These guys were great. My 30 travel trailer needed 4 new tires. I picked out the tires I wanted on Tirerack.com and they took care of the rest. They picked up the tires and brought them to my storage lot, had an appointment for them to be there between 730 and 8am, they pulled up at 750am and were done with all four tires and swapping out the spare with a better main tire in under 30min. The guys taking care of my trailer were polite and fast. It was great getting it all on 1 single bill and not having to deal with the tires being delivered to my house for me to bring. Completely worth the $80 charge for them coming to me and saved me so much time over having to hook up and pull my trailer to a shop. 10/10 I would use these guys again.

Purchased tires using TireBuyer.com and had them shipped to Tires Xpress for installation. Miguel called me when he received the tires and got me scheduled. The 3 technicians were very friendly, professional, and efficient. After they finished and left, Miguel called me to follow up and see how the appointment went. These guys are awesome. Super responsive and fast service right at your house. They got some new tires purchased and installed for me same day and I later had a winter/summer swap done just a day after I requested. After that swap, I was concerned the balance wasnt quite right (some wiggle felt at the steering wheel at speed). Miguel sent a guy out to re-balance the next day -- the tech was done and gone in just a 1/2 hour before I even noticed! They sure do stand by their work -- highly recommended.

A friend of mine referred me to Tires Express. We had a flat tire on my wifes car, and I didnt have the time to sit at a tire shop for hours, so this seemed like a great alternative. Im glad I called. Miguel came out to my house next day, and he was great. He was able to get the tire we needed, at a great price. The best part was the service. Miguel and his team showed up early, he explained the process, and quickly changed the tire. It was fast. Five star service like this is rare these days. I will be calling Miguel next time we need tires. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Highly Recommend.

Every sales/service experience for me starts at 5 stars and the business either retains or loses them based on the service itself. In case of Tires Xpress, my experience last week started out excellent but went downhill from there.Miguel accommodated my request to move up my appointment on a very short notice and texted me early the following morning just as he committed. It was great up to that point. He mentioned the tech will arrive around 8AM but he didnt show up until 8:45. I wasnt notified until I asked Miguel for status at the 25-minute mark and he responded some time later. Theyve lost a star for it. There were no apologies or reasons given for this 45-minute delay.The tech started work very quickly. But in his rush, he installed both my rear directional tires on the wrong sides wheel. He noticed it after one wheel had been installed back on the hub. It wasnt a big deal as he could swap wheels, which he did at the very end, but he had torqued two lugs on one of the wheels so tightly that his repeated attempts to loosen them with the impact gun nearly rounded one of them and the other was damaged too, albeit slightly less. He only stopped when I intervened after seeing the damage. I have attached pic of one of the lugs here. They lost a star for that as well.He called Miguel and got tips on what to do, then eventually got both lugs off and swapped the wheels, except that the damaged lugs meant it would be too risky to torque them to BMWs specs of 104 lbs for my car without rounding them off completely, so I asked him to leave it at 80 lbs and I would have to drive to the dealership later that day to buy new ones. Miguel lowered the service fee by $15 to cover the cost of the two lugs. This was an unnecessary and avoidable aggravation but no apologies were given for this either when I spoke with Miguel to give him my credit card# for payment.This issue took up an extra 30 minutes after the service was otherwise done, and I missed a scheduled appointment for 10:30.Immediately after the tech left, I noticed a small scratch on the outer rim of one of my wheels. I walked around and saw an identical scratch on 2 others. All were in the same spot. I have attached pics here. The car had a little over a thousand miles at the time and was otherwise pristine. I didnt even allow the dealerships detailers to touch it upon delivery because I am particular about detailing. Going to Tires Xpress was specifically to avoid a similar scenario at a tire shop, so the irony is apparent. They lost a star for this as well.I also noticed the tech used two heavy-gauge weights on 3 of the wheels and about 8-10 lower-gauge weights on one. He likely ran out but I would expect the truck to be fully stocked for the first appt. of the day.To add insult to injury, soon after leaving home when the tech left, the car sounded an alarm for over-inflation. It showed all tires at 41+ psi when the spec is for 32. I returned to my garage and sure enough, my calibrated gauge showed the same. I think the tech forgot to adjust them after installation because of the other issues he had. Another star lost for that, leaving them with just one.My fear is that the next time I bring the car for a tire service, the shop might find some threads stripped on the hub...I am an active member of online car enthusiast forums but unfortunately will be steering our members away from Tires Xpress. In several ways, they were the exact opposite of what I expected.

This is my second time going through Tires Xpress to fix my tire. I had an incredible experience both times. They have incredible customer service and they do great work for a very affordable price. Miguel was the one servicing my vehicle this time and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond answering further questions and providing information. 10/5 stars!Just had them come out and the service was outstanding again! I used the mobile tire replacement service today with Miguel, for a huge blowout. I was able to schedule a mobile appointment within 24hrs. Miguel was on time, courteous and very profession at a great price. From start to finish only took about 20mins, which is awesome. I definitely will use this company again if I ever need to.

