So I called this place to ask if they have furniture in stock or if furniture needs to be ordered because I need furniture immediately. The person who answered the phone flat out told me he doesnt speak English. Okay, thats fine. I asked if he could get someone who does. He said no one in the store speaks English. I try to communiate a little more, and eventually he tells me to call back Monday and speak to the manager?! Its 9:30am on a Thursday! Huh?!Its awesome this place can provide service for Spanish-speaking customers, as thats not always the case, but this is a little ridiculous. How is it no one is on duty to speak to an English-speaking customer? Who runs a business like this? Its frustrating because I need an apartment full of furniture, and live in Englewood, but my trust level for this place is out the window. Ill pay more for delivery to get better customer service. Horrible.

The owners are great. They both speak Spanish and English. I bought all of my furniture with them and I don’t regret it!
