I had a problem with a bait I purchased from PautzKe Bait Co. I contacted the company about the issue via email. They replied the same day, asked some questions, requested some photos, and Offered to replace the bait in question and send me replacements the same day. Also apologized for any inconvenience it caused. There actions tells me they are very dedicated to producing a great product and standing behind there product and company. My Hat is off the Pautzke Bait Co. Thank You Virginia

I love pautzke company and all their products, I used them since 1977 and I got at least 44 more years of fishing to go, the president Casey Kelley is one good man and has got my business for my trout and salmon needs not to mention for crappie as well. I cant think of a better company for bait. In conclusion buy only from pautzke company and you cant go wrong. I am proud to be a consumer of this bait company and wont change my opinion!!!
