Les was a nice easy going guy. We came to look at a dresser and when we got there he was honest with us and told us he was mistaken about one of the attributes mentioned in the ad. Though that one we came to look at wasnt what we were looking for, he showed us the perfect one for us. I would recommend buying from Dream Merchant!

I think the Address in google maps might be off. This particular showroom/ ware house is located off Evans and Santa fe. Check out the furniture selection here. They have mark downs due to shipping wear and tear etc. But the furniture is still in great shape just might have rubbing wear or a small rip and are marked down a lot. I dont really mind my couch having a rip in the back of it or something like that where you dont see it and pay quite a bit less any day. Nice employees as well. Give them a call im sure they would be happy to explain what they have in stock.

I drove clear across town to get a mattress for my grandson at a price I was quoted over the phone the day before. When I arrived the person I got the quote from was not there that day and the mattress ended up costing me about $100 more than I had been told it would be

The staff was super fun when they help me find everything that I needed. The parking lot is really big. parking spaces are not right next to each other you are able to get in and out of your car. Theres a public restroom. They offer friendly fast service. Also they dont follow you or hover around you in the store. They are asked you once if you need help looking for anything. And if you should so happen to say no, they do not ask you again and again and again and again. the reason why I mentioned that last sentence is because pretty much anywhere else that I go if I say it I found everything that Ive needed or Im just browsing I have been stalked through the store which is extremely annoying.

Staff at the warehouse was super friendly. However, Les was less than truthful about the condition of the bed. I bought what was supposed to be s new bed and when I got home and started putting it together, it was USED. I even found a baby tooth under one of the drawers. Buyer Beware!

If you return merchandise and pay a restocking charge to Dream Merchant, pay particular attention to the refund receipt. I was CHARGED TAX ON the RESTOCKING CHARGE. This cannot be legal. I filed a dispute on my credit card to reclaim the additional 8%.

Went here after seeing an ad on Craigslist. We loved the selection and the prices were reasonable. They have a small showroom and if available, furniture is off Santa Fe. We love the couch we purchased from here! It is such a unique and beautiful sectional. Some assembly was required, and no directions came with it.

Bought the same bed frame that I could have bought on Wayfair for 30.00 less. Plus I didnt have to worry about returns if it was damaged. Very accomidating and polite. Chris was out sales person.
