Took my car here and was trying to figure out what to do with my fathers car. This was my only mode of transportation. The day i took my car he knew he was closing up shop and still allowed my car to be there. Then Larry gets my car towed with no phone call. He had my number called me once and a few days later had my car towed to a whole different lot. When they towed the car he didnt even leave the keys for it. He went through my car and removed my plate covers that i had gotten since my father was in in Air Force. All my stuff from my was all over the car.

Larry and his team at Champagne know Audis better than anyone! I have been bringing my cars here for 15 years, (also bought one here as well), and its been an absolute pleasure to have such great car care here in Denver. Always honest, always straight forward, and always fair with the price. Would recommend highly to anyone who drives Audi.

Larry is a very honest and hard working man. I bought a Q5 with a lot of miles from him and never have had any issues with it. Since then he has been my mechanic and he always does a great job on anything I need for my car. Definitely recommend him for buying an Audi or to fix anything on it.

Champagne Motors is the best Audi dealership! The owner is great and has wonderful customer service, he is very knowledgeable and knows his Audis. We just bought a used car from Champagne Motors. It was all around a great experience! The gentleman that owns and runs the place is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and doesnt pressure you into anything. He was very helpful even after we bought the car, helping us solve some issues we had with the car (not anything that was his fault at all). You can tell that he really loves Audis, and he genuinely wants to sell you a reliable car at a fair price. This place will definitely get my business next time we buy an Audi! Been a long time customer of Champagne Motors. I recently had my car towed to Champagne and was informed by Larry that it was a timing belt issue. And would cost too much considering it was a 2001 with over 200,000 miles on it. Ive never had an issue and have always had great service at Champagne. Larry has always answered my questions with respect and honesty. And just purchased my new gently used car from him.

I have been going to Champagne Motors for some time.....over a decade. I took my first Audi there...and have never gone anywhere else. I bought my second Audi there too.....Larry and his employees are the finest, sharpest, most professional auto repair People/Technicians I have met. I love that they know and love Audis too.....and they make me laugh! Give them a try, you will never go anywhere else - or at least your Audi wont let you.

Great service! Larry always takes great care of my Audi so I keep coming back. I bought the car from him 4 years ago and he has been about the only one I have let work on it since.

I had been a loyal customer of Larry and Champagne for the last 10 years until my last few visits. Customer service and turnaround time have gone extremely downhill recently. Get your quote in writing by Larry, my most recent visit was quoted 4-500 for a simple oil pan weld, and when I got my bill it was almost $1,200.

6 mos scampaign motors had my car after they put a timing belt on wrong and bent valves ruined my motor. Not once did these people admit fault they just kept wanting more$$$ more time. Excuse after Excuse it became clear they were just collecting our $ and not working on my car. We ended up in court and the judge ordered them to fix my car in 30 days. So they waited till the 29th day to work on it so even went against a court order and had the nerve to ask for a few extra days 😡 Finally got my car back and some how my frount bumper got smashed and my hood does not close right so couldnt check my fluids they lost my 250$ key and WE had to replace it now my remote start that cost 500$ dosent work when i did get my hood open after taking it to a real mechanic i had NO antifreeze in the over flow. Not to mention i now have transmisson problems. I could go on..... Do yourself a favor go someplace else if u cherish your car. 6 mos i had to go without a ride to work and scampaign motors did give a hoot just wanted more $.

Ive been bringing Audis to Larry for over 10 yrs and hes always corrected any issue Ive had with my cars. In fact, hes corrected issues other shops cannot seem to correct (yes, this happens)! I have a 2004 A6 and Ive driven this car from coast to coast, from the southern most point of the US through Canada and wouldnt hesitate to continue doing so. The fact Larrys been working with Audi for over 26 yrs shows his commitment to the brand and hes acquired a depth of knowledge. In fact, if I were Audi, Id be calling him for advice (seriously). Larry offers logical advice and hes actually talked me out of spending money on unnecessary repairs. Bottom line...Champagnes not in business to take your money, but to make sure your Audi lasts as long as it can (which is a very long time). Larry knows his shop is only as good as the techs working with him, so be reassured youre in good hands. Very educated Audi shop!

I tried to save a few bucks over the dealership, made the deal and dropped my A4 off to be repaired. When I picked it up it was not repaired correctly and cost more than the original dealership quote.Took my car to Audi Denver to have it repaired correctly and paid more to have the damage the Champagne crooks caused!Save yourself money and headaches and find someplace less shady, this place is horrible!

Larry and his techs are the best. Ive taken all of my Audis to Champagne over the last 15 years. Larry sold me a super clean S4 too. Good business!

Terrible experience!! I would not recommend this shop ! I was charged over $200/hr for labor on brake pad replacement. The job was quoted as a 2 hour job but only took and hour, I was still charged the full 2hr labor rate !!! I was initially quoted $725 to change front and rear pads and the pads cost $250 so I would have paid $475 in labor for 2 hrs worth of work !! I cancelled the fronts and will never go back !!

Took my 2006 audi a4 in there when my timing belt snapped they charged me 4300 to rebuild the head and to find out that they didnt even rebuild the head correctly. Now I have to put a whole new motor in my audi. I will never bring my vehicle or refer my family and friends here for service or to buy a vehicle or anything.

The best Audi service available next to the dealer always fixed my issues promptly and ata very fair price .would recommend sending my whole family and friends there !

My experience buying a used audi from Larry was the worst car buying experience of my life. He didnt allow me to view the carfax. I paid 300% over wholesale blue book had it been in good condition. He bait and switched me from car ad I had responded to. He said car belonged to good friend and had been well maintained by him. Transmission is shot, air bag issues, front end issues, bald tires, keys dont even open door. Neither Larry or car owner have offered any serious remedy, Im suing both of them. Run, dont walk from this place!!!!

I was first referred to Champagne Motors by some friends shortly after I purchased a 2000 Audi TT. When my transmission failed it was a no brainer to take the car to them. They were great not only did they replace my transmission; but also the front struts, mounts bearings, clutch kit flywheel and remain axle. All of these things for less that other shops would charge for the transmission alone. I think these guys eat, sleep and breathe Audi service. They are honest a the day is long. Do yourself a favor and bring your Audi to Champagne Motors.

Larry sold me a b5 s4 back in 2010. It had no spare tire and the clutch was completely smoked. I got a flat and discover an empty trunk with no jack or tire. He also called my bank while i was closing the loan for the car and stuck me with the sales tax after we allready came to tearms in the parking lot. I was younger then and more naive and i know Larry capitalized on that. Sneaky little snake in my book. He screwed me over a tad. Dont do business here!!

Was told I have to pay 165 for a alignment because my car is all wheel drive. Called brakes plus 50 bucks, called firestone 84.99 everyone told me there is no difference on what drive train . Greeting was terrible . May do good work, but I cant say that.

This place is terrible. They will purposely damage your car for future repair.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far from this shop as humanly possible. terrible service, terrible people, just terrible.
