My husband is a commercial real estate broker in the Denver area. He has used this company for years. In recent times, they have not only failed to do the job right, they have also cost his clients money by not following explicit installation directions and busting through irrigation piping. When confronted with this, they quickly deflected and said “it says right on their website they’re not responsible for something like this”. They not only didn’t comply with instructions, they damaged the property and wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage. I am posting this review on my husband’s behalf as he doesn’t have a Google account and I’m a partner in his LLC.

Have been good in the past for last minute needs. Please change your hours online to reflect that you are no longer open Saturdays so people don’t make the trip for no reason.

I have been an RMD client for almost 20 years and have had never been treated with such disrespect and clear lack of accountability. Not sure when Jay and his people came to RMD but it is really sad when a company not only does something without doing any due diligence but then charges you to clean up their error. I will be picking my signs up and moving on. If you’re looking for customer service and need signage, please skip this company.

Ive been a customer for over 20 years and remember the old location well. It took me several years to get into the Valet mindset but once I did I never installed another sign on my own. Valet has always been easy to deal with and mistakes, whether they were my mistake or theirs, were easily and quickly handled.

I have been using RMD signs for 4 months now and have not been disappointed. I called them yesterday with a complicated valet order and they were so positive and helpful (Huge kudos to Bradley in valet)! They gave me status updates throughout the day, corrected a mistake I had made, and got the multiple signs I needed out today! I have also had several great experiences with Gene in the design department. Would recommend RMD to anyone!

Gene and the crew takes care of our signs and installs...even custom sizes. Been using them for our brokerage for three years and anytime something funny has happened they took care of it. Overall a better vendor then most RE B2B providers.

Horrible from start to finish. Scheduled an install of a sign on a Tuesday for that Friday, no problem. Friday comes and goes. No sign, no call, no email, no communication on why the installer doesnt show. I finally get ahold of the owner Barb on Saturday whos best solution is to write an email to HOPEFULLY get the sign installed on Monday. No apology, no understanding. When I asked her to help me find a solution she said she doesnt watch over her employees to make sure theyre doing their jobs. Maybe she should hire somebody to do that then. No accountability and clearly no care for her own customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Super friendly staff

The signs are of average to just below average quality. The customer service is absolutely awful. Im happy paying about $15 a panel more elsewhere and not have a constant argument to get my signs (and I can have them in a day or two, rather than 1 to 2 weeks like this place).My last order they have either destroyed or lost and of course arent willing to replace it or refund me either. They do require payment in advance so youre pretty much out of luck if there is a service or quality.Needless to say, Ill be staying away in the future.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with RMD Signs. They have made signs in a timely fashion and have helped me with any new products I needed. I recommend them to all my real estate colleagues.

I am more than a little disappointed about the cost to redo our company signs as well as the charge to go out and fix a mistake that most would have had there foresight to suggest a proper solution to beforehand. I want to warn others that your work is fine, your service substandard, and that your suggestions and advice are far less that I would deem acceptable when working with a new customer.

I have been going to them for 5 years. I changed logo and image. Instead of looking up what I always ordered they gave me 8 holes in my signs instead of two holes with rivets. They offered to fix the problem by cutting off several inches and re-punching. Not ideal to have my sign shrunk because of a lazy worker who should have taken two minutes to check my previous orders. Im going to try out Colorado signs they have almost 5 stars.

I like how they are open on Saturdays to purchase standard sign equipment. However, their customer service is awful. Slow turnaround times and its hard to speak to someone in their valet service department. They installed a yard arm without a panel (who does that?) then I had to call multiple times to get this cleared up and then they charged me another trip charge to put the panel on. They dont do much to make good with their clients.

Absolutely ridiculous. Was quoted 24 hours to have the proofs for my real estate signs out to me for approval & a week later still nothing. They just keep giving me the excuse that their really busy. Laughable. As if I can tell my listings sorry I dont have signs to put in your yard because my sign guys are really busy Went somewhere else & had my signs 3 days later. This business does not understand the concept of deadlines.

Worst customer service ever!!

I just purchased a house and the sellers realtor used RMD to put a For Sale sign in the yard. After closing RMD came to remove the sign and left a torn up muddy hole in my grass that will now require laying new sod to repair. RMD refused to speak to the buyers realtor and refused to pay or repair the damage their sign post caused.
