Titus gave incredible customer service! He was kind and patient. He took the time to show us the unit in advance, and walked us through the entire rental process as we were first time storage unit renters. He even walked us outside to the gate to ensure that our code worked to get in the property. Excellent service and I’m glad we chose to go with this public storage!

The facility is well run. Scot, the property manager, runs a tight ship. Building, storage units and outside space kept in pristine cleanliness. He made move in and move out incredibly easy. Definitely recommend!!

Recently had our unit door damaged and was unable to access anything inside our unit. They were able to get Maintenance out the same day to fix the door and got us back in. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Strongly recommend storing with this particular location!

CAUTION - Mice at EzStorage in Elkridge.Would have given 5 stars up till the last day as a customer. Our unit on the 5th floor had mice. Photo was taken upon move out in the elevator. Theres mice poop on the top of chair and mice were inside the chair.After move out, we put most items in our garage and now have a HUGE mouse infestation. Weve lost some designer furniture that was stored in our unit, along with other belongings in our garage including a refrigerator where they chewed through wires. Losses are totaling thousands in damage. We had storage insurance but this isnt covered. It took EzStorage about 15 days to respond and I had to follow up twice.Our unit only had furniture and storage containers, nothing perishable that would attract mice. Id avoid unless youre willing to risk a mice infestation. We are lucky that they didnt get into our house.

I had to move out of my home yesterday and I needed a storage for a week until I moved into my place. They claim you are charged a MONTHLY FEE! However I paid $196 on 5/15/21. Upon going over rules and regulations, the employer mentioned that rent is charged on the first of the month but you are allowed six days grace period and on the 7th day a fee will be charged. I didn’t plan on staying that long but things happen so I asked out of curiosity and for clarity Since I came in on the 15th I wouldn’t have to pay until 6/15/21 which would make it a month. She stated that they don’t charge like that and that I would have to pay another almost $200 in two weeks😳😒 that’s not a MONTH! I paid almost $200 yesterday and then have to pay another almost $200! That’s almost $400 in two weeks! I wasn’t prorated for coming in half of month but I was charged like I moved in at the beginning of May! And FUNDS ARE NOT REFUNDED UNLESS YOU HAVE A PROMOTIONAL UNIT! You can’t get prorated rate unless you don’t have a promotional unit! Basically stay away from here I definitely will be reaching out to corporate! I just lost my home from COVID-19 job loss. People are still trying to recover and you have businesses like this ripping people off! Oh and by the way the promotional units are only for the smallest units they have nothing bigger than the 5 ft storage units! Because I only had a few hours to be out of my home is why I had to do it but I cried at how people are ripping people off! It’s no way this company charges by the MONTH but has you pay TWO MONTHS in TWO WEEKS! Ask all you questions BEFORE they take your money because there is NO REFUND! Even if you change your mind after they have taken the money and you haven’t left the facility yet! Please find somewhere else and don’t be ripped off like I was!

This storage facility is immaculate- its super clean and really well taken care of. We havent had a lot of interactions with the staff aside from when we first signed up, but they were very friendly and professional. This is the first storage unit Ive had where its actually pleasant to stop by.

I just rented a unit here. The initial interaction with the manager was phenomenal. The level of customer service was excellent. The location is clean, no trash, no insects. The security is well thought out and I like the follow through. Everything is explained up front, no hidden agendas. Well done! Keep up the service.

What a pleasure it has been using this storage facility being run by Deborah and Claudio these past several years. Every time we needed to go to storage, the facility was ALWAYS impeccably clean and they were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe whenever I went there. They would always remember me and ask how my plans to move were going. They always took a few minutes to talk. I never felt I was bothering them. Since Ive moved all my things out of the THREE units I had, and have been able to unpack I have seen NO traces of bugs or rodent droppings. It is very obvious they kept the place immaculate. I would often see Claudio cleaning when I was there. I think this place is exceptional and if I ever needed to store my belongings again, I wouldnt hesitate to go back to them. They have done an outstanding job and are an extremely nice and very helpful couple. It is obvious they are professionals and take their job of running this facility very serious.

Decent cheap storage

Management is extremely helpful here. Gave a complete tour of the facilities and were very courteous throughout the entire process. I arrived on a snowy day and they were clearing the snow from the unloading area and making sure customers could access the building without issue. I would highly recommend this facility. Also, security here is tight. No concerns over the safety of my belongings.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic service. Deborah and Claudio were amazing! I will definitely use this location again. Excellent condition wonderful place to store belongings. Even the other renters were very nice. The staff make the atmosphere warm and inviting also very clean.

My ezStorage experience at the Elkridge facility was awesome. The managers at that location were very professional and extremely helpful. The place is super clean, very safe and easy to access. In the time we were there we had to down size our storage unit 3 times and each and every time it was a very easy process. The next time we have a storage need, I will know to go there. I’m kind of going to miss my trips there. Claudio and Deborah, great job in running a first class operation!

It has been a very long time since I needed a storage unit so when I went on internet and found this one, I live down the street from this business and was happy for the convenience, I thought well Ill go see about it. When I went in to talk about renting a unit I was met by 2 of the most amazing people. They had the Old School work ethics, very professional, nice, informative and helpful. They did not pressure me in any way and answered all my MANY questions with patience. Because of them, I looked nowhere else. Truly great workers

This is a very nice storage facility, it is neat, clean, and very well maintained. I visit frequently to put things in or take them out and always find it in excellent condition. I have never seen any insects, bugs, or pests. My only complaint is that the rent is raised too frequently.

I stored my belongings here for about five years and it was a great experience. Claudio and Deb were professional, accommodating, fair, helpful, and willing to help customers find the best deal for their storage needs. I never worried about the security of my unit, and the facility was always clean, dry, climate-controlled, and fully operational.

My husband and I just rented a unit here. The management is friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us the best available unit and gave us a full tour of the facility. The units are climate-controlled, and you need a passcode and lock in order to enter the facility and your unit. Highly recommend!

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. The low rating is for their billing policy. They raise their rates when they feel like it with little to no notice. They send your bills via email but rate hikes via snail mail, a bit fishy no? Also, my company has had a unit at this location for 5 years, we were late once, ONCE with our rent fee, and late by a single day, and were hit with their late fee. You would think some consideration would be given.Bottom line, this place is clean and meets expectations of a safe storage facility. Be prepared to pay higher than average rates and make sure you read all fine print and follow their policies.
