Horrible and Unprofessional customer service. Went in to get a quote, Cory gave me a Guess estimate even with me providing vin information. wanted to charge me $200 for a part that costs $69 at the same store where they purchase from. Also gave me a ball park estimate on labor. I thought shops had to go by billable hours, he wanted to charge me $100 to replace a part that costs $13 and takes 5 min to replace. Will never set foot there again

The dealership couldnt see my car for three weeks so I took it to Beardsley Auto Repair, they looked at my car the very next morning! They fixed it in just a few hours and the price ended up being half of what they estimated. Very kind and professional staff. I am very pleased with their services!
