Easy in/out for 36 foot RV towing a Jeep. 2 designated pumps for RVs with diesel and regular gasoline. Propane fill station conveniently located in those same lanes.

A clean, pleasant, air conditioned place, to take a break from monotonous road travel. One of those places that has pretty much anything you need or want; from local souvenirs to motor oil and everything in between.

Avoid this gas station! Just go to loves, non of their pump’s work outside. Their staff is completely rude. I used to love coming to the flying J for decades. But they have made me a true Loves supporter. My last time stopping here on my route.

First bad experience with Pilot. Got a shower here, water was cold. Let the guy know who was cleaning showers and the person at the cash register and all that was said was maybe the hot water heater wasnt keeping up.

Friendly and professional staff. I had an issue with my shower ticket, Cynthia helped me to got a new one with the phone number..The showers were clean and not a long wait time to get in. The prepared salad was good and well decorated. Good job guys

Brought my own cup for some ice and water, management said that because I got ice it was 1.59Just go to the pilot on the other side.npumps are newer, staff is nicer, and they dont charge for *water* in a *desert*

3:45 am the coffee area is a disaster. Equipment torn apart and just left unassembled and unusable. No hot food not even a hot dog. I come through here every week. Ill never stay here again.

The showers are not clean and there was no hot water. I very much did NOT appreciate taking a cold shower after a long day of working. I decided to try and give them another chance (its been 2 months). This time the shower was clean and the water was hot but another issue I have a problem with is that their Dunkin Donuts flavored coffee syrups were majorly expired. I mean this is December 29 and one was expired back in July and it is still being offered for customers to use. Thats not ok.. The bad part is someone even circled the date with a Sharpie. Seriously need to get some employees who will be conscienous enough to monitor the expiration dates.

Nice and clean with bathroom and showers, inside. The parking lot is really convenient as soon as you get out of the gas station if you got a good spot you can park easily but no effort for the most part its pretty convenient parking lot with a couple of good Lots in there the store doesnt have that much for already but it does work this is a good place to come here and take a good rest will find theres a Dennys inside for breakfast to dinner.

Broadly fine, but avoid in summer at all costs. The place is full of mosquitos 🦟 and they have absolutely no abatement. Not even a single zapper.

NO SHOWERS!!!!!!! According to the rude desk person, they had no one toclean them. Unfffffing believable. Sounds like a serious management issue, especially when I read all the other bad reviews. Stay away.

Place is a dump, store is absolutely filthy, waitlist for shower and no one working to clean them while 7-8 need to be done. Lazy employees that wanna smoke and joke. Management needs to be replaced, obviously lost control of this location. Will be contacting corporate

4 fuel pumps not working right!!Walked in and ac is down they have temp ac but still this place needs so more cleaning (bathrooms) ect.. place is run down bad!

Shower room didnt have any toilet paper in it at all. Room was also very cold and not froze getting out of the shower. Sink was dirty kinda makes you wonder what else is dirty ? Couldnt find anyone to give an extra towel. Im becoming a fan of TA and Loves as my experience with Pilot and Flying J is there going downhill when it comes to courtesy and a clean place especially the shower area.

Attendants are rude!! Came to take a shower and had to wait over 30 minutes before manager cleaned one of the showers when there was 5 empty! Went to attendant several times with her telling me that someone was cleaning a shower when there wasnt anyone at all!!! She just kept playing on her phone!

The staff where friendly. The facility is clean as well as the fuel island and Peking areas. But there is a reason why I like LOVES. Free drinks every day and the showers are hardly if ever small.

Good place to stop. Didnt give the 5 stars because the guy in charge of refilling the propane tanks. Had to be called out twice, u till he finally showed up at the pump. +15 minute waite

This is a fairly nice place with good food, available and clean showers. The people are nice there’s a drivers lounge and laundry room. Inside the place is clean and orderly. The one suggestion I have is that they really need to pick up the trash around the parking lot. I’m embarrassed that my fellow truckers are such slobs. It’s an embarrassment to the profession, but it still needs cleaned up. It’s just like the bathroom. It’s unfortunate that people make messes but every establishment knows they will. That is why there must be an employee to keep the clean. The bathrooms here are clean, but they need someone outside to pick up the disgusting amounts of trash.

Rv pump 15 doesnt work at least when I prepaid inside and 14 was leaking mess. Moved to another pump and it was very slow and stopped moving gas when my tank is half full like its out of gas. Not sure whats up.

Wery unwelcome people worked here on Feb 6 2021. I came at counter for shower and associate was talking to another worker and was not able to listen that is my need here. Finally I bought a shower. Not clean. Some one left dirty vet footprints on its floor. Water in shower head change temperature in unpredictable sequence. After shower it was time for some coffee and meal. Coffee machine dispense just a half of wanted small cup. No half$half. No hot dogs. When start express my opinion at counter lady advise me to across the freeway for another trucks-top.I wish some one from management will read it and do something.