I inquired about tires with Miguel yesterday while he was here at the shop picking up his trailer. He provided multiple options with emailed quotes. Very knowledgeable, professional and sincere. I made a decision this morning on which tires I wanted and emailed him my choice. He corresponded with multiple emails throughout the morning and then showed up ahead of schedule today and had all 4 tires mounted, balanced and shined by himself in less time than I had a flat fix by someone else 2 days ago. Tire Xpress came through for me in less than 24 hours in provinding a great quality tire and super hot set of rims for my volvo. No one else locally coud get me a set of snowtires that i wanted before Christmas or even before the NY. Miguel was knowledgable providing me many options until we found one that met my requirements. The tires were delivered several hours earlier than the antcipated time. Zach, the installer, was quick and efficient and had them installed in less than hour. I have two sets of tires, winter tires and “summer” tires and I was looking for tire shops but most of them were closed or were going to take a lifetime for a simple swap. As I was surfing through the internet I stumbled upon Tires Xpress and I’m just wow... they came out and treated me with so much respect I actually felt like a loved customer. They did my tires in less than 30 min, they balanced them, and he also gave me an estimate for new summer tires since they’re getting worn out. Honestly great service, I’ll never ever go to a tire shop again. Tires Xpress is the way to go.

I typically take my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S into the dealer to swap my 21 winter/summer tires. Tire Xpress came to my house; did the work in 40 min. The techs were extremely polite and know their business. I wont be setting foot in the dealership again for tire work. See you in the fall when I swap back to the winters. The service was so fantastic, starting from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the end of the tire install. Professional and great follow up. They were running behind for my appointment and I received a call from the manager with an apology and then his team that came introduced themselves, smiled and were done with my tire installation (with balance) in 20 minutes flat. I was amazed! I forgot to mention that they are mobile so I didnt have to leave my work to have this service done. Highly recommend them!

Tried my first service a couple of weeks ago.. We had a little mishap on the wheels I brought in for a tire replacement. got a little scratched on the 2 out of the 4 wheels, it was carefully changed (I was watching the whole time), but some spots were still left scratched, probably from the teeth of the machine. It wasnt too bad, so Miguel tried fixing that issue for me, he did his best and tried sorting it out. We came into an agreement, since the issue wasnt too bad. Miguel was great, very professional.. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them! Great service and most of all, very respectful. Thats all you can ask for.Update... unfortunately I can’t do another review, so I’ll do an update.Couple of days ago, (10/29/20) Zach and Oscar came and installed and balance and mounted my tires for me in about 25-30 mins (4 of em)!! They did an amazing Job! They were very professional on top of that, you can tell Miguel picks his staff accordingly.. they even shined the new tires for me and torque the lug nuts to my liking. Miguel went above and beyond. Because of my own problems I found myself memorial weekend with a need for a not so common tire after hours on a Friday. Miguel got ahold of me after his normal business hours, found my tire from his distributor and told me it would be installed by 1pm Saturday!! I was blown away! Then come Saturday he calls me almost two hours early to tell me he can get it done even earlier!! Im so thankful for him and his business. I wont be going anywhere else for our tire needs.

A couple of days a go I walked out to my garage and noticed my car had a flat tire, since the tires where recently purchased pre-COVID I called Discount because they are under warranty however the store was temporarily closed. From my initial call to the technicians showing up it was amazing. I did not even have to leave my couch as I was Binge watching Outter Banks. I got a text with live tracking on the technicians eta to the precise moment he called and said was outside. Once the technician was done I got a picture text of the tire repair completed and the option to pay for the service online! WOW!!! Tires Xpress has earned my on going business.

The service and quality was excellent. I setup an appointment for tire dismount/mounting and balancing on 285/35/19s (RE11s) and the result was perfect. No scuffs or damage to any wheel and the tire pressure was consistent from wheel to wheel. The rims in question had a very scratch happy paint (piano black) and again, no scuffs or damage to the lip or hub area (from balancing). The center caps also received the proper attention and where pressed in completely. Thanks again. I will be using your services in the future.

We are all human... everyone makes mistakes. It is how we handle them that makes the difference! I bought four tires and had one fail while still under warranty. It took 4 months and many contacts with Miguel by phone, email and ultimately a poor review here before he finally admitted that he had dropped the ball. This week he apologized and immediately mailed a check to reimburse me for the tire replacement cost.I suppose all is well that ends well. But it shouldnt take this much effort over months.... so now I have modified my one star review. Because of all the hassle and frustration three stars is the best I can do. After all, the whole point of reviews is to tell others what kind of experience they could have.

I had a great experience with Tires Xpress. I saw them working on a car at my apartment building and I asked them if they’d be able to transfer tires from my older (broken down) car to my newer car. They were able to fit me in to their schedule on short notice and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They also charged me $10 less than the two mechanics I called. I somehow got a bolt in my tire while driving to the airport. Just as I pulled into airport parking my tire went flat and I saw the bolt in the tire as I got out of my car. I had a plane to catch so I left my car in the parking lot with the flat tire. While out of town I called Tires Xpress and they went to the airport, fixed my tire and I came back to a fixed car! Ive been an auto Tech for 27 years, 15 of those ASE Master Certified. Today I had Jay from Tires Xpress out to put the 20 inch tires I bought and had in my trunk and back seat. Best tire experience Ive ever had. He lined up my valve stems to red dot, and when i drove my HEMI Charger, it is smoother than when it was new. Seriously!!. Told him and the owner that i was jealous, i couldnt do it that good. Jay your an awesome tech. Fine balancing is an art. Thank you. incredible.
