cant thank them enough for everything they did for me and my husband.

I will never take my vehicle to Jacksons again if I can possibly help it. I took in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler, in 2015, because a check engine light came on. They told me there was a factory recall on one of the heads. Should take about a week to fix it. Less than a week later, I got a call from them telling me one of their idiot mechanics jumped in it and tried to start it, with the heads off and destroyed my entire engine. They had it for over 2 months, repairing all the damage he caused. Less than 2 years later I had an oil leak, coming from the same head they had replaced. I took it back out there and they tried everything they could to not have to warranty it. After repeatedly threatening them they did indeed finally fix it. When I picked it up I told them I was going to trade it in. When they asked me if I would like to trade it in there, I told them absolutely not I was done with them.

Had to go in for a recall service and everyone was super nice and efficient! Will definitely always go there for any future service needs!

The staff is very friendly, If your buying a new vehicle this would be the place to buy from.. But if your buying a used vehicle be sure to make sure everything comes with it such as spare tire, jack, owners manual and also make sure you look it over really good... I bought a 2014 Dodge 1500 and getting a lot of headache from some of the things wrong with it. Got my fog lights fixed at the same time the top of my engine is being tore into cause of header problems. Made me pay for the lights that didnt work when I bought it. Then 5 months after owning this vehicle it decides it wants to rain. My back seat is soaked and head liner is soaked right above where that xm antenna is. So I take it to them to get fixed and because its been a couple months they say I might have waited to long to have them look at it for them to be liable for this. They are supposed to call me back, we will see...Seems every time I walk in there to have them look at something I leave pissed off... I believe they need to look these used vehicles over before they are allowed to sell them! I do have a warranty on this truck plus I payed 3,000 dollars for an extended warrenty... over all they are getting things done but you got to stay on them!

Id most likely purchase a vehicle from here one day if I ever do build up the credit Id need.

The experience was tolerable at best. They worked with us and got us into a car, but after they made the sale, we were rushed. Our salesman didnt take the time to go over anything about the truck with us, the manager left as it was Saturday and past their closing time. Then when we left the lot our truck was on E and they wouldnt fill it up for us because it was a used truck. This is unacceptable, I should not have to fill up MY new truck when I am driving it off the dealership lot. I would not recommend this dealership.

Every time i take a vehicle there, they are great to me.When my wife takes her vehicle there, they are very rude to her. We live 45 miles from Enid and she drove all the way there to get her oil changed only to be told they didnt have time to do it. This was after she called them and they told her to come on over.Today she went to get her oil changed and again they were rude to her. I think from now on i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wow, what an awesome experience at Jacksons of Enid. At the time I lived in Carrollton Tx. I was home visiting my family. The wife and I went to Jacksons to visit with Chuck Kearney. After visiting with Chuck we walked out with not one but two new vehicles, couldnt pass up a Great Deal. Being that we work in Dallas and wasnt planning on purchasing a vehicle I was a little hesitant. Needless to say we werent prepared for trade in and purchase. Chuck was able to do what he does best, perform Great Customer Service. He had two men transport both new vehicles, one to my job then the other too my wifes job. Typical dealer tricks, very pushy, unknowlageable sales staff, gimmick sales. Looked at two different pickups and found an oil leak on one and when brought to the salesmans attention he told me it wasnt possible because they go through a mutli point inspection but it was a clear as day leak. Then after telling the used car manager my needs and budget he tried to push a pickup that didnt meet my basic needs and was five grand over budget and when I asked if it was possible to get the truck into budget he arrogantly said he could get it into my monthly payment range so the end price shouldnt matter. I live in Enid and am often used vehicle shopping so I go into Jacksons often wanting to try to support my local dealerships hoping it will be better, but each time I have a negative experience thats similar to this and walk away disappointed in the dealership.

I havent bought a vehicle here yet, but the care that their service and parts department exhibits tells me all I need to know about how this dealership conducts their business. The customer truly comes first here. From the fun perks like free fountain drinks, popcorn, and Wi-Fi to the more important factors like quality workmanship and integrity - these guys have impressed me every step of the way. When there was a small, honest mistake with my repair, the service manager, Rex, personally dealt with the matter to make sure the situation was addressed and handled properly. Rex and his technician both owned up to the minor incident and didnt try to hide anything or weasel out of making it right. I was very impressed. Because of this, Jacksons has earned my respect and future business.
