Is this place even open?I says open at 10am. Lights are on.its 11:15 and no one is here yet. Smh

I arrived here Tuesday 8/18 and was unable to pay my phone bill here. The store sign said OPEN, but the doors were locked. There was no note on the door. I waited 30 minutes and I even called 3 times but nobody answered the phone.

Came to the store to pay bill. Online store hours say open at 9am. The store OPENs at 10am. Good grief. !!!! 🤦‍♂️ Hate wasting time.
