I usually do not write bad reviews but in this case, this is just my personal experience.I have been there several times asking if they get the screen replacement for an iPhone 7 and after a month, they finally got the part in stock.I was very happy because finally, I could get my screen replaced on my phone but after they did the job, I am very disappointed. The home button does not work; the colors of the screen the put in are very bad that even looks like a cheap Android phone nothing close to the real colors of an Apple screen and the touch is very bad my fingers are sticking to it.The person was kind but did not know why the home button did not work. I will say do not go there to get your screen replaced there are too many other places that can give you guaranty and do not charge for something that does not work well.After I got my phone back, I just felt robbed because I had to pay for something that did not work well and cheap quality, the least they could do was to charge half but no, because the company wants the money.------------------------Thank you for you answered below but why the technician did not tell about the OEM screen since the beginning, basically i paid and waste my time for nothing.

Employee Victor is knowledgeable, thorough, and generous not only in his sales of phone/accessories, but also in his suggestions for bundles and deals.Highly recommend a visit if you live near Route 1 as opposed to the other two stores on Washington Blvd, even you don’t plan to buy something your first time.
