We went to buy 3 new phones today.. The salesperson we had Rudy was VERY knowledgeable and helpful!! I would recommend going to the location in Elkhart on South Main Street, expecially if you arent sure what kind of phone you want/ need.

I was charged 4.00 extra for something that wasnt explained to me last month and paid 65.00, but I went to pay my bill for this month and was only charged 61.00 and no one was able to explain why...but they only show the original bill at 57.00...I think Ill be cutting off my services with them and advise anyone else who is thinking about using their company to not do so....the clerk was rude and impatient when all she was doing was playing on her tablet...hmmm...done with Boost mobile...Very unsatisfiedIf I can give them a lesser rate, I would

Amazing customer service, john was cool got me a new phone and transfered all my info.

I had just recently changed my number and phone carrier to Metro and the number they gave me received multiple spam calls every single day talking 15+. So i just went to change my number and told them why and they still charged me. Why should i have to pay $20 for the annoyance of multiple spam calls a day? Js. And every time i come in there its the same female always looking angry. If you dont like your job that much, change it? Yes, custimer service jobs are suppose to come with a positive attitude, mentality, and a smile. Been doing this job for 12 years.

Metro PCS data does not work at all in most places. In addition, the lady on front desk was really disrespectful and unhelpful.

The service wasnt ported properly. And I was told by a mgr that I should have used you tube or Google from my phone I couldnt turn on to get directions to turn it on.
