UPDATE: they have processed a full refund and I appreciate the customer service provided to get this situation resolved.Where to begin... my roommate and I purchased a used W/D unit in November of 2020 and have yet to have a functioning unit. I am starting to think they dont actually test these units before sale because we have had 3 washers and 2 dryers -- all broken. When the original unit was delivered, the delivery guy specifically said to watch out for leaks (as if he already knew what was wrong with the unit) and sure enough, the washer leaked. They did not give me any notice for a replacement, and I had to fight to get a photo of the replacement washer they already had in their truck to go to my home. Now it is February and we have our third washer replacement and second dryer. The salesman said he would get us a nicer unit since weve replaced units already and he sent us an OLDER and BROKEN unit. They are trying to slide one past us because we are women and I refuse to be treated poorly for my sex. On top of the salesman thinking he could slip this past us, I fell and injured myself carrying my laundry to a laundromat last weekend, which never wouldve happened had they given me a FUNCTIONAL UNIT. I am very frustrated with this place and I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back. I REFUSE to pay for these misogynists paychecks.

Garbage customer service from this company! My dryer recently stopped heating and I decided to fix it by myself at home in order to save money. I searched possible fixes and found it was either the thermal fuse or heating element. I went to this store to purchase parts and the guy behind the counter was nice enough and sold me both parts and never once mentioned that they were non-refundable, even after I told him that I wasnt sure which one would be needed. It was also snowing out so I was trying to limit my trips out for safety. It turned out all I needed was the thermal fuse and I figured Id return the unused and brand new heating element that I didnt need. I first tried to return the part in person the same day and the guy who sold it to me just said he couldnt and there were no refunds. I then attempted to contact the Presidents Hotline three times I FINALLY received a call from a representative 4-5 days later essentially telling me they had a sign that said no refunds and that it stated no refunds on the invoice, which you only receive AFTER you make your purchase. The only signage I saw was when I first attempted to return the part and it was a meme saying something to the effect of all sales are final taped onto the computer. He did say to email my invoice and hed see what he could do however its been crickets since. I even stated Id be happy to pay a restocking fee for their trouble. This company does not care about customer satisfaction once money changes hands. Hopefully this recession will clear out businesses such as this who clearly do not have the customers best interests in mind. Buyers beware.

Reasonably priced selection of used appliances

Justin provided excellent service, was very helpful, knowledgeable and has good manners. He patiently answered all of our questions. There is a well stocked inventory which enabled us to find exactly what we needed at a great price.

These guys at the Santa Fe store are great. They helped me try to fix my old Kenmore 70 series washer. Couldn’t get it right so I was able to buy the same used model for a budget I could work with. We purchased a refrigerator at this location - we were served, and I do mean served, by Andrew.We had been looking for a good used refrigerator, and stopped in there to see what they had. Didnt have exactly what we were looking for used, but we got a GREAT deal on a new one that had some minor scratches and dents, mostly on the back or the side that will face the wall anyway. So we were happy.Andrew was an excellent sales rep. No pressure, but ready to serve us anyway he could, to help us make the process as easy as possible. We wanted to do some measurements and think about it overnight - no problem. He remembered us the second we walked through the door the next day. Paperwork was a breeze. The store was happy to store the fridge for us for a few days until we could come pick it up (our preference over delivery).It just couldnt go any smoother. We would definitely deal with Andrew again when we are in need of any other appliance - he was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable - the works.

He found me all my appliances I needed and found the best upgrades at a low cos . While I was there he was the only one working, taking calls and even ran to a customers house after hours to help her out . Amazing! So, glad to see hard dedicated NICE workers....great customer service skills. Over all a genuinely nice hearted person. I got all my appliances, delivery, hook up and attachments with 2 warranties for under $1500!!!! This place is a must if looking to save money. A few weeks ago my husband & I purchased a used dryer from here. We brought it home and within 2 days of using it, it over heated & quit working on us. So we took it back & the same sales rep that helped us purchase it recognized us as soon as we pulled up in the parking lot. He greeted us with a smile & immediately asked if everything was ok. We explained to him what happened & that was all he needed to hear! He helped us unload the dryer & took us stright to 1 that was almost identical to the 1 we purchased & helped load it in our truck! We were literally in & out in 10 minutes or less! We waited a few weeks just to do the review, just to make sure the dryer works & it running like champ! Not to mention big something had went wrong I know we would be in good hands with our sales rep! I believe the young mans name was Dominic! He was very helpful & knowledgeable. Not pushy like most salesmen tend to be! We will definitely be back if we need anything other appliances!

Worst place ever! Don’t buy from them they play games plus they can’t get anything right. I had to have police called cause they don’t refund your money. When you ask to talk to District Manager all they do is give you a number to another store so you can’t talk to a real manager. It’s better just to spend a couple hundred dollars and get it from professionals not losers!

