Last 3 visits theyve argued about the service I had requested/performed. The shop manager Mary argued with me as well as tech Georgio. Daryl is great. The new thing with them now if you pay by debit card you have to fill out a cc 1 time authorization form wasnt really happy with leaving my personal information on that form. Just not happy with their services. I do not recommend them. Went to the Petro in Eloy had no issues.

My driver stoped for a regen, they gave him a different trucks report. Upon calling they are very rude and keep putting us on long holds.

I’m a owner operator semi truck driver. TA Eloy, Arizona not honoring warranty of work done by Technician. Saying bolts being lose is cause of parts being bad. My brother was on the phone with multiple TA’s all saying TA isn’t reliable cause we purchased the parts from Volvo ourselves cause TA up charges 3 to 4 thousand for going purchasing the parts and supplying to the driver. My brother got off his flight in LA and immediately had to drive to Bakersfield, CA pick up the parts from the Volvo dealership then drive all the way to Eloy, AZ for the shop to get to work on the truck. Parts were not the issue air pressure is still building air only issue is employee that installed the air compressor didn’t properly install the compressor causing the bolts to become loose and lose engine oil which in cause causing my gears to grind due to low engine oil. Employees and managers were unprofessional on helping me out find a solution or acknowledging on being at fault due to poor workmanship referring back to being not at fault and saying they are not reliable due to us supplying the parts from Volvo and not being employees fault for the screws he should have properly tightened. Eloy, AZ truck service employees themselves told me and my brother the day we left which was Friday July 16 2021 around 11pm that they don’t warranty the parts they put on since we supplied the parts which we understand that part. They did say they do warranty the labor. They themselves had told me and my brother that if a employee doesn’t properly put on the part being the parts (bolts) are loose that would be covered cause the warranty covers the labor the mechanic had done. But now that the bolts are loose they are now telling us over and over that the part is bad and they don’t cover it cause we supplied the parts and it wasn’t the technician at fault. Overall dissatisfied with the process and run around TA gave us repeatedly telling us we are at fault. Also not allowing us to speak to someone else higher on the food chain or even offering any help on directing us to who the site managers boss is and getting in contact with them to resolve our issue. Very displeased with how TA resolves issues with drivers.

But I can say for this place to the quiet at night very clean. The help is rather friendly. Truck truck places huge semi trucks youre many plenty of pumps and if they can service full service. Also includes a full size truck truck wash tire service and mechanical, and also showers Barbershop and also relaxing massaging chairs which I thought was need and a market of course your typical standard truck stop things and again right off the freeway I-10 plenty of semis okay then well enjoy

Do you want to get ripped off? Put your truck in the shop, they put a rookie mechanic that he doesn’t even know what’s he doing.

Way too often I have to go inside to get a receipt. I think they do that in order to get you to buy something. The help is rather rude in this facility. Today all their gas pumps are down and they arent answering the phone so I can find out when theyll be back up and running.

Jose and Edgar definitely went above and beyond in what they were supposed to do, I over slept and didnt hear the phone call, but they still took care of me in the shop and I was able to keep on trucking, definitely would prefer TA over others at this point in the game.

The guy at fuel desk is rude and unprofessional. I just bought a cup of coffee, he did not greet and say thank you to me. He( maybe Mexican or mixed) checked me out like I was buying an aeroplane.

I recently stopped at this TA truck stop and was surprised by the remodel, in the past i was not a big fan of this place so I would go to Loves truck stop down the freeway but the remodel is really nice they added a food court which includes a Taco Bell Sbarro and A&W the place was very clean and comfortable I ordered pizza from the Sbarro and I was greeted promptly and the food was prepared in a quick Manner and the staff was very nice

Girls are amazing with the clippers. I got my hair cut today at the TA. If you have time and need it get r dun. She totally hooked me up. Wink.

We’re new to the area & stopped in to check it out. They have a little bit of everything but we probably won’t return. The clerk was very rude & just ignored my question. I know she heard me because someone in line piped up with the answer. It doesn’t matter what services or product you provide. If staff is rude, customers will not return.

Service guy Sam and the people in the office at this location are first rate. They got right on the job and didn’t stop until it was repaired right. Can’t ask for more than that and to top it off, everyone was nice and the price was more than fair. Very rare these days. Thanks guys.

