I Highly recommend this site for anything you need boat related!I own a 1994 Nepton Pontoon boat and I wanted to replace the seats and flooring, after hours of research and price comparison Pontoonstuff had the best prices and best quality with the ability to order everything individually so I could create my own desired setup.I purchased a new set of seats along with the vinyl flooring from Pontoon Stuff. The shipping was fast and communication was great. A few of the items I ordered where on back order due to the recent shortages on plastic etc, and the customer service was very helpful on giving me a timeline on when I would receive those items.

Very Friendly and very helpful. they consulted me on the best ladder for my pontoon. they helped me get the right Bimini top, then I bought a cover to match and it did not fit and they gave me no problem returning it, and when they did not have exactly what I was looking for they found other places that have it, printed them out and gave them to me so I could get what I needed. I look forward to restoring my pontoon with the help of this great company.

Ordered a removable side ladder with hardware to install on our pontoon. Installed hardware, took the boat out and the first time we tried to use the ladder, it separated the tubing of the frame. When I called, they said they were already aware of the problem, and then proceeded to tell me about another ladder I could get that was cheaper but they had the same issues with! WHY ARE YOU SELLING IT IF YOU KNOW IT HAS ISSUES!?!?Now when I have asked for a refund, Ive been told it will be 3-4 WEEKS to get my money back! RIDICULOUS!Do not recommend to anyone!

Bought a pontoon trailer 12 years ago still in great condition and was the best price anywhere. A friend and I bought at the same time and they stacked it on top of the other. Very helpful.

I ordered seats back in April 2021. I chose Pontoon Stuff for their military discount and prices. I was aware of a delayed shipment on a couple of items, but went ahead and ordered because I did not think the ones on delay would keep us from getting the boat in the water. As it turns out, more were on back order than was shown on my order list. I have made several calls to inquire about this. First, it is very difficult to even get through to a live person. They want to refer you to email correspondence. I did try that also with no response. I have gotten through twice to a live person. The first one (Keisha) was so rude and not helpful at all. The second one (Stephanie) was very kind and did help as much as she could. I have been told of several delayed shipment dates, but still waiting on seats with no end in sight. Needless to say, our boat sits in the driveway with doubts of even using it this summer. I would have preferred to know about these issues up front. It would also have been nice to have better communication from them on my status instead of me having to be tortured trying to get through to them on the phone. Customer Service is the front line people that can make or break a company. Communication is also a make or break deal in future purchases. Disappointed to say the least. **Update..I have been contacted and they are working very hard to make this situation right. We have some temporary solutions until all of my items arrive. This is much appreciated!!

Have ordered a number of small things over the years with no issues. Just replaced my bimini top and frame and when it arrived I noticed some stitching problems in my new top. Long story short, a couple pictures and a new top was at my house the next day. Its easy to look like a good company when everything goes right, but when they arent right the really good companies make it right quickly and they did.

Very pleased with my purchase. The furniture was good quality, comes with a good warranty, and the staff was friendly when I called with questions. If I do decide to add furniture to my pontoon, Ill go through them again.

I ordered over $4K worth of pontoon furniture back in May 28th, and it was supposed to ship by June 11th.On June 15th after e-mailing to ask when I should expect the rest of my order I was told We are expecting these to ship within the next 2 weeks for you, please let us know if you have any questions.I have since received the same response multiple times and while some small parts were shipped we are now 11 weeks later, summer is gone and there is no sign of the core part of my furniture (the vinyl seats).On June 25th I was offered a 10% discount that I never received and when I asked about it the first week of August I was told it wasnt showing up on my account and it was going to be applied and refunded that week....once again nothing.There is NO excuse for the lack of communication and repeated 1-2 week lies. I have been more than patient and Ive been treated with horrible customer service in return.I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pontoon furniture.Maybe Ill get the rest of my order by boating season 2022...

