Update: Thanks for fixing this and getting back to me! I ordered something a month ago and it said it was shipped a couple days later but I never got tracking information and Ive never seen the item. Ive emailed several times and finally got one response that someone was going to look into this that day but its been almost a week and I havent heard back. Disappointed in the customer service.