I’m a truck driver I tried to get a shower and they said they don’t have maintenance to clean the showers he gets here at 6:30 in the morning it’s 530 my time I don’t know why you offer 24 hour service if you don’t have one that’s all right but if you don’t have what are you selling please just let the a customer not so he can go to a different place

I am a very loyal TA/Petro fueler. I have enjoyed the conveniences of these locations over the years and have grown to depend on them.Recently, my confidence in TA/Petro has been shaken. I have driven into Amarillo TX, Las Cruces NM, and Santa Rosa NM to find that they have no fuel. As a driver, I need to depend on places to have the products they advertise or I will have no confidence in shipping there in the future.In addition, this evening, I stopped at the TA in Eloy AZ to find that I can not have a shower due to staffing issues. Ive had a long day and wanted to enjoy a hot shower. This is a service that they insist that they provide.I am very disappointed TA. I get the best fuel discounts by purchasing your fuel, but if I cant depend on you to have the fuel, or even a shower, what is your discounts worth?I truly hope you can do better, its sad to see such a great stopping chain fall apart like this.Your loyal fueler,J

The A&W would not serve me because I had no mask on. I have asthma and I will not wear a mask. So thanks to your workers Ill never stop here again. I will also tell other truckers not to stop here. Funny part is I was way more then 6 ft from her and just washed and sanitized my hands. Had no intention to get near anyone. Oh well. Took my business else where and will from now on.

One of the best, in my humble opinion. 3 fast food restaurants to choose from and people are friendly. Big lot, never fills completely. Pizza hut at the back of the lot if you wanna sit down and have a beer.

Been sitting here since 11:30 pm waiting to fuel because none of the pumps are working. Went inside to the fuel desk and the attendant tells me no fuel until the shift change at midnight. I need fuel!!! Truck drivers have a clock running and we dont have the luxury to just sit around and wait. I dont understand what the issue is here, why everything isnt automated or they are too short staffed.

Great rest stop if youre coming in from Tucson. Good fast food, and great stuff in the convenience shop.

Love the items you can find here! Oooffff, I can go crazy shopping here. Lol. My husband knows I love this stores. We mainly go for business, but I easily get distracted with the great selection on books and gadgets ( fun) and unique at times. I love that they have a huge variety on drinks, but word of advice “ Don’t buy the fresh fruits in a cup” I swear, every time I end up buying the fruits it was bad. A nasty taste; like not fresh. Brought it to the manager’s attention. Hopefully they took me serious!

I needed a simple lug stud replaced. No problem they said, but its going to be a few hours. Okay, fine. I waited SIX HOURS, for them to tell me, sorry, we dont have the part. SIX HOURS of my time WASTED for NO REASON. Avoid this TA at all costs. The worst Ive ever been to. Inconsiderate amateurs and completely unprofessional.

There is a Young Lady named Jennifer who works at the barber shop inside of the TA. She is Absolutely Amazing, One of the Best haircuts with scissors only that i have received. I dont like hair styles to use clippers, true professionals can perform a outstanding haircut only using scissors. She is the Bomb. I sat down in the chair a complete stranger, in no time We are exchanging family information with each other, time flew by. I was saddened She was finished because it only meant it was time for Me to leave. I know Jennifer will always remember Me. I post a pic. Keep in mind this was 2 weeks ago. The entire TA itself is one of the cleanest i have ever seen. Food court is Amazing with the friendliest Hispanic Girls i have ever met. Estoy Guero so i appreciate their kindness. I honestly look up to all of them.

Ever wonder why the parking lots smell like pee? This is why...this driver for Miguel Navarro trucking just dumped a gallon of piss right from his drivers door. He tried to wash it away by taking a swig of water in his mouth and spitting on the gallon on poured out pee. That worked wonders! Directly outside the service bays... couldnt even pull into a spot. At least 100 empty spots available including pull through spots for drivers just like him.

We drove from North Phoenix to Eloy Arizona just to go to the truckstop to have an A & W Root Beer float, And man let me tell you it was very much worth it, also there was a Taco Bell in the same building so, I got a special lunch and special Root beer all in the same place... I highly recommend the trip its an hour and 25 minutes Down the 10 just passed Florence… just me, mark a super A & W Root Beer fan from Phoenix, Arizona.

