Very poor serviceI have been their customer for 19 years and i bought new phone 3 months ago which is malfunctioning eversince. I took it back 4 times but they didnt resolve the issue. And when i ask to get another phone they only wanted to give me $87 for 3 month old phone which i bought it from them outright.
Dont get their pre-paid Alcatel link zone 2 not worth it. I bought it for $100 and also 30 gigs of service. It worked for 3 days I stopped using it because I received internet where I was. Tried using it after 7 or 10 days, no internet. I called to find out whats wrong, I wastold I used all 30 gigs. They have me back the 30 gigs but I still had the same problem no internet. By this time Im over the time to take back the device. I called for a refund told I would get a refund on everything Im still waiting on that refund. Save yourself stress time and money. Customer service was good.

Came to store to get assistance on my device the young lady named Andrea helped me out she had a lot of patience she is very knowledgeable also she tAught me how to resolve my issue she is very friendly and had great energy throughout the whole transaction she never rushed me and very personable great mobile expert I recommend her and this store. SHE IS THE BEST!!!
Neishma took an extra step to help me with my screen protector during the pandemic! Other staff wasnt helpful, and made me go back and forth! When you go please ask for her. Her service is exceptional!
I am a veteran in sales and have enjoyed success by proving excellent and honest service. I put so much work into my craft and I make sure that everything, including my appearance is the best it can be. That being said, I was absolutely horrified when I visited this store. It seems T-Mobile hires young, inexperienced people and provide little to no training. There were only two, teenage-aged employees there. Their appearance was absolutely sloppy, they were wearing earbuds, had wrinkled clothes, and they seemed to be dead inside. The person who helped me was wearing earbuds and behaved as if he was bothered by helping me. Like it was extremely inconvenient for him to speak with me. On top of all that, I seemed to know way more about the Galaxy S10s, T-Mobiles plans, and service than the actual T-Mobile employee. On top of that, they are not motivated to sell at all so perhaps T-Mobiles commission structure is bad? Anyway, if you are going to purchase a phone, you deserve much better. I still believe T-Mobile is one of the best carriers out there but the stores are a hit or miss experience. If you are buying a phone you are either going to pay cash or you will commit to a 24 month device payment plan, either way it is a significant amount of money and you, the customer, deserve excellent service. I usually do my T-Mobile shopping online but I will try other T-Mobile stores. If they are better than this store, I will be sure to let you know. In the meantime, if you want to purchase a phone from T-Mobile, I highly recommend you do it on their website or call T-Mobiles call centers directly. I have great experiences with their call centers.
Ayanna Smith, the manager, is heaven sent. Her constant smile is soo refreshing. The way she treats the Tmobile costumers is top notch. She is always smiling. Very, very helpful and engaging. Switching phones can be very tedious but she made it very easy. Tmobile, you have GEM of a manager.

What I truly appreciate is not only they werehelpful, the real satisfaction was they extended their help with genuine respect.I will always recommend this store to my friends also.
This is Nearest place to Our Home and you can get a Coffee in Starbucks beside to T mobile if you are not satisfied with the Service because when i went over there to Unlock my phone they simply say they cant do that and have to contact customer care on this. You can find less Phones and Accessories in here as it is one Room Store.Staff is Friendly and You are able to get what you need ... you are happy else you need Starbucks.

My clarity card and my word that is taking a picture of what the tablet to get the free phone on Wilshire is a sim card with T-Mobile and it was a high-definition phone go ahead and move from Portos please it was a government assisted phone in Los Angeles market removed from photos now crashed hard drive to SIM card everything doesnt Washington McDonalds around the same area when I had the Bank of America account scratch the hard drive on right now
The old bait and switch. They say they can transfer numbers and cant. Then try to get you to do some technical fwding which doesnt work. Turn everything in after a money back guarantee 11 days later and the manager never closed the acct. 6hrs of phone calls with corporate later and they still want to charge us 2 months and finally after explaining we have no acct they still want to charge us 10 days usage. And this after confirming with manager we were at a zero balance on day of turn in of all equipment. Manager sucks! Will report to BBB!
Horrible. I switched to TMobile 3 months ago from AT&T. Today my text messages stopped working. I tried everything like clearing cache etc bu didnt fix it. I went to the store and the rep is now telling me that this apparently happens to ATT or Verizon customers that have switched and they cant do anything about it. He was trying to get me to buy a new phone. If they knew this, then why didnt they tell me this upfront??? I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS since switching to Tmobile in the last 3 months. Never had a single problem with AT&T in 15 yrs. Needless to say Im switching back to AT&T.As an updateI contacted their tech support and they were actually able to resolve the issue. So it seems like the guy at the store (I think his name was Marco) was either clueless or trying to get me to buy a new phone.If you do have to visit this store, please make sure you talk to Bill. He seems more knowledgeable and willing to help. If Marco is around, come back another time !!!!!!
This store and the employees are a complete joke. The manager himself is not even reliable. They sell you service with incompetent information, they NEVER resolve your issues and for paying as much as I am paying I feel taken advantage of. I am not only writing reviews but reporting then to the BBB for their negligent customer service. I had to give one star but in all actuality I wish I could give them negative stars. In a nutshell, the SUCK!!!!!!!

Ive been a customer for 4 years and the employees at this store have always been helpful and I never have to wait long. (Another reviewer on here talked about an old employee who was clearly on drugs, and I know who hes talking about, but hes long gone.)
The lady was extremely rude I believe her name was Darel, she got angry extremely quickly and did not answer any of our questions, please just go somewhere else for the love of god these employees have 0 clue what they’re doing.

We were LIED to. This store is dishonest and the manager STEVE is a fraud. We have filed a fraud report with t-mobile. STEVE, the manager would not sell us a phone (he said he could not get his computer to work). He told us to come back later. I told him, never mind, I could just go home and order the phone directly from T-Mobile. He told me that I couldnt do that because he could not give me the +55 plan unless we bought the phone from him (LIE). When my husband returned a few days later, he gave my husband the phone, and told us he would call us when his computer was working. My husband return to this store 6 times to pay for the phone. STEVE just kept telling him he was working on the problem. A month later my T-mobile bill came in: it contained a lease with a FORGED signature on the phone we attempted to purchase. The lease was for $50.00 more than the price of the phone. Never again STEVE. I can make this post on every single social media site.
I had a great experience, I went in for a hotspot and no issues, staff was knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
It was busy when I went in and I thought I would be waiting for a while, thankfully I didnt have too and was help quickly. I needed a new sim card for my new phone, the women who helped me knew what she was doing and I was in and out.
