I purchased the most expensive vehicle that Carma had on the lot at the time in November of 2014. The day i purchased it the air conditioning was not working. Steve and I came to an agreement that he would buy the parts and i would install them. It is now June of 2015 and he will still not buy the parts so i am now forced to have to take even more money out of my pocket than i already have. Within 2 weeks of having the $27k truck the rear end blew up. a $700 fix (me doing the work myself) they offered to pay half of... Half? They really needed to pay it all as to i was already offering to do the work myself. The worst experience i have ever had with any company. Since i have bought the truck the radio has stopped working, the transmission started slipping, the front and rear end have had to be replaced, the AC hasnt worked, Water leaks through the headliner, and i Have recently found out it has been in a wreck and not fixed properly. I can imagine having these problems with a cheap truck but $27k?? What a joke no wonder they just recently changed the name of their business!

I found a 2004 3rd wagon off of the USAA car finder service and it lead me to Steve at Carma. It was an 11 year old car so it was perfect Steve agreed to let it go for a more than fair price at least 2K below KBB value.Buying an older used car is always a cap shoot but I think the folks here are worth a look if your in the market.

I bought a car that had 81,000 miles but I had a carfax done on it and it actually has 160,000+ they rolled back the odometer!