So I pull up to this location to grab the ole lady some food, as I am walking up, I noticed that they having a lil cookout outside. So as Im walking by they offer this big guy some free food!🤪 Of course I cant turn it down. So what it was, the GMS 1yr anniversary with the location. Let me tell you, even though it was just some hotdogs and Pot. Salad, it was delicious! Thank you so much! This truck driver appreciated it more than you can imagine!

Good place to pick up the stuff you need but the staff are a little on the edgy side they like to follow you around and watch you as if youre stealing something so I would suggest if you go in there and dont go in around the night shift otherwise to make you feel as if youve done something wrong...STOP IT...

This is something that I cant put off until later. This is a RED ALERT!!! I was just in your store trying to locate an insignificant product(seals). Well this very nice lady went out of her way to help me locate some. I mean I was not ready for this great customer service so early in the day. I didnt get her name, but her right arm was in a sling. Which I wouldve gladly given her a pass on poor service, for that alone. She then directed me to the service dept, where I met Wonder Woman. I mean Mary. This lady let me know they were sold out, but took the time to print out the parts#, description, price & etc, so I can call ahead to the next store & save time. Im sure you get the point by now. EXCEPTIONAL service for just some seals, this speaks volumes about these ladies. If you could duplicate these two, you would only be doing your business a great service b/c you just cant teach what they have. You know how to pick them. Keep up the great work.

I am so grateful for the help I got here. Driving back from Tucson in the pouring rain and my windshield wiper falls apart. Of course they didnt have the exact one but Rafael worked hard to get me a replacement. His willingness to do what we needed even though it ended up taking a fair amount of time was and is greatly appreciated.

Almost 4 hours to replace a wheel seal on steer axle. Its a hour job.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my semi to fix my air compressor. They start charging you while I’m still speaking to the cashier about my problem! The mechanics don’t want to work, and quoted me 12 hours for a 4 hour job. I was told one day they would do the tomorrow the next day they were not enthusiastic about the job at all.So I went across the highway to Midway Diesel and they took excellent care of me. Job was done quick and I was on my way.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TA AT ALL! I only have the one star because I had to.

I only come here to buy their incredible Princess Cake. Layers of white cake with raspberry jam and whip cream in between, covered with marzipan. It is moist, light and not cloyingly sweet. Perfectly made everytime.

If your running and want to stop for some dinner late at night, dont waste your time stopping here. All 3 fast food joints close at 10. Thank God some bored employee stocked the hot dog roller with 3 hot dogs. Maybe the creepy looking Pizza Hut out back is open offering $20 large one topping pies.

We are making this a regular stop on our trips to Phoenix. There are a few different fast food places inside to choose from. The bathrooms are very clean. Plus a really fun little souvenir shop. Great place to stretch your legs and get some hot food.

I only need to change a Trailer wheelseal when I come to this repair shop. Remove the Hub wheel and let me change the brake pads. Because my brake pads are new. I said there is oil on it. Just clean it up, but the repairman said that a section of my Axle was welded. Cant go on the road. Need to cut the inside section before welding. It will cost $2,000. Isnt this the same problem! All are welding! . Besides, the previous welding was also repaired in TA, I dont think it will be repaired, the repairman will not let me go. Must spend more than 2,000 dollars to finish welding before leaving. I am particularly angry. This is blackmail okay! All drivers are now transporting at the risk of COVID -19. How hard it is to make money! Everyone should stay away from this shop, just to empty your wallet! Not one star!

I wanted to use TransFlo to send my paperwork on to get paid. O asked at convenience store where it is. They told me at the fuel island.. Kool.. So I walk there and girl working there said its been out for 2 weeks. I said why didnt they tell me that over at store. She said they knew it was out of order. So I need a shower and I walk back to main building and ask for manager. He has left for day so I get assistant Manager he says yes its out and not sure when it will be up and running. O ask for Corporate number and he gave me that and General Manager # I explain to A/Manager that this is how I get paid and I bet that if the store registers were down then they would move heaven and earth to have it fix within a hour so why not a drivers service? Of course he made feeble attempts at excuses but none that satisfied me as its just BS. Also I ask him if its been down for 2 weeks why did they send me to fuel island just to be told its not working.I fuel at TA because I get a decent discount but if service is this bad and equipment isnt working then its not worth the few pennies I would save. Considering I was in Holbrook AZ yesterday and 4 pumps were broke down and trucks stacked 4 and 7 deep for fuel. Come on TA do you really want to be the worst Travel plaza out here?

