Turned in a rush job on media kit folders with inserts for our Public Relations Director who had a meeting with the Governor in the afternoon. She picked up the project and headed to Capital Hill with only minutes to spare. She then handed out the folders to the Governor and his cabinet, only to discover later that the most important piece had not been printed at all. I called and Kellie apologized profusely.Next came the effort to at least get a receipt for the job. 30 hours and 3 phone calls later, I still dont have a receipt for payment. After this, I called once more to speak to Kellie regarding getting a receipt to me. She was unavailable for the 3rd time today. I was told she would call me back in 10 minutes. I let the guy who was answering the phone know that I was unhappy. 30 minutes later, no phone call back from Kellie, so I call again. Troy (the owner) answered the phone. He said Kellie was not available. I said I would hold. He told me, She will be unavailable for a very long time. He then prompted me to tell him what my problem was, very rudely. I told him and he said, I understand, so we wont do business with you again.Thats a short version of a confused mess. These guys do good digital press work, but if you run into a problem with them, they do big drama and are not strong on resolutions. They prefer to cut you loose and move past you. This is typical of short-sighted management who believes that todays successful business insures tomorrows.

Fast turnaround and great customer service! I recently needed 10,000 flyers and a custom receipt book printed so I searched Google for printers in Centennial, CO. The Print Connection had a five star rating and the most reviews so I gave them a call. I spoke with Kellie and she helped me out with the receipt book layout and had my samples ready by the end of the day. The Print Connection lives up to their reputation, I recommend using them for your printing needs.

Great experience with these guys (and ladies). We had a little trouble getting the printers to play nice with my particular file but they were very patient and enjoyable to work with through correcting the problem. I could not have asked for a better final product. Great attitudes and interactions with the whole staff and I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible communication and customer service.I placed an order for raised-ink business cards on white linen card stock. Submitted the artwork, received a quote and was told the order would be ready in 5 days. Ten days went by with no notification of the order being ready or even a status update.Finally called to check on the order and was THEN told that they were having trouble printing the cards due to our logo being to small and that raised ink order take a lot longer than others. There was NO phone call or email of any kind letting me know that they needed a larger logo to complete the order. Only found out when I called TEN DAYS after placing the order.After emailing a new logo to them, I received an immediate response from Troy (the owner I presume) calling me out for eluding blame for my order not being immediately available and telling me that their lack of timely production was my fault due to the small logo and that I needed to respect them. No mention in his response eluding to their lack of communication being the problem.Would not recommend this company.

If you are like me then you shop online and patiently wait because youre tired of dealing with really bad, condescending, apathetic customer service (pretty much everywhere you go!). Except here, these ladies were unbelievably helpful, pleasant, and actually had fun helping me. Without making me feel like a 10 year old. If there is ever a print job you need done go here! even if its a 20, 30, 40 min drive out of the way, they blow the competition away and make everything seamless and smooth. I stopped by the print connection today, randomly, on my way home from the dentist. I was very spacey, in pain, and grouchy, and had been stuck in traffic for half an hour so I figured I might as well get an errand done as long as I wasnt going anywhere. The print connection just happened to be the closest print shop on Google maps, and I really only had to get a couple copies made and print out something from my email. Obviously, these tasks were far beneath the talents of the folks at the parent connection, however they greeted me with a smile and made my copies and print outs in a jiffy, and sent me out the door at no charge, just with a hope you feel better soon! They totally made my grouchy, drooly day, and I would highly recommend them. No wonder they have a five star rating!

You know, the folks here at print connection are friendly and very efficient. Turnaround times are VERY reasonable and their prices are, well, cheap! That certanly doesnt reflect theyre quality of work and theyre always on the ball! We use them for everything. Business cards, menus, banners, to go menus...We highly recommend them!
