This place is the best. I found them when I was looking for a shop to check out an issue with my aftermarket system. Susie is very friendly and always willing to answer questions, or get you the answers. She is great on the phone, and customer service. Mario is great at what he does. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been the go to guy since I found him. He upgraded my sound system in my new truck, has installed two remote starts for me, installed a sound system in another vehicle fir me, advised me on lighting, and always willing to help out if I call him. Any issues I have had he follows up with quickly and is takes pride in his work. He will make sure you are happy with whatever work you have him do for you.

This place was wonderful!! The lady in front was personable, patient and ready to answer all my questions. The owner Marco did as well. I got a remote starter and I was dreading having a new keyfob on my keys or having to hear about what extras i need / pay for. NOPE, none of that. Prices were straight forward, no extras, was actually talked out of the fob and just doing the phone app (so I saved money). This place was truly wonderful and cant wait to go back and get my windows tinted. I will ensure that I spread the words to friends and family about this great facility!!

Awesome work and service. 2 way remote start installed and also fixed up the radio install I did 3 years ago as volume has always been poor. Thought a headunit to speaker rewire was needed, only needed to switch from the low pass rca connectors to high pass output and WOW volume just about blew me out of my Jeep. Also got steering wheel controls working. All done for lower price than what i expected to pay. Had issue right after install and paid as driver side door would not trigger unlock. Was a loose wire in the door easy fixed. All support from Susie(?) at the desk, Mario and Mike (?) the tech are top notch. I will be back when ready for next upgrade

Appointment was never scheduled after previous day call confirming apt. Drove 45 mins to be told i wont be upset if you go somewhere else, i have enough work because issue with power.. Job was never completed. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend!

Family owned place that prides itself on quality work for an honest price. Ive had two remote starts installed here as well as one full window tint, and all three times the owner and his wife were very helpful and polite. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to wait there while they did the work! Prices were below the other local places I checked. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a remote start, window tint, or new sound system.

The service was outstanding. They treated me with excellent respect considering Im a woman. Really honest with my concerns and questions with the remote start they installed for my Ford Edge. The gentleman who helped me mentioned to me I didnt have a parking/turn signal light and offered to replace it for me since he was working on my truck. Also they have the best competitive prices in town. And their customer service exceeded my expectations.

Got my 07 TL fully tinted here for $220 (after tax) They did it in about 4 hours, and was it worth the wait! A clean, precise job of the tinting. Virtually no air bubbles and no dust caught in the tint film. True professionals. Ill be back for more!

Finding someone you can trust with your car is tough. I live in the city and don’t mind driving 45+ minutes to have my car serviced by these guys. (Especially when in Chicago there’s a shop at almost every intersection). I’ve gotten everything from headlight LED bulbs to getting my windows tinted there. Reliable service and they add warranty! I drive a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I’ve been bringing it here ever since I bought it.. 5 + stars!

Great Experience! Mario was nothing short of professional. I bought an aftermarket Kenwood receiver from a third party and wanted Kustom Car Solutions to install it, based upon their reputation. Im glad I did. Mario and his crew did a great job and made sure the stereo sounded great before sending it off. I purchased a converter that was a bit on the larger side and he was able to custom fit it into my dash even better than expected. Quality work at an even better price. Im not one to review but had to make sure credit was given when due. I will definitely be recommending them and will go back for my future automobile needs. Dont go anywhere else, its a no-brainer, call Mario!

Once again, Mario did an awesome job on my ride! He got me in the next day, with super short notice, and installed a badass set of JL subs and an amp. Real clean, pro install that thumps!! On top of that he didnt charge me for the bass control or the box. If you are in the Elmhurst area dont even think of going anywhere else for remote start/audio upgrades.

Prices ridiculously high . I called to ask how much to tint the windows on all windows of my car. I gave them the model and year of the car and they said it would cost me 620$ so i had my boyfriend call and they said they would charge him 350 for the exact same car, year and model. As a woman i feel disrespected because im a woman and dont know as much as a man would and they were gonna over charge me . I called a different shop and they gave me a honest reliable quote right off the bat . For girls that dont know anything about cars like me DO NOT EVER GO THERE !!

Tint job was quick on my BMW, and the price was great, just a couple bubbles that wont go away even when pressed out (not really noticeable bubbles though, I will take it back in a week just to let those bubbles out)
