I was originally quoted at 3-4 hours of labor for the work they did on my car. I was not informed I would be charged more than this until I came to pick up my vehicle. I was only told when I dropped off the vehicle that it may take longer than usual to dry because of the rain, not that the amount of labor would increase. When I expressed my concern about not being informed of the increase in price to the woman at the checkout counter, she ignored my concerns and pushed the card reader towards me. Unfortunately, I had no way to prove I was originally quoted at 3-4 hours of labor as I received the quote verbally over the phone. I was charged an extra $140 than originally planned. Although they did good work, I would have appreciated better communication from this company and some acknowledgement of my concerns when I expressed them instead of being ignored.
