I order a 30 foot peace of filon for my camper. I picked it up with other items I needed. The price was good a service was good.They moved to a new location and was a little hard to locate. I gave them a call and they met us at the door.

Not there after making trip and no answer to phone. Just wanted to look at showroom. No forwarding address.

The store has been closed for 3 years according to a person in the vacant store. A wasted trip to find no parts.

If I could give them less stars I would! Worst company ever. We ordered simple blinds for our RV. It has been over four months and they still do not have our order right. They never answer their phone and they’re shipping is delayed. The first time our order was shipped to the wrong state. The second time all three items in our order were made crooked and were unusable. The third time they sent Replacements but forgot to send one of the items. At this point we are still waiting for it. I would never and I mean never recommend anyone to use this company.

Is this web site for real!???? I came from out of town to go here. Two hour drive. The address is clearly NOT Parts Nation. Then we found another Parts Nation at a shopping center down the street that was closed and up for lease. Please check out before buying from this site. I almost did!

This place is a complete joke, Checked the website and got the address. Traveled 2 1/2 hours from Southern Michigan. We get there only to find that all but one of their website photos were bogus, the building is a run down POS with no signage. Called and got no answer, just a message that said they were closed from September 23 through September 30th (today is Sept. 29th) Caught a guy in the warehouse, who said they were an online only(Not listed ANYWHERE on their website) operation, but if I wanted to hang around for a few minutes, the owner might be back before 5 and he (might?) be willing to sell us what we needed. Check out Johnson Surplus, its about 8 minutes away and had everything we needed and about 1/3 the price.

I wanted to order a sofa for my RV online from RV Parts Nation because it was listed in their Free Shipping area. When I tried to checkout it said call for shipping quote. I called the store multiple times because they wont answer the phone and finally left a message. I received a call back from Trina and explained what was happening. She proclaimed that the shipping on that sofa wasnt free. I asked her to go to their website (which she did) and she said that isnt supposed to be in free shipping section. I told her it may not supposed to be but it was and I wanted to buy it with free shipping. Trina said she would speak to her supervisors and she would get back to me...that is the last I heard from her. I have left multiple messages asking for someone to call me but they are ignoring me. As of the date I am writing this letter the sofa is STILL listed under free shipping. This is a dishonest company.

Ordered a RV seal from this company, who didnt have it in stock. That however, did not stop them from charging my credit card $200, contrary to their internet site policy. After a back in forth (30 days) about when they would get it, I finally canceled the order. Go figure, they never credited me back my money. I would stay away from this online company. I would give them less than 1 star, but you cant.

Friendly staff!! So helpful! On the road with our pop-up camper and sitting in parking lot and called for help. They told us to come on in and are searching for the part to fix the refrigerator in our camper! What a great team of people, highly recommend!

I ordered a sheet of fiberglass for nose of camper, and 2 other smaller items. did not open order for 5 months. had one missing item, called left message, got return call promptly. had no trouble getting item sent right out with no charge. was very please with service. dennis

I wish I could give them a big fat zero. I ordered a power converter on 1/14/18 due to the great price. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and they haven’t even shipped it. By the grace of God I was able to talk to a real person one time and they said they hadn’t gotten their shipment from the mfg’r yet and didn’t have any tracking info. But they would call me back either that day or the next morning. I’ve emailed and gotten nothing back. They are a joke. I’m getting pretty close to refusing charges and ordering from Amazon like I should have in the first place. Tried to save $20. Never again.

THEE WORST!! Sent part of order, was crushed, box torn open, returned. Can not get a refund. Checked with Elk-hart Indiana BBB, told me they had at that time 65 complaints, indicated they are a scam outfit. I lost $430 dollars. Date 10-15-19, got email after posting the above saying that they had issued a refund. No deposit has been registered to my account. 10/19/19, Got refund AFTER I posted the fact of not getting refund. Buy else where.This outfit wont answer the phone, never answered for me.

