Bathroom was disgusting and havent been clean in days, that is horrible! Especially with being in a global Pandemic. Store had great items and was organized. Clean your bathrooms!

Seems like this Jewel location is in Decline the past year or two not a big fan of Safeway I also notice shoplifting quite frequently... I will say though most of the employees that work there are polite and knowledgeable... some employees have the attitude need to find employment elsewhere

The restrooms smell like urine, the mens restroom smell was very loud The floor was even covered with what smelled like urine. Pretty disgusting. The womens smell wasnt quite as loud.Its like theyre making changes cause they had carts, shelving(metal) & pallets all over the place. One person I was with almost tripped over a pallet .... but it seems they did have fresh items.

Excellently set up of entry to store with fruit flowers. Very presentable meat area. Nice place to shop good deals also.

Had what I needed for my coffee. They have great sale prices. Great discount on products all the time. They do need to wipe in between customers in the self checkout. That would be awesome. Check out the sales weekly.

I grew up going to Jewel so this one is basically the same as other jewels. This one has a Starbucks so thats a plus. Otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

This particular location is great. Everything is so fresh, produce, flowers, meat, cheese, etc. Employees are friendly. Prices are, well, typical WF prices, but you get what you pay for. In this case, its worth it.

I love Jewel but they need experienced baggers. It important to bag grocery properly so it will still be in good shape when you get home.

I have been shopping here since August 2009, and this place is a clown show. For the most part customer service is uniformly bad. None of the employees know the location of stocked items. No one ever says thank you. With the exception of some of the more experienced employees, it is a clown show from top to bottom. The store is absolutely filthy and should be shut down.

Convenient location, but it feels rather cramped in this location. I know there are size constraints, but it does feel like the space could somewhat be better arranged, especially near the front of the store, where people often are having to move in and around one another. Decent selection, but doesnt wow you coming in.

Very clean store. Is always fully stocked. During the pandemic the store wasnt fully stocked but it was bare either. The employees are all nice helpful.

A true staple of Chicago. And been going to this store for the last 45 years. I cant say Ive ever been disappointed to produce and meat department are spectacular customer service is just as good. Im proud to say I live in a city that has a store with character charisma and still time for the customer.

They also didnt have any social distancing marks on the ground, and only had self checkout open. Not my best shopping experience!

Stopped at the Jewels in Elmhurst a few days ago to get a few things mostly go to the 1 in Oak Park on Roosevelt Rd

My favorite grocery store of all time! So many options for fruits, vegetables, and so many more. The bulk section is incredible. Recommendation: the fresh honey roasted peanut butter by the bulk section!

Found everything I needed. Couldnt find 1 item and asked an employee, he went in the back and found it for me. Especially love the sales.

Good grocery store and pharmacy

Just tired of having to watch my receipt and have them correct half of the sale items to match advertised price. What a poor way of doing business. They always honor the price but I have to closely monitor what prices come up. I don’t have time to wait for them to go check all the prices.

Not my favorite location, but the closest. Doesnt carry Silk soy creamer any longer. Associate at the meat counter has mask below nose. A bit crowded and tough to navigate in the area around the deli and meat counter.

Jewel is greatly overpriced, more so than any of the other places I shop. If I hadnt needed ice, I wouldnt have gone in there. You still have to watch the expiration dates on things because I saw items 2-5 days past the date still on the shelves.

The jewel store was well stock and had good customer service.

This jewel needs improvement. From their rude staff that speaks bad about their customers as soon as they walk away to their facility. Nedds an upgrade and train their people. Or just hire new ones if the training does not help. Management needs to step in as well. Changed my shopping to the one on Schiller st. WAY better, neater and friendlies staff ever. And very helpful with whatever you need help with.

I have shopped this Jewel for almost 30 years. I was there yesterday, the day before Easter. In the midst of this pandemic the store was more crowded than ever. Whatever ineffective policies were in place were meaningless because no staff person made any attempt to enforce them. Having only one entrance and exit open seemed a poor decision on the manager’s part. Shoppers did not help. There were many couples and others who brought their children. I thought there was to be leaving home only for essentials. Bringing the whole family out for a shopping excursion added to a less than desirable environment for the other shoppers.
