Poor service. Bad product. Purchased an IR CBV600647 compressor in Nov 2018. Installed it on 12/14/18. Ran for about 4 days when the pressure relief valve failed. IR sent a new one. We installed it and within 3 weeks it started having the same issue. This time they said they would need to send out a tech out but could not get anyone out for 2 weeks. No problem because the unit was still running. 3 days later the pump stopped producing pressure and was running hot. Over 400 degrees. Fast forward to the tech arriving, he disassembles the pump and found several valve reeds broken. Shrapnel scoring the cylinder walls. The pump had consumed 3 qts of oil in less than 30 hours. The tech said the would replace the valve plates but not the pump even though the cylinders were scored and that would take a week or so to get back out. After numerous calls to IR Corporate they agreed to replace the pump. IR sent a new pump direct and we installed it due to the fact that it would take a week or so to get anyone out. Finally, less than 3 weeks later one of the copper cooling lines snapped at a joint. IR Elmhurst told us they could not get any one out for a week. I explained, again, all the problems we have had with this compressor and it fell on def ears. I told them I will make a temporary repair and to get a technician out ASAP. That was on March 20. Today is April 4 and they still have not called or sent a technician out to replace the cooling line. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST.
Rude staff.very expensive product telling me I got a good deal on a compressor when other stores sell it 300 bucks cheaper .

They could not help me with my needs but did point me in the right direction.
