We purchased ONE printer from them and were charged THREE times for the printer. They refunded one of the charges and promised to refund the other charge. Now, four months later, they are not answering emails or phone calls. It looks like we are out over $700. We would recommend NOT to buy anything from this vendor.

I have an HP printer from 2004 that this company had the parts for, helped me install remotely, and then helped me to update the drivers. They were professional, timely, and worked diligently to make sure all error codes were gone. They were more knowledgeable about this printer, error code quirks, and the troublemakers. Thank you for your expertise. Im telling others about you!!

Problems with printers sold to me, printers that are supposedly totally refurbished -- remain not fixed. Promises made repeatedly -- I mean more than 10 times; I have waited for resolution for almost 4 years. Telly K. tells me that he would make good, more than once, but actions dont follow. Please see the positive feedback from Melissa Meintz, Product Manager, several down; she wrote very knowledgeable staff. Perhaps if I had congratulate Telly K for his marriage to Melissa Meintz on May 24, 2014, my printers would be repaired.

I have a printer out of warranty and paper would not feed. Telly was more than patient and knowledgeable as he walked me finding the problem. When I found the jam I said I could pull the paper out with a needle nose pliers - he carefully explained that could do serious damage and use tweezers instead. Printer now works fine.Support out of warranty - really a pleasure to find.

Will never work with this company again. They earned this review. Totally disregarded and pushed aside after being delivered a printer that was the wrong model and had start up errors. Called multiple time to their one man support team. It was laughable - their support desk number was forwarded to his cell phone and I kept getting him at lunch. The tech tried to process the return - but never completed it. Had to perpetually chase them down for a return, and am still unsure if Ill get my money back. if you are buying only one or a few printers - buy new - it will save yo loads of time, money and frustration. The sad part is that I contacted them so many times they earned this poor review and were given every chance to resolve an issue that revolves around only 1 printer for less than $100. Never again...never again...never,,,never...never.

I bought a printer thru Amazon from these guys. The unit came without drums and toner, which I purchased new and installed. It is a defective unit and the owner said they would replace it or help me troubleshoot to get working. He blew me off 2 separate times and now will not return our calls at all.After wasting months trying to get this resolved with both Orion and Amazon, I called Brother direct and they sent me a replacement unit. BTW, Orion lied to Amazon and said they took care of me!?These guys are absolute scumbags and I highly recommend never doing business with them.

The customer service is not bad; it is pathetic. Misrepresentation not once, but repeatedly. They keep you dangling until you figure out that they dont mean to do the right thing. Telly Krousaniotakis, the principal of Orion Printers and Parts, will give you very soothing words, though the action does not follow.Please look up the owner and the company under Maryland Case Search - Orion under business name, and learn from yourself, documented unequivocal experiences of others. I must say, that after reading about those legal cases, I consider myself lucky that my interactions ended without more damage.Please also check the SDAT database to see that Orion Printer and Parts is registered in 6/1/2017 in Caton Center Drive 21227 by Melissa Meintz (ID T00429465); notably Melissa M is spouse of Telly K as of May 24, 2014. Previously, prior to civil cases filed in 2016, the company was Orion Contracting Services Inc. (ID D04193744).Please try to understand why there are these changes in clothing if you intend to any big business with them. Caveat Emptor.

The only thing that works from them is charging you multiple times for a single transaction. Been charged 8 times now for a single part that Ive never received 3 weeks later.