I picked up a load that did not include the bill of lading. Marcia was very helpful getting it printed for me. The store itself is clean and the staff is always pleasant to deal with.

I think we are going thru most difficult times in our life time and flying j really cares about this by being super clean. No toilet paper. Color of the faucets basically turned brown from silver. Nice job by putting people’s life in danger

Guy at the front register shorted me on my food and over charged me and he was not friendly. Showers were filthy and towel are nasty 🤮 avoid truck stop at all cost. They need new management and new staff

New day, shower #4. 1 towel, 1 wash rag. No foot pad, room enough to turn around in. Only seat was the toilet, no tiny stool .Hair in the shower waiting for me to add to it. I think maybe I will go elsewhere next time

Why delete something like it never happen well Ill write it again! I told the cashier on duty about the eye sore at the front door of this business Flying J she was unbothered&was like what. Then to top it off the manager on duty (which was a tall skiny white guy with dark hair) came out and gave him a free bag of dog food! As a trucker we cant get a cup of coffee free! I guess you have to be white & homeless with a dog. They have deleted my first post from today this is my second one and I will keep posting a new post when they get deleted! Horrible

Have stayed here before to do a 34 hr reset in the past. However, the reason for the 3 star is because of the terrible internet reception here. The closer you get to this place the more your reception weakens. Ive read many reviews by people staying at Pilot/Pilot Flying Js that these places put up an internet blocker so it forces you to HAVE TO purchase an internet package AND the packages arent any better. Being that I have stayed at multiple Pilots and flying js Id have to say that i agree with the people making these reviews regarding poor internet reception. One person even told us that it was true. 2cd thing to mention is the paid parking, which is a way for them to make easy money off of you. The same thing with the paid parking for truck drivers. Its beyond ridiculous.

Man, what is going on with Pilot Flying J? It seems that everyone we visit, whether here or in another state, has major issues with their pumps or DEF system. This one here and the in Cordez has major problems.

Honestly i want to give 0 star. All of gas machines didnt work and I wasted 30 mins to try every machine. Im really MAD

Customer service was fantastic but after spending $250 for fuel I would expect food to be fresh. I purchased 1doz wings and 2 pizza slices and they were hard. Too long under heat lamps. ☹

We got showers . The water was hot. The shower was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and had a wide variety of food items. They also had t shirts on sale for $3.00 . We were quite happy to get a nice, hot shower .

I drive a motorhome and they have a place to gas up my motorhome separate which makes it really convenient they have a place to dump my waist for my motorhome and fill up my tanks with water which makes it convenient while Im stopping there plus I can buy my food there while Im stopped so I can make one big stop and then go without stopping again until I need gas again.I wish all your flying Js were like this but I make it a point to stop at this flying j every time Im in the area.

I like coming here to grab a quick lunch. Their pizza is my fave! You get 2 huge pieces very cheap! The place is always clean and they have very friendly employees. I’ve always had great, prompt service!

Decent truck stop, met one of my friends from Florida driving his semi across the country again and we met here and ate there, I want to say it was Dennys.

Don’t come here to save money, especially for Premium gas. A QT in Phoenix or Tucson has the same price. Here it was 80 cents higher than the advertised Regular Unleaded price (which draws you in), and 4 cents per gallon above AAA state average. Beverages are about 30-40% higher than at a Circle K or QT, and would be fine if the place was clean or fancy. The diet Mt Dew in the self serve soda fountain had brown things floating in it, so check before you drink. Staff are friendly, though.

The ladies restroom is clean. Generally always is clean. The fuel prices are a little less than the other truck stop north of this place. We like the pizza and wings in the deli counter. Good hot fast food selection. Great drink selection. They even offer soup.

What I like about this Fly- J, its not a shoe box of a truck stop. It has plenty of parking .but it does fill up. Heres a plus still have out door seating. The staff are good people are friendly 👍😄

These travel stations are great depending on the city that you arrive at. For the most part I think theyre an amazing to last minute lodging if you are traveling and you are tired these places are great and really good about letting you pull off to the side resting in your eyes for a little while They are safe the stores are well-stocked and most of them are in well-lit areas. I travel by myself one can imagine that it might be a little intimidating or scary to travel the country as a woman alone, however thanks to these travel stations I feel safe enough to continue on my journey.

