Stopped in to have the sim card replaced in my phone. Had to wait a few minutes as there were two customers ahead of me but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Fortunately for me one of the customers ahead if me was finished within a few minutes if my arrival.The rep then asked what I needed and then proceeded to replace my sim card while the other customers phone was down loading his data.All in all I was in the store less than 20 minutes.

Hi! I purchased a phone yesterday from TCC. Rabia and Dini were so friendly and helpful. They had the phone I wanted in stock yesterday. They found me a great deal on my new phone and gave me a great price for my trade in. They set the phone up for me. I really appreciated that!!

I recently had trouble with my phone and I could not get Verizon tech support to fix my phone.My phone was in restricted and no caller id, and this was effecting my buisness.With no help from Verizon tech support, I decided to go see TCC, with in 30 minutes my phone was working properly. We had a really great, safe experience at this store! Rabia was the employee there and she was very friendly, helpful, and efficient with upgrading me to a new iPhone. The store was also very safe, everyone was wearing masks and using hand sanitizer. There was hand sanitizer available for customers as well and the store was very spaced out, with 6ft apart markers. We used to go to another Verizon store, but were definitely going to switch to this one after our positive experience :)

I broke my trusty iPhone (which was almost 5 years old), so it was time to buy a new toy. I wanted immediate gratification, rather than waiting 2 days for a direct-from-Apple order, so I went to this Verizon location. Japjiv was both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

I would have liked more devices out to interact with and compare. To me thats the main reason to go to the store instead of ordering online. Accessories were pretty pricey as with most Verizon locations. The staff members were friendly and attentive and didnt have to wait on Black Friday!

I was trying to activate a specific hotspot on our business account from 3 states away that required an ethernet plugin to remote into a job site system, and after 2 calls to the carriers customer service line and getting 2 different incorrect answers I called this store directly. I spoke with Jay and he made the process very easy and offered alternatives as well. Thank you again Jay for all your help!

I had an amazing experience at this location, I was recently at a T-mobile location that was terrible service, and when i came here to Verizon Ms Dini gave me perfect service that i will never forget!

Mara was amazing! She demonstrated with her own phone how durable the case was. Malik and Steven were equally awesome. They backed up my phone which had 16,000 photos and my contacts and put them onto my new iPhone X. They’re customer service was amazing and I will be coming back for my next electronic!

Salespeople were nice but there seems to be pressure to sell. I understand they want commission. Very deceiving that this isn’t totally Verizon but in fact TCC.Got much better deal and truth about costs by using the online Verizon site.Wasted so much time and money.Really wanted to like this store but never again!The large Verizon sign didn’t give me a clue what TCC was.They Ashra was very polite.They tried but stay away from stores and go online directly to Verizon....

We had a great experience at this store. We needed to upgrade several phones and transfer lines so I was dreading the visit. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable and made it as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this store!

Malik and Steven were great to work with. I saw a few reviews prior to coming in.. one being from a customer who made some serious accusations which were completely false. I had a fantastic visit working with the two gentlemen at the Ellicott City location. They went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. I cant believe some of these other reviews on here. They clearly have to be FAKE considering the service I received was top of the line. I have been a Verizon customer for years and never received such great service at any other location I went to. The store and all employees were well dressed, professional, and courteous to my needs.

Best Verizon store experience ever! I walked in and there were 2 employees assisting 2 customers. I waited approximately 5 min and then was helped by Malik. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my contract plan and the manager, Mara, was able to quickly rectify the issue. While my new phone was being “prepared”, I had lovely conversations with Malik and Mara. Mara even looked into my home Verizon plan to make sure there weren’t any issues (without me asking). I highly recommend this location and will definitely go there in the future for all of my Verizon phone needs.

Chelsea and Ray was very helpful with switching me from T-mobile to Verizon. Every question I had they were able to answer thoughtfully. I could tell that they were really knowledgeable with the whole process. It was great customer service! Id reccomend that people visit the the Verizon store in Ellicott city.

