Superior customer service. The young lady that helped me went far above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, and noted it for future visits. I was extremely impressed.

We are travelling in a motor home staying on the outskirts of town. I have a little rescue squirrel and needed a certain product. I called here looking. The staff was so helpful I seriously dont think Ive ever had better customer service anywhere before. Alex took the time to send me pictures of what they had. Unfortunately not what I needed, but meantime Alex called all over Ellensburg to every pet & feed store trying to locate what I needed. Wow, seriously one of the kindest things anyone has done!!!!

This was my first time in this store and I loved it. I received the information I was looking for about future fencing material we will need. But there is one thing they didnt have that was disappointing was they didnt have any shirts or hoodies with their store logo and name. They feel they wouldnt sell, but I think they might be surprised.

I asked for some timothy hay and didn’t know they came in different sized bales because it was my first time coming here and the cashier didn’t ask me what size I needed. It wasn’t until the gentleman was loading it up that I realized I had purchased a giant bale that could barely fit in my car. I was flustered and embarrassed for not knowing this and what made it worse was the gentleman was so rude about it and annoyed with me and said “Next time get a smaller bale”. Made me feel ten times worse. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Im a ranch hand on a small cattle ranch outside of town and I rely on Old Mill quite a bit and for good reason. The sales staff inside the store are always very helpful. They know my employer quite well and are very helpful when it come to what products weve used in the past and what products worked well for other customers. The yard guys are fantastic always working hard and eager to help. Keep it up guys.

I recently bought a baby lamb that was too young to thrive. Never having raised sheep before, I went to Old Mill Country Store and started asking the clerks what they would recommend doing. A couple of other customers joined the conversation and the group recommendations helped me to buy some lamb feed and milk replacer. After a couple of weeks, the lamb is growing and doing well! I also bought a stock tank from them. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Great boot & Jean selection & when they have sales, they are excellent! There is also a wide range of clothing & jewelry too that I am particularly fond of. So much more however than clothing & jewelry! You have to go see for yourself if you haven’t already. It’s a great place to get lost for a place that isn’t that big! The prices are fair for quality items, the employees are always friendly, the parking is great! Overall, 5 stars is well earned!

We have always had the best customer service here. Inside and outside at the dock. This local family business has a lot more variety than you think. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. We have gotten feed and wood stove pellets here for years. And of course fun gifts for everyone at the holidays.