If you want to be disappointed an NOT get what you ordered, this is the place to buy. Ordered 8 LED illuminated speakers on 2/28/19. They arrived on 3/8/19. Not one of these worked as new. If one or two were bad, we could understand that. But, to have NONE of them working is not by happenstance. Brandon promised to ship out replacements immediately. This after three phone calls to get a hold of someone. No replacements came. We have customers new boats awaiting parts for rigging. This scam has clogged up our service dept for a week. DO NOT BUY HERE!

We purchased a tri fold sleeper sofa for our camper less than a week ago and it was delivered yesterday, right on schedule. I cant give enough credit to Trina at RV Parts Nation who helped me through the purchase by correctly answering all my questions. The sofa was easy to install and the color and style matches the campers interior perfectly! And the price was terrific! No problems with communication by email or phone at all. I was kept up to date the whole way through. Thanks again for an easy transaction!

I purchased several furniture items and they were great, Trina was very curtious and knowledgeable went beyond good customer. The couch and love seat where awesome she took the time to arrange trucking company with the best rates for me. I am now ordering several appliances from them and same thing they go beyond the call of duty.

We ordered a hot water heater November 15th 2019. They charged my credit card right away which should have been a clue... I talked to Trina right after Thanksgiving whereby she told me it should be there the following week. Here it is Jan. 4th and they have ignored countless phone calls and emails. I placed a review on the BBB, and if they dont refund us we plan to seek legal action against the business and owners. I have asked for a refund. If they refund us I will update my reviews.

I give this place 1 star and that is only because I cant give it zero. Customer service is non-present. I ordered a fantastic fan 1020 via the website after I called to be sure it was in stock. Waited a week, and the order did not ship. Website indicated waiting shipment. Tried calling multiple times to no avail. Only got an answering machine. Left messages, no return call. Left messages via their website messaging system. No response. I have no way to cancel the order other than to dispute the chargers since it has not shipped. If you look at their return policy, it appears they also do EBay so that is more than likely the reason your website order will just sit forever. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I would not give this place another dry cent. Simply horrible.

Good prices, if your willing to wait over a month to get your package. Oh and dont bother calling them, they never answer and voicemail is full. They wouldnt even respond to emails. Ordered a furnace Dec. 6th 2019 and it is now March 23,2020, no delivery.Nobody returns e-mails and now Im going to sue them in court for a refund.e-mail me and I will start a class action suit against them.

Finally connected with Trina who says our order is still in process. Will update once we receive our blind. I had to contact the Elkhart, In. police department to get a response from the business.12/10/19 update. We finally received this blind after waiting a long time & believing our money was lost. Wish it hadn’t arrived. We had to engineer a way to hang this poorly designed blind in our window. It isn’t a day/might as ordered as it lets in a LOT of light! Poor quality and they used white thread to make a brownish shade. I don’t expect it to last long. The picture shows the night shade during the day.

Dont waste your time. I ordered rolled aluminum for a camper project, and their site stated a 2 week turnaround. 3 weeks later, I called about my order status. The person who answered said shed have to check with shipping and call me back. I never got that call. At week 4 I called and got that same song and dance, so canceled the order.

After reading reviews, I felt like the deals they had online was way too good to pass up. So I was able to call and reach someone, who told me, I could come pick it up. Knowing how freight shipping works, I figured it would cost me $150 in gas to go get it and I could have it the next day. When I arrived the lady was super nice, help me dig for a sofa I was looking for in the size that I needed. Made me an extremely good $ deal on it. I feel like the bad reviews maybe coming from people who are using freight, and sometimes it could take a month before it makes it to you. Just look at the odds, and if its worth it just go pick it up..

First let me say I dont have any affiliation with either place Im going to mention. Dont bother going to this place. RV Parts Nation is a joke. They could use a lesson in organization as the whole place is a mess! They could also use a lesson in customer service! I will never waste my gas going there again. I got back in my car and drove to Factory RV Surplus on Bristol Street across town in Elkhart. And Im extremely happy I did! Now that place is a class act. They had all the parts I needed for my awning and knew exactly where there were in the store, all at a great price! PS... I had to give them at least one star, if I could have, they would get no stars. How are you still in business?

Impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Been waiting for a refund for a month and a half for a cancelled order. They never pick up the phone or answer voicemails once you want money back, Got pretty snippy when we had to cancel the order too.

Ordered rubber roof kit on 8-25-2016. Called 2 weeks later and told it would ship next week. Called week and a half later on a Friday, told they were cutting my order and it would ship Monday. Called today 10-3-2016 and told it will ship this week. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said that it had shipped but she couldnt find a tracking # and when she hears back from the shipping dept. she will call me with the #. Well after waiting 6 hours, I called back and she told me it hadnt shipped, but it would ship tomorrow. So I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I am running out of time to get this roof finished before cold weather moves in. Most reputable companies dont charge your card until the product ships, but they charged mine the same day I placed the order for $501.39. For that kind of money you would expect some kind of prompt service. I wouldnt walk across the street to buy from these people. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ at RV Parts Nation.

The process of ordering was relatively painless. Trina is knowledgeable, helpful, and cared that I got the correct items. It was difficult to get ahold of her on Monday’s and Friday’s, however she explained to me that it is just her in the office taking all calls and running back and forth to the warehouse to answer people’s questions. She helped me to get the best possible shipping rates. The website does not have that function. The one hiccup in this process was the shipping day. She had quoted a certain day for arrival, when that day came and went I emailed her to check on my order. I got a standard email back saying that my items were shipped that day. Once they were shipped I tracked my packages with the tracking number the company provided and they arrived in a week. I was confused as to what happened in between the original order date and when they were actually sent, but with the understanding of her being completely swamped in the office I can let it go. My order came packaged well and in perfect condition.Overall, there was a bit more worry than ordering from other companies, but the money savings made up for it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered a rubber roofing system over 2 weeks ago and they just shipped it to us. Lied to me at least 3 times regarding the shipment. First, they were out of rubber. Second, we are low on rubber. Third, we work orders from oldest to newest. THEN when they do finally ship it out we realize it is the WRONG RUBBER! You can NOT use 40 Mil rubber on an RV! It wont last a year!! NO WHERE in the description does it say it is only 40 mil. NO WHERE in the description OR the policy did it say it was going to take 2 WEEKS to ship!! I will get my money back on the rubber and I am keeping the kit. I am furious because now we have to go spend MORE MONEY on rubber that will actually work!! I will be reporting all of this to the BBB.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered an item, money was taken immediately, but two weeks later still no delivery. They claim theyre having a supplier problem. Always good to blame someone else. Even better, if I cancel the order it will take 5-7 days before I get credit on my card. Avoid this company at all costs, or thats what youll entail, costs.

This company is a fraud. They will take your money with the intent of not delivering on their products. They charged my credit card $500 for an order in October. According to the FTC Federal Trade Commission that is illegal. I will be filing a complaint against them, and also the BBB and Attorney Generals Office. They need to be put out of business. Too many people are experiencing the same problems.Update: I have filed a complaint to BBB. They are not truthful to the BBB in their explanation. They reported they sent me an email explaining the vendor was closed during the holidays. I never received any correspondence from them until the complaint was made. They also said the order would take 8 weeks, holidays could extend that. Well, it was 10 weeks prior to the holidays. So again, still waiting, I responded to BBB. Nothing from RV Parts Nation. No updates, no product, they have my money.

Giving them a 1 is being generous. We ordered new roofing materials for our camper 6 weeks ago they the charged our card the next day but they have yet to ship the materials to us. We have tried numerous times to contact the sales department and they dont respond to our calls.

Very unhappy with timely shipping. Ordered a power converter on 12-15-2017. Was not until 12-21-2017 it would ship that day. As of 1-2-2018 it has not left their facility. Numerous calls and voice mails go unanswered. Will never order from them again.

Hubby ordered AC unit for RV May 23, 2016. We have yet to receive our order. Their mailbox is full, weve submitted 2 form requests on their website, and emailed about our order. What the heck? Oh, but dont worry, they DID take the money out of the account. Jerks. Next stop is BBB.

I have no clue how his company is still in business. BUYER BEWARE. I made the mistake of making an order with them. After 8 weeks my order arrived but was not correct. No customer service. I was told the manager was in a meeting when asked to resolve the situation. Called numerous times with out returned communication. these people simply do not care. And it clearly it reflected in their reviews.