I had an issue at the Columbia, MD store their wiliness not to want to help my sister and myself. I stopped by another Verizon store where I met Chelsea. I told her what my issue was and she took care of it no questions asked. Her knowledge of how the phones work and what would best benefit my hearing impaired sister and myself was outstanding. Chelsea was patient and very kind.

The service provided by Malik was top notch!!!!! He was patient with me, helpful, and provided all the information necessarily. He had to deal with my forgetting the pin numbers, an almost dead phone, and trying to retrieve as much information from my phone before it died.

Employees were so friendly and helpful! Went to get a new phone and came out with a new iPhone and 2 new iPads, which barely increased my monthly bill. They also saved me money on my fios bill! Highly recommend this place, they really know what theyre talking about!

Came in to get me and my wife new phones. They got her a brand new tablet and helped transfer all of her photos. Would definitely go here over the busy stores.

Salesmen was not telling the truth about plans and cost, phone upgrade options. Also he said that Verizon will stop supporting Iphone 6s in one month, but they are not sending notifications to the costumers because it is Apple’s fault. It was kind of funny to talk to him and watch him lying. So if you want to entertain yourself - go there, if you value your time - do not. Also most of devices on the display were not working.

Salesman lied to me to to make a 5 dollar commission cost my family 1000s on wifi tablets worth no more that 200 each. Cost me 170 each to cancel each plan after allready lost 1000s where salesman told my family would cost 40$ if we bought new phones.

We bought our I-phone from Verizon in November 2016 and we are extremely happy with the services from Chelsea, Miral and Ray. Chelsea especially has spent enough time explaining all our inquiries. All three of them are great customer service representative for Verizon.

Malik was my technician consultant at Verizon He was so knowledgeable and helpful he was amazing I never had service in my life like I had with Malik he is definitely but makes Verizon great he made it such a smooth transition when I bought my new iPhone X And I also got an iPhone tablet at that same visit, it was so amazing!

About a month ago I ran into problems with my cell phone and went to the Shipleys Grant Verizon store run by TCC Wireless. I was offered a great deal on a bundle. Pay $160 now and I get a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and 3 accessories, and I will get a $200 Visa gift card. I can turn my old phone in for $60. I told them I didnt need 3 accessories, but they pushed this great deal until I picked up a third accessory that I neither wanted nor needed. It took 90 minutes to transfer all of my data/apps to the new phone, at which point I paid $160. I asked what happened to the $60 for my old phone. They said they already applied it, which is what brought the bundle down to $160. Red flag number one. They neither stated nor implied that the great deal was only $160 because of my returned phone. They mentioned the $60 return separately as though that was not part of the bundle. I should have stopped there and returned the phone, but after investing 90 minutes on the data transfer, I left with my tail between my legs.When I returned home that night I reviewed the receipt. I was charged for 3 accessories and something called Platinum Membership. The total was about $220. When they deducted the $60 the bill came to $160. There was no charge listed next to the phone. I was really wary at that point, so I went to the TCC Wireless website. I found the Samsung had a deal on the S7 Edge where you buy it and get points on Samsung Pay which can be used for a $200 Visa gift card (40,000 points). It had nothing to do with this store or with the bundle they sold me.I went back to complain and the same two gentlemen were working. I asked what the Platinum Membership was. It is a rewards program for TCC Wireless. They did not mention it to me in any way, and did not tell me I was paying for it. They said that was the only way to get the bundle. I told them that the phone and gift card were a separate promotion that had nothing to do with the bundle, and asked how much I would have paid for the accessories without the bundle. I was told, a lot more. I said I had told them that I didnt even want the third accessory, but they sold it to me anyway convincing me that it was part of a great deal. I then told them I wanted to be credited for the third accessory (which I returned) and the Platinum Membership. Doing so did not change the price of the other accessories. They had very nearly successfully scammed me.I called TCC Wireless customer service. They said the one in Shipleys Grant is a franchise with an owner/operator (not a company store), but that they would contact the owner and have him reach out to me. When I did not get a response after two weeks, I called again. I have heard nothing after one month. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. I received much better service at the Verizon Store on Snowden River PKWY. near BJs Wholesale Club.
