Very neat and clean facilities. Dre was fantastic in helping fill out the paperwork, tour the premises and work out my insurance. Give that man a raise.

Had a wonderful experience at the Elkridge location due to Dre office manager. He was incredible helpful, professional, detailed and knowledgeable. He not only called me back immediately back but was patient and answered all my questions.

Great experience with the staff. She was opened on Labor day (wow) and then I met Dre today who took care of my storage needs. He even offered me to take a look at the storage area before renting it.Thank you all again.

The rental was super easy online. Be sure you have a staff member enter your code for you the first time. There was a glitch and I rented on a Saturday. I went to the office, they showed me my unit, but by the time I returned after office hours with a carload full of boxes, my code wouldnt work. It wasnt fixed until that Monday. Facility is very clean. Friendly staff.

Avoid renting from this location, they are very fraudulent and needs to be reported. A few months after moving in they raised my rent by 25 dollars 25% without notice. The general manager Dre or drew is very rude and distasteful in the way he handles customer concerns. Removing my stuff from this unit when I’m back in town

At the Elkridge location Dre, who works there gives the best customer service! Was having trouble getting into our unit and even though Dre was super busy, he was extremely helpful with us! Thank you Dre, for going above and beyond!

Excellent online experience. I was able to do everything online and my storage unit was ready for me, nice and clean. Air conditioned spaces, Nice size storage elevators with carts provided on the property to assist in moving stuff in. They even have a few bays for backing in trucks onto a loading dock. It made my move so, so easy

Breanna was wonderful. I didnt have an appointment but she took the time to get me a unit. Process was so easy and efficient. She had the answers to all my questions and then some. I will recommend CubeSmart to any future movers or persons in need of storage. Thanks again.Pete Staley

Very efficient and professional

I had a storage unit with CubeSmart for nearly three years. My boxes and furniture remained in tact. No moisture, bugs, rodents, etc. Facilities are very clean! Overall, I had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and professional and always answered my questions in a timely manner.

My belongings remained bug-free and protected. Great staff and Brianna always went above and beyond responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Ive been using this place for two years. Theyve been helpful and very courteous. Today was my last day there and I misplaced the key to my padlock. Max helped navigate this whole situation and the only way it could have gone smoother was if I hadnt lost my keys! I would happily use their services again.

The area is convent its close to the Verde apartment complex so its was a very close drive 1 min at most. The property was very nice and the staff was more than helpful Cameron was able to solve the small issue I had experienced.

Best prices around for storage. Facility is well-maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Just arranged for a a long-term storage while Im out of town for a year.

Warning. It is apparently the corporate policy to raise rates every year, no matter what the prevailing rate is. Currently I received a notice for $104, but the www site says the standard rate is $76. Can I just change units? No. Explanation, it is like the stock market.... the rates can rise and fall. But apparently mine can not. They need some better explanation then that. IF I go month to month, I expect the lower rate.No surprise, I will no longer be a customer after this month.

We were told that our gate code would not let us out past 10 pm but if we ran late just to call the emergency number and they would open it. LIE! We tried to get out at 10:06 and nobody answered the number. The people upstairs watched us on the cameras banging on their doors, honking horns and banging on the gate. They just happened to walk down 30 min after we called the police. The police said they never answer and this is probably the 10th time I had to come for thisThe fact that they didnt call the police for the way my husband was causing a scene makes them the worse employees ever! While the whole event was comical, I would avoid this dump like the plague!! Google reviews might not show it but it is CLEARLY an issue all over Facebook, trust me when I say we had plenty of time to read them.

My experience at this CubeSmart was great. Fannie was extremely helpful and great to deal with. The process was easy, and I was in and about in about 10 minutes. Very convenient.

Great and friendly service! Facility is clean with climate control. Multiple carts and working elevators made my move to an upper floor easy. Wide aisleways, too.

On 8/29 I moved my things into storage, and had the privilege of meeting the GM, Mrs Leggings. She was very gracious and professional throughout the experience. I ended up needing a smaller storage unit in addition to the one I had reserved and she quickly tried to find one to accommodate me. There were so many issues that kept popping up but she quickly resolved each of them with her can do attitude. I wont forget your kindness Breanna.
