This place smells so good! When you enter the door you don’t know where to look first! Everything looks delicious and tasty! We got two scopes of ice cream and have to say they are enormous! It is too much for one average person. :-) so, if you’re craving sweets, this is the right place to go!

I dont know how to start... I just want to cry with excitement for everything we tried here. Chocolates amazing. Ice creams to die for Im in love with PISTACHIO FLAVOR, Caramel Apples 😍 Everything is delicious. The Snappers is literally the size of my hand! 🤩🤤🤤

The caramel ice cream I had was amazing. My husbands apple pie ice cream had very little flavor. We didnt get any chocolates, but they looked amazing. Prices are a bit high, though. Almost $20 for two ice creams, one waffle cone & one waffle bowl.

Down to earth staff who bring the small town feel to the suburbs. Delicious chocolate products. Sea salt caramel fudge is our favorite!

Ice cream and candy store in down town Elmhurst. Great friendly service. The ice cream is incredible. Creamy and great flavor. I had a scoop of praline and a scoop of vanilla salted caramel. Some of the best ice cream Ive ever had. You know everything is fresh. The are always making something.

The y have the best ice cream. I prefer the cookie dough while my daughter enjoys the superman. They are very friendly and will explain how they make everything to even the most inquisitive 5 year old.

Had a great experience. Came in for the first time last week and some of our goodies didnt make it into the bag, came in this evening and the wonderful young woman made it right and with a smile. Was such a pleasant experience. Definitely top notch customer service... Im a forever customer now. And absolutely delicious treats!

They have about 16 flavors of ice cream and many types of chocolates and fudge all made in store. The Banana Fudge Pie and Moose Tracks ice cream are excellent. The ice cream is also pretty soft too unlike store bought ice cream.

I visited Kilwins for the first time in June. Very nice shop and the service was friendly and excellent. The sea foam chocolate is delicious with a little crunch. Ill buy that again for sure. Another reviewer mentioned the toasted coconut ice cream so I tried and really liked! Agreed also with the banana chocolate ice cream.

Excellent service here and the staff does a great job. They have a wide variety of chocolate and ice cream and its always worth dropping by for a free sample of the new fudge!

The ice cream was great - 32 flavors! A little boy ordered an ice cream cone with the Superman flavor. The chocolate creations and waffle cones are made in the store.

Kilwins definitely satisfies your sweet cravings. A personal favorite is the tuttles which is nuts, chocolate and caramel all in one. A variety of ice cream flavors, fudge, and homemade chocolates. I was so glad Kilwins carried Dulce de leche ice cream and it was the best!

I highly recommend the toasted coconut and the pistachio, although the last couple of times I have left disappointed because they havent had the pistachio flavor.

I cant say enough about this place. The stuff they make here is so delicious and the ice cream is the best Ive ever had. Its like an old time store where all the employees are super nice and the service is actually quality. You definitely get what you pay for here. I recommend the home made peanut butter cups and the Tongas - like a shortbread cookie dipped in caramel and chocolate with coconut. MMMMMM! The Toasted Coconut ice cream is also to die for.

Fantastic quality ice cream.I have pretty high standards for coconut ice cream and Kilwins exceeded all of them.My family and I were on our way to ColdStone and changed our mind because this place caught our eye. Im glad we stopped in because the ice-cream was fantastic, the service was great and the fudge was delicious.This is, without a doubt, my new go-to ice cream shop for Elmhurst.

I ordered 3 scoops and I asked them to put 2 scoops in a cup and another scoop in a second cup. I have been charged for 2 separate orders. I Specifically mentioned to the girl that Im getting 3 scoops...silence...I pay only once. Regardless I was charged for 2 orders.

Everything is fresh and delicious. They make many of the products in store - my favorites are the smores, caramels, dipped rice krispies, dipped Oreos, and dipped strawberries - basically all of it! My family will go to get ice cream (banana fudge pie yum!!) and leave with many other treats. Definitely worth checking out.