I bought a washer dryer set. The washer started smoking a month after i got it. It was replaced, after a month of delays. Now, the dryer has stopped working and I was told they would call me back when they came across a gas powered dryer. I just spoke to the Evans store who told me that I didnt have the one year warranty, that I had only gotten the standard 30 day warranty. The only reason I bought from them was that it had a 1 year warranty. No one ever told me it was extra. I live in Conifer, I wasnt able to go in person. I was not not offered the year warranty, i asked several times to be sure it was included. No one I originally worked with is still employed there. Stay clear of this terrible business unless you want really crappy appliances that fail and a company that doesnt care about its customers.

The selection for my needs wasnt notably large but ultimately I found exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I was in and out quickly and felt the salesman was honest and direct. The warranty, delivery, and install costs seemed reasonable and were worth it to me. I recommend them and wouldnt hesitate returning in the future.

(Parker, CO)Andrew helped us out tremendously by taking an order just before closing on a Sunday afternoon. The service technicians and the store are great to deal with personally and over the phone. I gave this store a 3/6 because of the delivery time lines which were 4-5 days, even if they deliver a broken unit. The 30 day policy for returns is excellent but if you do get a dud then you will be waiting for 1.5-2 weeks after purchase to get an operating piece of equipment.Personal Experience: I purchased a Kenmore set on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered the following Friday. The delivery guys turned the dryer on but did not do a very good job of inspecting. The heating element was staying on unless the timer dial was rotated to the OFF position. So after returning from work that evening the dryer was hot to touch even though it had NOT been running all afternoon. The washer was not run because they loaded it on the truck the night before and said it was frozen. After a phone call Saturday morning we were told that a new unit could be delivered Wednesday the following week, hence the 1.5-2 week timeline. I was able to troubleshoot the problem myself and get the unit running but this will not be a solution for everyone. (The heating element was shorted to ground, as an FYI)Recommendation: If you are handy with appliances or open to a longer timeline then this is a great place to pick up used items. It is obvious the units are not gone through before reselling and the preferred fix is to replace the entire unit inside 30 days. This leads to problems with matching sets unless you convince them to replace both units even though only one is broken.

Appliances were delivered during given window and manager called to apologize and make situation right.Originally I had given a 5 star review because while purchasing items in the store, Joel said I would be given $25 off for leaving a google review on the spot and waited for review to be posted before proceeding (well how awkward would it be to give less than 5 stars while the guy is sitting in front of you.) So I gave 5 stars will the comment Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of items to choose from!I am now changing my review to 1 star and heres why. I explained to Joel upon purchase that I take care of an elderly Air Force veteran who is in need of a new (used) washer and dryer. I explained that I do NOT live at the residence but because he suffers from dementia, that I would need to be at the house for delivery so he doesnt get confused, agitated, afraid, etc with random people in his home. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday (tomorrow) and I was told I would receive a call Saturday night to confirm 2 hour delivery window for the appliances. Saturday came and went with no call. Monday (today) at 12:30pm I called to explain I still hadnt received a call with a 2 hour window and the girl who answered (didnt catch her name) had the WORST attitude. She said in an extremely rude tone that it was weird they said theyd call Saturday because they always call by 6pm the night before delivery to give a window. Well its now 7:40pm- the shop is closed. No call has been received. I have left a voicemail at the shop and messaged Joel. Extremely disappointed with experience and being that I have NO IDEA what time appliances are being delivered, I obviously wont be there for delivery. One big guessing game! (Super efficient way to run a business.) Dont have much faith in the actual appliances at this point either.

Needed a new washer. Came in and spoke with Jared and his coworker. They helped me find a pre-owned unit with some light body damage and gave me a very fair price. He even discounted the unit low enough to include the one year warranty. The Englewood location has a much better selection of pre-owned units than their location on Evans which I went to first. If you are shopping for a new large appliance on a budget, I would recommend checking this spot out.

Ive made numerous calls with no answer as well. I will never utilize this company again. We canceled our order.We came in to look at dishwashers and were in and out within 30 mins!

Jared has been incredible throughout this whole process and has made sure that we have been taken care of and helped us to resolve any issues that we had.

My wife and I had a limited budget and were looking for a new refrigerator. We were introduced to Andrew, who found the exact size and style fridge we wanted for about half our budget, including warranty and delivery. Andrew and his contact worked quickly to get us some photos of the condition of the item, which only had some minor discoloration on the door. He thoroughly explained the warranty, which was a little different due to the nature of the business but easy to understand and, I think, worth getting. Delivery was great as well, I was contacted once the night before delivery and again the morning of. The delivery driver was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently even though he was also training a couple younger men. All of them were very friendly and polite to my family, and got the new fridge installed and the old one moved to the basement in less than a hour. Will definitely return next time an appliance dies on me, and would recommend Andrew to anyone.
