I reached out to friends for recommendations after my wife demolished her cell phone screen and two of them recommended Concord. I had a slight issue getting my phone to them due to a family issue on their end but ended up getting the phone there. It was fixed quickly and for a very fair price. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will go back.

My sons phone was fixed here, and managed to crack and stop working entirely. The person at the Apple Store said cheap materials were used, and they didnt take the tab off, which would cause it to crack again and stop working. After taking it back to have them repair it, they refused and wanted more money. I will be sure to let everyone I meet the kind of terrible service offered here, and the fact they will not stand behind their work.

Took my cell phone here. They replaced my charging port but the part was defective and they refuses to replace the defective part on my cell phone. Now I cannot use my microphone on my phone. I highly recommend not going to this place it is a SCAM.

My husband dropped his phone, and the screen wouldnt turn on, even with no cracks or scratches. In about an hour, they put a new battery in and it was just fine. Never wouldve thougnt it was the battery! So much cheaper than fixing the whole screen. Highly recommended.
