Exceptional!! Made my first appointment and staff called prior to my visit to do the pre-exam paperwork. Rescheduled the appointment over the phone to ensure the insurance would cover the visit. Arrived with no waiting time, Doctor was extremely thorough, explained the results and diagnoses in great detail. Vastly different experience than Ive had in the past. Staff assisted me happily with finding frames after having dilation, stayed past business hours to complete the order. Was told the new glasses would take 2-3 weeks for delivery and they were received in 7 business days. Ordered 2 pairs, both bifocals, one pair did not have the same range of clear vision as the other. Staff happily reordered a new pair, without any additional cost to me. I cannot be any happier with my new choice in eye care.

I wish I would have never gone to this place. Can you rate less than zero? Took almost three months to get two pairs of glasses and after two re-makes, they still dont seem right. I was told my computer pair would have a bump of magnification at the bottom for reading....not there. I spent too much money and these people seem incapable of getting anything correct. What a horrible experience. Stay away. Maybe this place is good for easy prescriptions and sunglasses but if you have a complicated prescription ......yikes....think twice before walking in the door.I have spent too much time to keep going back and forth for you to get it correct. The staff at the store did not seem to care at all that things were not going right with my order. After the first remake of the glasses I was told to come back to have my eyes rechecked. So who is messing up?....the doctor examining my eyes, the people making my glasses...so frustrating. I will never go to a chain store eye place again.

The staff really goes above and beyond here. Theyre very kind and they take all sorts of insurances. The frames you get to choose from are pretty stylish as well. Dr. Greenfield is the best at what he does. He will put in a ton of extra effort to help you get the best out of your vision. I used to go to Americas Best like so many other people do but if you live near one of their locations, I highly suggest you change over and start going to MyEyeDr. You wont regret it.

So I went in to get contacts and they did that exam like normal and then they fitted me for trials, but they gave me the wrong prescription. They said it was fine because they were just trials, and told me they would order me the right prescription for trials, then they gave me another pack afterwards and IT WAS THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION!!!! I thought nothing of it and order led years supply contact fro my CORRECT prescription, it’s $300 right there AND THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION . So we had to call them back and then they tried blaming it on ME for not getting the right prescription in the first place even though they are the ones that gave it to me. Then they gave me ANOTHER eye exam and more trial contacts WRONG prescription still! And they ordered me more trail supposedly the right prescription. That was supposed to be here 2 WEEKS AGO!!! I’ve been waiting to get the correct contacts since OCTOBER!!! ITS CURRENTLY FEBRUARY! HORRIBLE experience and I will NEVER go back to this place again. Don’t waste your time and money. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

Terrible. Took my girlfriend in for her first visit in a very long time yesterday to only be rushed through the entire process and to be missing very important info we requested about her prescription, her pupilary distance. So now, we have to either find it ourselves or schedule a second visit...Ridiculous, especially for the $200+ we spent for just a proper examination. I am absolutely livid.

The staff here was absolutely fantastic. I suffer from anxiety and couldn’t have felt any safer or at ease around them. They made sure the process went quickly and as easy as possible. Was offered everything from water to tea. Had SO much help picking out my frames and making sure they looked good.Will continue to come back here and recommend to friends and family!!!

Jamie is the best ever. Came in 30 minutes before close and not only was not charged to repair my glasses he did it with a smiling face and a great attitude. Definitely will be coming back to get my next pair from here!

They still have a lot to learn, phones arent always picked up, Ive gone past there and the door was locked during what they claim to be be business hours, with no sign or explanation. But for what they lack in those small things, they make up for with Jamie! His customer service skills are unbeatable. Hes cheerful and helpful and knowledgeable. Very much an asset to this place. Thank you Jamie, for all of your help!

I went here a few years ago when my oldest son had to get an eye exam for school. I went to the closest location covered by our insurance. Disappointed in this place from the moment I walked in the door from the poor customer service to an optometrist that seemed to want to only get more appointments to come through the door. Its also years later and I still get calls to come back. Never will come back. Definitely do not recommend.

Paid $1,400 to have the worst customer service experience in my history of wearing glasses.These people don’t care.Rushed through the entire process. Never notified glasses were available for pickup. I had to call several times on the way out of the country. On pickup, store closed early. Had to try the glasses on by myself and verify proper fit as sales person stood attempting to rush me out the door while reminding me how lucky I was to have arrived 5 minutes before they had left (early). Keep in mind this is expensive high-end eyewear. Brands beware. Huge lack of professionalism.Next time choice will be easy. Going to Warby Parker.Sorry.

Even with my employers pretty-good insurance, the glasses were ridiculously expensive: about $460. They dont seem any different than the $200 ones I used to get from Lenscrafters. Plus, they were understaffed and as a result I spent a lot of time waiting around. For that kind of money, they might put two or three staff in the shop, instead of one. Lesson learned.