Call them on a Hot Water Heater they said they had it in stock. Order it spent days trying to get a tracking number that they couldnt seem to give me because it was never shipped. sat on hold for 35-45 mins at a time trying to talk to them never get a straight answer always a different answer when I got one never their fault. If they we just honest I could have canceled the order and got it locally so as to not miss the holiday weekend

Great location, really pleasant and great products, but the thing that makes this such a good place to shop is customer service. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, i will come back again thats certain.

There is NO customer service. I dont know where these people that are posting on here say that their service is good. Maybe RV PARTS NATION employees all took their vacation at the same time when I was (still!) reaching them. They sent the wrong product. Voicemail boxes are full, email bounces back as full mailboxes. I may have to go to Indiana and walk through the door! At this point, its being disputed with my CC.

I ordered a gallon of adhesive for rubberized roofing on 8/18 and was told they could ship on my FedEx number since FedEx is the only shipping company that delivers to this address. Theyre in Elkhart, IN and Im in northern Michigan which is not that far away... it should have been here by 8/24 at the latest. I didnt receive the shipment and called back today 8/29; at first they couldnt find the order and then they said it couldnt be shipped out because the shipping Department couldnt use my FedEx number. This begs two questions: 1) why didnt I know that and inform me when they took the order 2) you have to believe they found this out pretty quickly why had they not contacted me 11 days later. I had a 10-day window to do this work so I just had to cancel the order and the work wont be done for several months more. Terrible service, cant trust them to execute -- dont order from these guys!!

Beware. I wish I saw these reviews before I placed my order there is definitely a reason why the reviews are so poor. I ordered some rv doors end of October said was a bit of lead time four to six weeks that was ok. Now it’s three months later the end of January and I have sent several emails and messages with no word. One email was answered a month ago saying they are closed a week for Christmas and a week for thanksgiving so deduct that from the lead time. With no answers since, I think I might have been ripped off over 1000$ Beware if u read this don’t order after reading other reviews I think I’m not the only one who was taken for hundreds or thousands of dollars

I have never dealt with such a ridiculous company before. Getting a hold of their service dept. is an absolute joke. They dont even offer a voicemail? What company doesnt have a voicemail? First they sent us the wrong part, that took over 2 weeks to ship, and when we called to have the issue fixed and replaced, they werent even willing to return our shipping fees. Where is our product? At this point we literally DO NOT even want it. How can you get a refund from a company that doesnt answer the phone?

TERRIBLE!!! Ordered an in stock item, 4 weeks later is still hasnt shipped. I was told It would be shipped this Friday, and explained if I dont see shipping/ tracking on that day I would cancel my order. It looks like I will be cancelling . Ordered parts on 01-27-18 its now 02-14-18 and no parts or return calls. no emails. finally spoke with a woman last week and she said it would ship on the 13th and be here the 14th. guess what, no parts and they wont answer the phones. dont waste your time and money with these people

We ordered a rear window blind for our trailer. It arrived in a timely manner, but with no instructions or screws to hold the brackets. Very frustrating as we had to go buy materials to finish the project. Apparently no one checks the order before it is shipped. Not sure how well the blind is made, as the trailer is in storage for the winter.

Howdy, from Texas so by the third 1/2 week I’ll admit I got worried my package wasn’t coming after looking at these reviews. However, I went back to the website and reminded myself the notification email I received after purchase said 3-4 weeks so I waited a little longer. I wasn’t in a hurry but I wanted to make sure it was still coming anyways, I decided to call didn’t get an answer. I got a notification the next day my package had been scanned for shipping. I was relieved lol The companies website does say 3-4 weeks so that’s what it is. I got my tank that will soon be installed on my travel trailer came out of the box in what appears to be what was pictured and in great condition. I have a 1970s travel trailer everywhere I went they want to charge aaaaaaalot RV parts nation is the only place I found the best deal. Hope my review helps. I got my tank today from UPS. I would have posted a picture but it won’t let me from my phone.

