HORRIBLE!!! Use another company! This company is very shady and makes promises, then when you ask them about it they don’t deliver. In March I signed up and was promised a keypad will be sent out in April. Never happened… Six months later they are finally available. They want me to pay for it, even though it was promised with my original equipment. Service does not work is constantly off-line. I am stuck for another 2 1/2 years. Use another company! This one gets a solid F!!!
Have had Protection One (bought by ADT) at both of our last 2 houses. Recently sold our home and moved into an apartment, when I went to cancel services they charged the remainder of the contract price in full even thought we had been with them longer than the contract price. Apparently, their free moving service actually just resets the term length of the contract and obviously they dont tell you that because its buried in their 18 page service agreement. Will not be using them again.
It is amazing how attentive and helpful these folks are. I just spent some time with Chris on the phone and learned a lot of helpful information about my security needs. Dont call one of the other local ADT providers, which have awful reviews. Call these guys.
The installer was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing. At the end, he introduced me to the system and gave me explicit instructions on how to do things and what each feature of the system was. All in all, a very good representative of his company and ADT.

With the new technology available installation and use of a security system is quick and easy. The technician was able to quickly install and educate us on the use of the system
I purchased a security system and service from ADT in January 2017. The system had a major malfunction early April, resulting in the siren emitting for nearly an hour and being unable to turn it off, ultimately rendering it totally nonfunctional. Despite multiple requests to have a technician sent to my house to fix the system immediately, my request was refused by ADT and their authorized dealer and I was told that emergency service for such issues was not available to me and I could only have a service technician visit via scheduling an appointment, which was not available for multiple days. ADT granted me an early release of contract without penalties due to the severity of this issue, however, their authorized dealer refuses to follow suit and I recently received a letter from them stating that my account is going to their internal collections department. I would also like to report this as a fraudulent business practice by ADT and their dealers to provide service according to their contracts and refusing to provide early penalty free releases when they refuse to provide service to their customers.
