Daisy is the most Sweeties and nice person, she has excellent costumer service. I love to do all my ups things in this store.

THE WORST STAFF EVER. Can’t even do a simple amazon return properly. I brought my item to them completely packed in the box and sealed with tape, and they said I need to buy a box from them for $15 and put it in that box for it to be shipped, which is absolutely ridiculous. So I went straight to the UPS in Tenefly which is 5 min away from there and they did it with no problem whatsoever. These people are just rude and don’t know how to do their job.

!!!!! Everyone be on high alert with this location!!!!2 times on different items have gone missing from them. Once to my wife and to me as well. Do not trust the location at all. Keep your reciepts and dont lose them at all.. they have thieves working amongst them

This morning (July 27, 2019) I arrived at the store at 8:30 am only to find that the store was not open. I sat waiting until 9:10 am and still no one showed up. I had to get gas and stop at bank so I left to complete my other errands. UPon my return the store was open. Still I had to wait 5 minuted for clerk to get off the phone and help the person ahead of me. I asked clerk if the hours had changed. He said yes. I told him he needed to change sign on door and post it online because it states that store opens at 8:30. What are your new hours. He then tells me the hours are correct the store opened late. Huh? I guess he meant he was late. So now I have lost 40 minutes of my time. FOREVER!

BEST UPS STORE hands down–and I have been to many. Recently I had a rather complicated shipment which included packing and shipping a large unwieldy item by the store. Jay came to rescue, he could not have been more patient, understanding and pleasant to work with. Super friendly, smart, fast and efficient, Jay helped me find the most economical solution, then packed everything up, no problem and was able to ship the item the same day. Phew! Absolutely wonderful customer service, I could not be happier with the service and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this store for years for shipping and returns. I am always greeted with a hearty hello and given some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from an establishment. Service has been always efficient and speedy with the utmost care given to what I am shipping. Any questions or problems I may have the manager Enrique has been very helpful and diligent to making sure my needs are met. A++
