Was sold a pair of eye glasses and after a couple of months the lense started to show a stain. The nose pads came apart had to super-glue them back on. One of the screws to hold the lens was not cut. The optician did tell me he would replace one lense.

I contacted them over a holiday weekend and they called me back! I went to see the Dr and they diagnosed and treated it right away. Excellent customer service and great follow up! 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Greenfield and his team are the best! From scheduling the appointment, to checking in, seeing the doctor and picking new frames - everything flows seamlessly. I highly recommend and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I can’t thank the helpful staff enough!! Was left needing emergency contact lenses since I was visiting from Texas, the staff bent over backwards to help me out when ALL the other local optometrist’s wouldn’t help me without trying to make their cut first. Really says a lot about how caring Greenfield Optical is to their customers and even just random people in need of some help! I received my contact lenses and they even included a solution bottle and case in a nice little bag! Special thanks to Corina for tackling this job and making sure I was well taken care of! She needs a raise! 10/10 recommended, if I didn’t live out of state, this would be my go-to optometrist center! Might just make the trip once a year just for that reason! Thank you guys very much!

Great Experience!After never having been to an eye doctor before, I finally decided it was time to get a checkup and see if I needed glasses. Dr. Greenfield was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. After the exam, he said I didnt absolutely need glasses but they couldnt hurt and it was up to me. Then when he showed me what it would be like if I did get glasses (with an example prescription), I realized how bad I really needed them! I could read the Office hours sign from across the room! Ive had my glasses a few weeks now and absolutely love them. Would definitely go back to this eye care center, highly recommended!!

As always, a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, professional and sensitive to time requirements of the patient. I asked to have my frame adjusted for fit and the staff were more than willing to assist.

These guys saved me. Landed at O Hara with eye problems early in the afternoon, got me in within 2 hours, and started me on the road to recovery. Staff is outstanding, friendly, efficient, and accommodating.

The Doctors office has a wide selection of frames, brand name frames for both glasses and sunglasses. Last few years we tried other places, but Dr. Greenfields office visit was a pleasant visit, piece of mind because we are in good hands.