Shower was weak water pressure which is unusual for flying j the shower was clean Dennys was great. They get a deduct for low water pressure only a truck driver understands how important a shower is we dont get the opportunity to take a shower everyday so when we do get the opportunity at needs to be right your water pressure sucks

One of the smaller Flying Js that I have been to but nice overall. The inside is kept very clean as well as the outside and the staff is very nice from my experience. Overall a good location and rest stop located pretty much at the halfway point between Tucson and Phoenix.

I wish the parking was better. The trucks are parked to close to either nose to nose. Hard to get out when someone is parked right in front of you.

Had restrooms and that was great, and fairly clean. The food price items were outrageous. Good things we brought snacks for our trip down to Tucson

Always a great place to stop if youre in an area such as Kingman because they have so much to offer just about anything youre looking for you can find there within reason nice clean restrooms Sun locations even have showers for those of you who drive 18 wheelers their gas prices are always extremely competitive with all the other stations in the area and the people are always nice friendly eager to help and as far as I know most of them are open 24/7 which is another big plus for people who are on the road or on the go that is me a lot of the time keep up the good work guys God bless

Bathrooms..... no soap, toilets were in need of a cleaning, floors were a mess. Both bathrooms. Seems under staffed.

If your southern Arizona location makes it so you cant provide anything other than scorching hot water for your showers, the very least you can do is have ventilation in your shower rooms. On days when the outside temps surpass 100° (like today), its truly surprising no one has passed out from the heat within your facility.

Using their shower here and no toilet paper also as its stated drivers n co drivers deserve clean n fresh showers but this install not clean by the cleaning crew

Please stop letting people who are not handicapped use the handicapped shower. Someone was in there for over an hour who used up all the hot water. There are people likee who use a wheelchair that actually need the handicapped shower. Far too many times I stopped at a Flying J to take a shower and some jerk was in the handicapped shower for over 45 minutes. When they came out I could see they most likely didnt need the sit down shower. This is horrible karma people! Stop it!! It is seriously painful for me to have to take a cold shower due to a nervous system disease which doesnt allow my body to control its own temperature. Just because you feel like sitting down for an hour and using up all the hot water doesnt mean you should. I propose Flying J put a time limit on the handicapped shower. Thank you.

Best place for rv fill ups. They have designated pumps for rvs!! Best ever, you dont have to wait on the truckers to move their trucks.👍👍

Got a 20oz coffee refill and it was $2.14 . That’s a total rip off. They making a killing on a pot of coffee. Plus the cashier was definitely not polite. She said well this isn’t circle k. Well y’all coffee isn’t any better but I was getting gas and decided to get some. I’ll never go there again

Right across the street is a food stand with the best Sonoran Dogs around. Visited the actual truckstop on 10/2/2020 Employees not wearing masks and some people coming were not required to either. No more flying j for me.

I*ve been coming to this location for 30years. Always been able to find a spot to park. Never ran out of hot water in the showers. Zero complaints.

We have had good and not so good Flying J experiences, but this one was great. It seems that Pilot has had some good effects on the franchise.

Showers are always clean. Lot is clean and well kept. Regular fuel stop for us and have never seen it dirty or poorly staffed. Nice place, nice people!

Never any parking. Prime fills by 3 pm most days. Showers are dated. Mostly decent staff.

Recently remodeled bathrooms were clean but no paper towels in either dispenser.They did have hand blowers available but I definitely prefer a towel to dry my hands.The sodas seemed a bit over priced but not outrageous.I was hungry but have had their deep fried selection before and it should be avoided unless you have an heavy duty intestinal tract or a penchant for dysentery.

Everything seemed ok, until we sent food back with the waitress to be corrected. While she’s taking our food back, she’s also laughing. Not quite sure that we trust she didn’t sabotage anything. I suppose our mistake was sending anything back in the first place...

OTR Driver here.....To the Manager, why dont you get very seriously involved with teaching your staff what clean means, Look at the complaints, there are far more complaints than praise. I dont believe your a bad manager its just you may need to fire some people if they dont get serious about customer service and clean showers and facility. Dont put up with it, either they do their job or hey theres the door, their making you and this Flying J look bad. Bleach, and other cleaning supplies work wonders, tell the staff either get serious with customer service AND cleaning or bye. No one has to be mean, just teach them that YOUR not going to put up with it.....than watch these reviews change. Thanks....

An amazing panoramic view of the mountains and cotton fields if you park nose in. A cool little oasis in front with palms and flocks of birds are fascinating. The store and attached Dennys were clean and employees friendly beyond the obligatory, Welcome to Flying J!.

For a truck stop much better than you would think and they sell just about anything you might need from thread to battery cables to lighter fluid

Better than average Flying J, good service here and at the attached Dennys. Clean showers. Note the cell service was terrible, and the wifi was not working properly when I was there.

They have only HOT water in the showers, Manager says they have to keep water hot for the restaurant, sounds like B.S.
