Didnt have any problems until now. No one answers phone. Had to get them to fill 2 prescription that were supposed to be filled. Have another one said cant be filled but Ive had doctor resend 3 times. Drive through is not open which is a inconvenience. Thinking changing pharmacies!!!!

Been without my blood pressure and anxiety medicine for 2 weeks now. My blood pressure is extremely high and I cant get anyone to answer the phone, drive thru is closed, they shortened the pharmacy hours so now I cant go before or after work. I dont even know what to do at this point.

Why is the franchise owner or corporate boss not at least answering phone calls at the Hively street cvs location in Elkhart, IN?I know the store itself is understaffed but if they have noone answering the phone noone can transfer their prescriptions to elsewhere. Drs cant call in. Customers can t get meds they need and standing in line with others is just increasing the spread of what ever virus or germs within the area are hanging around.Also cant they get a line number where customers can leave messages for pharmacy like please pull up my controlled substance adderall for me to get filed.

This is not the same store as it used to be. The pharmacy needs help. I have sat in line, only to be told my prescription was not ready. Drive up is not available. This store needs help. If management sees this, please take it as a serious concern.

All this store has is bad reviews and the manager clearly doesn’t care. she doesn’t even pay people for working, so don’t recommend any to get a job here. no wonder they’re so low staffed. they should be shut down.

Theyve had my script for two days and have not filled it! Ive called several times and always end up on hold for an hour!!!

Pharmacy staff is always short tempered. They seem confused about everything all the time.Poor phone call response.

The workers at the front desk are very slow and confused including the manager... Possibly due to lack of oxygen and dying brain cells because they they are mostly concerned about everyone wearing masks. Frankly I I think knowing how to do your job well and get people in and out would do just as much good

One of my meds was put on auto refill without my permission. And when I called, this lady, name Jenny got a real nasty attitude, and smart mouth with me. Im assuming because she had to work on a holiday. I wouldnt recommend the devil himself to this sorry store. Especially as long as shes in there or at any CVS period. Basically screw CVS, cause the customer service sucks for sure.

Good sized parking lot, often has good sales, but the store is a bit dark, and the isles are small & crowded

Stood there for 5 minutes. Cashiers were just talking and talking so I left and didn’t even buy. Not coming back to this store