Ive always stopped at this TA, the Petro on Sunland Gin Rd or the Flying J in Eloy. Great places all of them

Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking and food court with Sbarros, A&W and Taco bell. The food court has TVs and tables were cleaned. We just stopped for potty break but ended up buying a pizza to go. Pizza was pretty good, cheese is good but pizza had a little more sauce then we like. Overall a good stop.

Danny does a wonderful job. Always professional. And seems like it was pretty fast.

I only give this place poor rating due to the current COVID19 mandate of wearing masks in the building. I stop here twice a week on my route because its a great place for food, rest, showers and any truck related needs. I recently stopped in twice and noticed that customers entered the store and lots didnt have masks on as the sign on the door were posted requiring masks. In a matter of about 30 minutes, I noticed over a dozen people and most were adults, had come and gone without masks. I found it upsetting that the cashier counter is directly next to the door and the cashier would not ask or tell the people without masks to please put one on. No enforcement is my complaint. I asked the cashier why nothing is being done and I was told that they (cashier) didnt know and wasnt sure and told what to do about it. I thought that reply was unacceptable and that it is everyones responsibility to help with the situation and it also is the fault of management that this is being allowed. I am seriously considering not using this as my stop now as I have been stopping here for about 6 years now. I hope this post will get the ball rolling on enforcement of a rule to all. If you post it then enforce it, please! Its for all of our health and good. I have been and I use other brands of truck stops and they enforce the rule as we walk in and I find it strange that the TA/Petro family of truck stops dont seem to care in my opinion because its happening in not only AZ but also in NM and CA.

The Best stop for food between Tucson an Phoenix, clean bathrooms and alot of options for food, very large truck lot for overnight parking.

As a trucker had to have a new mud flap installed on my trailer Lady at the counter was polite and very friendly. Recieved a bay to back my trailer in immediately. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and courteous.The experience was great was back on the road in just a few minutes.Thanks again

Neat gift ideas here. The lady working the graveyard shift tonight when I came in was great. It was comfortable and not creepy to stop here in the middle of the night which means a lot to a single gal

About the same as others, maybe better than some. No longer has a real restaurant, just junk food. Showers are clean and nice. Ample truck parking.

My wife and I are team drivers. When my wife got our shower ticket from Susan behind the desk, Susan informed her that its to hard to clean the bigger showers. She said, and I quote we only like to open it for fat people and the handicapped. Its to hard to clean. She does not deserve her job. When I confronted her about it after the shower, Susan stated my wife said she wanted seperate showers. That didnt even make sense. Not only is she incompetent but Susan is also a liar. TA is our fuel stop. I have never received such ignorant treatment. I will be calling the manager as well.

Good place for gas and food

This stop is very convenient for all travelers. This is a really good spot in my opinion for truck drivers. You have multiple food options, even a pizza hut within walking distance. They have a truck wash as well. If you pull a RGN be careful with the scale, its elevated so you may drag getting on/off.

The Manager and Staff are extremely friendly. I had to stop for a couple days to let my dog rest. Everyone kept trying to feed us even though I said I had money. Very caring people. Hospitality at its finest!

Went in on a saturday to buy lunch at a&w. Food is usually very good, but service not so much. They dont seem to schedule for a busy day of travelers and had to wait forever to place my order, then went over to taco bell and placed and received my sons food before I received my order from a&w. Someone needs to figure out how to schedule to business needs

Asked if we needed anything else and hoped we enjoyed our showers. The problem was store cashier. We came in for drinks first. Mind you he doesnt have a mask on! After about 10 he walks up to us then puts a mask on saying you have a mask? Uh no 1. Because you werent wearing one and neither was the guys at the desk for shop. So no I will not wear a mask. This is NOT consistency! His reply is its mandatory ok well you didnt have 1 on. Well I was alone.... OK SO ARE WE,! BUT HE WANTS TO ARGUE THE FACT. HOW BOUT THIS ILL PAY FOR MY DRINK AND WE LEFT! So needless to say we wont buy our food and our fuel and a truck wash ELSEWHERE. We will stick with LOVES or PILOT where you get service with a smile not an arguement.
