I absolutely love these guys (Adrian and Rick). Every time I go there, I know these guys arent gonna cheat me into some bogus repairs or whatever scams other car repair shops do. Hugos is legit. They are so professional, helpful, respectful and get the job done. The only reason I kept my 2008 335i is them. If not them I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago. I bought the car for only 6K and it didnt make sense for me to spend tons of money on it. Its the only car my wife and I have and thank God for these guys to keep it running for me at low cost. Really, really, appreciate them!

Honest shop and great for my BMW 335i

Bit expensive, quoted me 500 bucks for an oxygen sensor in a bmw 328. Knowledgable guys and decent chaps but I went to another shop who could fix signuficantly cheaper.

Rick takes pride in his work and delivers reliable repairs on a fair price.Its a family business that has built its reputation with satisfied customers. PS: I love their bathroom :-)

Im a toyota guy myself and inherited a 2012 2.0T with 100k miles with my wife. I had gone to a previous audi mechanic and I found they were dishonest and trying to force me into fixes I didnt need at costs that were mindboggling. I took my car to Hugos for the first time (recommendation from a friend) and not only were they honest but they know what they are talking about. I work on all of our cars, restore classics and I know when someone is BSing. These guys are great, highly recommend.

The new owner Rick is capable to carry on the tradition of competence and honesty, of the 45+ years old Hugos European Car Service servicing the North Coast Sn Diego. Hugo was a Master Mechanic from Germany and his extra-ordinary care for people was inherited by Rick .
