Kip and his team are top notch. My air scarf went out. It’s nice to have warm air when the top is down, especially on the Fall. Also because they thoroughly Check all aspects of the car Kip found I needed wheel bearings replaced. Because it was diagnosed early if saved me other repairs. The quality of service is excellent and extremely fair priced.

Had a large coolant leak they remove the supercharger in my range rover and replaced the hoses they expected it to be done by Friday and had it done by Wednesday amazing service wonderful people I plan on using them for all my service needs!

Ive only had Quality Import maintain my cars for approximately 40 years.

They replaced my brake fluid, put on new ceramic pads, completed a checklist I provided, and did a very thorough overall inspection listing what all should be done at the current mileage.

Tara was awesome to work with and communicated what was happening, both the good and bad with my Audi. Truly, just a really nice group of people to work with. They helped me with a loaner when we needed to order a part, and you can tell they care about quality service... apt name. I have found my go-to Audi service group for all future maintenance.

I had brought my vehicle in to have the fuel sending unit replaced on my Mercedes C280 4matic. After replacing the sending unit and a relay, QIS informed me that the fuel pump was also not working properly. So, I asked them to change the fuel pump also.I would probably have been satisfied with the repair work, but when I went to pick up the vehicle, the car was filthy, inside and out. Some of the parts that had to be removed to perform the repair were not reinstalled and I found them just laying in the trunk.But, that was not the worst of it. Now, the steering wheel is crooked and the car pulls hard to the left. There is also a warning code that comes up on the dash (ESP), and, after returning the car to have it checked, I was informed that there is a bent tie rod. The car did not have these problems when I brought it to QIS.I dont think I have ever had this poor of service from any automotive repair facility in my entire life! There is so much more to this experience, but, it was so horrendous, I cannot even put all of it into words.On your rating of 1 to 5 stars, I would have to give you a negative 3 stars, but I have to give you one star just to post this review.

Got me in in a timely manner for a warning light that my son admitted had been on for quite a while. They did the diagnostics for under the price they originally quoted. Also made recommendations, but it was not a high pressure discussion. Treated me respectfully. Great service.

Fair pricing. Always great work done on my car

I brought in my 2001 CL500 that had been sitting for about 2 years in a garage. After replacing several electronic components the car seemed to be in worst condition than when I took it in. After working with Tara she explained and we tested other components and found that the tires were the issues. At first I did not understand how the tires could effect the vehicle in this way. But as soon as new tires were put on all issue went away. And understanding that the off set that the tires I had on before were causing the stabilization issues. Good shop, good work by good people! I will be back and I trust them to only do the work that would be required to fix the issue!

Called and asked if they had time to do an oil change on a 08 rover, was told yes ten o’clock is available. After inquiring on the price and being put on hold. I was told “unfortunately we can not change your oil because it’s British and not German” After validating that he was referring to an simple oil change because this made no sense, he again said yes we can only work on German cars. What a joke.

I have owned 4 Mercedes. Quality Import has serviced everyone of them. They still treat your car as one of the family. Just like when I purchased my first one 40 years ago. They know each model and what may need attention as you add miles to your car. When I ask Mercedes Service why they dont do this anymore. Their answer was Mercedes will not allow us to advise you what to expect or problems they have had with my model.

Amazing place and true to the name of quality, you might have long wait times here and there depending on your repair, ive been bringing my 2005 and 2009 mini coopers here for all there problems and they have always been fixed, anywhere from broken ignitions and noises to rebuilding superchargers. Highly reccomended!!

I have been taking my Volvos to Mike Toth and his skilled mechanics for nearly 20 years. I do not buy new Volvos but look for used ones in this area. Volvos are a wonderful vehicle but not well understood in this area and can be found at reasonable prices. There are not many car mechanics that you can trust to take them to in the area that have knowledge of them or know European craftsmanship. Believe me when I say you can thrust Quality Import Service and their integrity. I dont consider my Volvos used until they hit 300,000 miles thanks to Mike and crew.

Mike is honest, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

This is the place for import service. Skip the dealer, these guys are much better priced and are very knowledgeable.
