Tony was very rude and hostile. He threatened to call the police because I am not a dog and dont need a muzzle. Ill make sure to warn everyone about this hostile individual and to stay away from this locationNo I will not email you. Ill speak in plain view for all to see. If I do any emailing it will be to Napa corporate about my experience at your store.Ill never buy from your store from the experience I had. You can thank Tony for that.. Advanced Auto is right down the road. I had a pleasant experience their and they had exactly what I needed which you didnt any. It was a blessing in disguise to have to go to Advanced Auto

Wish I could rate these people a negative amount of stars, sadly its not an option. They worked hard to deserve it though...Tried to return a part today: I had bought a relay thinking my cars starter relay was defective, but it turns out its fine, and therefore I dont need this new one. So I went to the store to return it, but as it turns out their store policy would not allow it for two reasons: 1) the part had been installed, and 2) I didnt have the original packaging. The policy states Any new item in original packaging and condition. They couldve simply gone with a simple, straight and polite Im sorry, this is our store policy, we cant accept the return [for this or that reason] (see above). I cant say that Id have been necessarily happy about it, but if treated politely and respectfully, Id have simply said OK, no big deal, and accepted it. Im a fairly reasonable person...Instead, one of the clerks and someone who appears to be the store manager (I dont know? Thats the impression I got, but if shes the store manager I doubt that place will stay open for long, you cant be that rude and work in retail for very long) proceeded to enter a whos going to be the rudest to our customers contest (maybe its a store game they do when theyre bored), and proceeded not only to interrogate me like I was some sort of shoplifter who was trying to return a part I had bought somewhere else (I had the freakin receipt FFS), but she also grossly exaggerated the amount of wear I had inflicted on that poor part... listening to her, the relays pins had been gouged so badly from being inserted like 3 times into its socket, the part was totally unfit for any future sale. Look at these scratches on the pins! For a moment I thought she was going to call the relay abuse phone line so they would come jail me... give me a break. Nobody would have even looked at the pins and any light scratches there might be on them, its a relay. I sure didnt. From there, the interrogation swiftly moved on to the next mystery: the fact that no, I didnt have the original packaging, and yes, thats how it was sold to me. Had they acted less like complete and total a**holes and politely asked for an explanation instead of flat out saying I was lying and that no I didnt, I would have simply explained to them that yes, it came in a packaging, which the employee who sold it to me took the relay out of to make sure it was the right one, never really bothered to put it back in, and I did - myself - ask if it was OK for me to leave the packaging with him, because I didnt think Id have any use for it. Didnt occur to me a return would be involved, and I guess it didnt even occur to him either because he didnt warn me you cant return it without its box (which I dont fault him for, I didnt think about it so why should he?). And anyway Im pretty sure no future customer would care if the relay came in its own box or not...It really blows my mind. None of this was necessary. All I wanted to do was to return a relay. All they had to do was to politely say they couldnt and why. I certainly would have disagreed with the reasons, but I wouldve disagreed respectfully. Why would you go out of your way to be rude and disrespectful to your customers and treat them like theyre dishonest? SMH. Never going back to that store.

Ordered parts online a few weeks ago, and have had them since 07/02...long story short, wrong part...took back and had zero issues with return. They have always been easy to work with. Kinda a throw back to parts stores from yesteryear. I always try them before the AAs and PBs....

Be smart and dont go to napa. The fat guy with white hair in the front is the laziest worker ever. Waited over 15 mins for part that was already pulled and ready becasue we call in and ordered earlier. He took 15 min for 1 customer and refused to help me after he left until nice lady came out from the back and helped me. Wasting peoples time. Incompetent dummys every where. He should be fired. Calling corporate to file in a complaint. Save your time and just go to advanced auto or something atleast theyll help you within a min of you arriving

I ordered a 10 ft long X 4 inch thick exhaust pipe. It took approximately took 4 days but, instead the guy ordered flex-pipe by accident. So, ordering the right exhaust pipe cost more $. I dont think so.