Ordered all new furniture for our 24 pontoon. A lot was out of stock, but shipped the very next day. One box was mislabeled, but their customer service is impeccable. Returned my email quickly and immedt sent out the correct item. A couple cushions are on backorder with no expected date, but they were upfront about how long those could potentially take. I highly recommend!!

Great product! Fit like a glove in my Z-7

I had issues with a ship date and was contacted within an hour. Details were handled professionally and everything was handled professionally. Now, about the product. I ordered the toon brite aluminum hull cleaner and it worked great, even though I allied it on a rainy day. The new bimini top was as easy to put together as I had hoped. I did need to use a snake to get the new stern light wire through the aluminum top. The new navigation lights also popped in easily and worked perfectly. Thanks for helping make my 20 year old pontoon boat come back to life.

I ordered a console and within 24 hrs it was at my door. I then ordered a captains seat and again in 24 hrs it was at my door. I went ahead and ordered all my seats to replace my old wood base with these beautiful molded bases and top quality vinyl seats and was not disappointed. I received 90% within 24 hrs and the other pieces when I was told they would ship, ( had to be made). I’m extremely impressed with this company and I’m so glad I went to them for my seats.

Good selection and service

I ordered the package with the vinyl flooring, glue an fasteners. It was shipped promptly arrived in good shape. When we unrolled the vinyl flooring it was about 4-5 inches to short, called about 4:45 in the afternoon right before closing talked to a very nice lady who was very helpful. Emailed a picture of the flooring with a tape measure to show it was short had a email sent back at 5:05 saying a new roll will be shipped immediately. I was sent a couple more emails keeping me up to date on what was going on. I highly recommend pontoon stuff

Ordered $3,500 worth of seats in July. Still waiting on 3 pieces, some of what I received is missing hardware. have called multiple times, no one picks up, left messages, no one calls back...After the above review, they credited my account 20% of the purchase price and sent the missing items. Businesses have occasional issues and few will go out of their way to really make it right, good job guys, changed from 1 star to 3.

We ordered new seats for our pontoon. When we ordered it showed everything in stock. Our order was shipped May 18th. It all came within a few days except 1 lean back. I called and was told it was on back order until July. Called again in July, now it was on backorder until August. No one really seemed to care much about it. I talked to the last person on Monday, said I thought they should give us the lean back for free since summer would be over by the time we got it. Somehow the lean back that was on back order until August arrived on Thursday! I am happy to finally have it but must say customer service isn’t the best.

By far the best customer service, period. Had an issue with product and it was resolved better then I could have expected. I am now a captive customer.

Found the staff friendly and helpful from the start. Was treated very well and saleswoman took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Was very impressed that they had seats in stock. Unfortunately we had had no way to get them. Delivery was fast. Have already been asked about seats by other boat owners on lake. If youre looking for seats take the time to go there and try them.

I placed an order from them and it took a little longer than expected, I got a phone call from the customer service department with an apology and a refund for my money and they expdited the shipping on their own expense, im gonna be dealing with them and im gonna refer customers as much as I can, the material for upholstery is more than luxury and looks super nice. What an amazing company. I did not take the time to read what I was purchasing and I accidentally double ordered something. Pontoon stuff took the time to call me to verify that I wanted the order twice. When I said no, it was a mistake she said it wasnt a problem and removed the second order from the list. Very honest company!!

Returned a Bimini cover that their rep said would fit. Bill was $53.67 my credit card was credited $32.48. Who wouldn’t do that all day if they could!!

Ordered seats 7/22 /2020 and ship date was 8/19. Received all but two seats. Have emailed, Called and no response. Seats are great but customer service is sub par.

Ordered a bimini top for my pontoon boat on 5/4/20 I finally received the frame on 5/14/20 but no top or boot was in the box. called company they sent the top and boot on 5/15/20 on 5/21/20 still waiting for it. I asked for if they would send it priority fed ex but no response. the shipping has lot to be desired. Not a happy boater.
