Taylor, Paul and the entire team were amazing when I special ordered a trailer for my new Aqua Patio boat. Taylor coordinated every detail flawlessly including delivery of the trailer to Aqua Patio. Pricing was great and straightforward. Trailer arrived with the great quality and workmanship that I was entirely expecting after prior dealings. If you’re buying a trailer for your boat - there isn’t a better company or quality product out there for the money- call them and rest assured you’ll have a great experience like I did!!!!!

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I had my trailer picked up by a UShip carrier and had trouble with the first shipper picking it up. Trailers for Pontoons was awesome and understanding through the entire process and even helped coordinate the pickup with the shipper. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they had great communication through the entire process. Thanks!

I was first impressed by tons of thorough info on the website. Answers to nearly every question can be found there. Then I was even more impressed by the outstanding level of service I received from the staff! From my phone call reserving a trailer to pulling it off the lot, I cant say enough good about this company. They clearly have organized systems that work and hearts that care!!!

Great doing business with them! My trailer was delivered and arrived on schedule. I later found that the winch housing had been damaged, and Taylor sent me a new one, which arrived the next day! Very happy with my experience, and highly recommend them!

I shopped around for quite sometime trying to find what I felt was the perfect trailer for my latest pontoon boat. I have owned several boats over the years as well as a fleet of trailers ranging from utility up to my 24 ft. enclosed car hauler. I have even built several custom trailers for specific applications. Upon initial on-line inspection and finally in person I was quite happy with the product. After hauling my boat several times a week for the last 3 months I am still happy with my purchase, however there is room for improvement. The biggest issue I have is loading the boat. The back of the boat hardly ever sits down completely in the bunks. It generally loads with the rear of the boat off center to left when looking at it from the rear. I have checked my boats dimensions to insure it was square and spent quite sometime fine tuning each bunk bracket so that they were all aligned. During this process I discovered that the 2x4 bunks themselves when lag bolted to the brackets were not centered. Some boards had the lag bolt directly in the center (which is where Id assume they belong) and others were less then 1 in. from the edge. I also am not impressed with how high the bunks are. I have an 8.5 ft. wide boat which requires me to run the highest brackets to clear the fenders. Therefore I have to back quite far into the water which on the steeper ramps and it puts my trailer so far under water that the guide-ons and 95% of the bunks are totally useless. I tried to discuss my issues with the staff and all I got was a very defensive attitude and in the end that phone call produced zero results for me. I inquired about the price of lower brackets which would require me modifying the fender mounts and possibly the fenders themselves, all of which I am quite comfortable with. I was told it couldnt be done for several reasons which I have valid arguments for each. I was even told it would void my warranty which what good is a warranty on a trailer when it can be a pain to use. Another advantage of me lowering the boat on the trailer would allow me to store my boat in a building with an 8 ft. tall door. My final complaint is on the which stand/ladder. There needs to be a brace angled towards the boat down to the center rail to prevent the trailer from bending when using the winch. (this could interfere on a tri-toon) The trailer will often rather flex when winching then drag the boat onto itself. Keep in mind I am only using the winch on occasion to move the boat less than a few inches. In the end the trailer is a well built and a solid foundation. From what I found it was the strongest most well thought out trailer available to me. However I will be modifying the trailer to operate more efficiently. If you boat as much as I do and occasionally travel as far as I do all these little issues can become quite annoying, if your only using the trailer occasionally it may not be as big of an issue. I hope my fellow boaters find this useful.