I ordered a rubber roof kit from RV Nation on June 6, 2016. When I checked the status of my order 10 days later, it was still listed as awaiting shipment. I called and was told that 5-7 days was typical for processing and was told it would ship this week. Now, on July 5 - one month later, I called and they can offer me an off-white that will ship this week, or I would have to wait till they can get the white color in before it is shipped to me. I wish that I would have read all the other negative google comments before I ordered from them.

We came to town to check out RV parts suppliers and considering that we had 5 joints on our list -- we found two of them out of business. RV Parts Nation was one of the OPEN ones.I was surprised at how LITTLE stock they had. If I had made the trip JUST for this store I would have wasted my fuel.Staff were helpful -- but without inventory that doesnt mean much.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company must be out of business but still has a functioning website that takes your money. Emailed. Called. Nothing. Dispute filed with the CC company for non-delivery of product.

You couldnt find a WORSE RV Company to deal with. Placed an order on a Saturday called and emailed Sunday to cancel the order as a different fix was found for my RV but was told I couldnt cancel the order since it was already sent to the manufacturer. Poor excuse since the manufacturer was not open until the following Tuesday.Do yourself a favor and avoid any dealing with this company!!!!

Placed order on Feb 1, 2018 by Mar 12, 2018 still have NOT RECEIVED IT. They will not answer email or phone. I now have filed a claim with my credit card number and have notified the Elkhart BBB.

Ordered a Yamaha Generator on April 14 Was told it would ship on Tuesday April 19...I checked the online status and it didnt ship...was told they didnt receive their order and it should ship the following day...That never happened...several attempts to call with it going to voicemail....After learning and reading of bad reviews on Yelp, Facebook and other sites I decided I needed to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.As of today May 3rd I have yet to receive my money back and filed a complaint with the BBB and put my attorney on notice.

I ordered a part on Oct 5,2017 (12 days ago) and online status still shows awaiting shipping. Ive called several times, and the phone just rings with no answer.UPDATE..... I finally got through to someone & they said my part was backordered. This place deserves a rating of 0. I ordered a couch and after 2 months of getting the run around i cancelled my order. No call backs, order not delivered . No emails to let me know why it was not. I called and asked what was going on and was told some of my order was missing. Of course i had to call them to be told this. This place has a horrible!

I ordered a rv charger converter. What I recieved was a used part. But I was in a bind so I installed it. Now I now why it was a good price. Tried calling multipal times. No answer and answering machine was full. Dont buy here.

Sent me a pump essentially rattling around in a box and it broke. Unable to get any response from them. Absolutely would not ever do business here again as Im now out a $100 pump.

Turnaround time too slow. Charged for parts March 24th and parts were never shipped. Was told 2 weeks. Requested refund on order and was never processed. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Will be reported to BBB.

Ordered rubber seal for slide out on Mar 26th, after several phone calls, told it takes a week before they even look at the order, then about 2 weeks later advised they only had partial order, which would not suit our installation. Cancelled the order Apr 8 and had to call/email again on Apr 20 to find out where my refund was. FinallyApr 23 got my refund.

TO TOP OFF THE OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE MY ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE AND TO SEND PRODUCT BACK I NEEDED TO PAY SHIPPINNG FEES OF($80) AND A RESTOCK FEE AT 20%. THIS COMPANY IS USE TO GIVING BAD SERVICE BUT ARE ABLE TO STAY IN BUSINESS BECAUSE EITHER WAY YOU END UP PAYING THEM .

I WENT INTO THE STORE FEB 18 2016 BOUGHT A COUCH AND AWNING FABRIC. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FABRIC IN STOCK SAID THEY WOULD SHIP IT. NOW IT IS MAY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AWNING FABRIC. HAVE CALL 3 TIMES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD PROMISE SHIP THREE MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. The couch was poor quality by June of 2016 it was falling apart that we could hard sit on it for it falling apart.

Placed order on July 26 it is August 18 and still have not recieved my order. I even switch to a in stock item and have waited a additional week with no shipment . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE . Four calls later and all I get is lies and the runaround .

Absolutely horrible customer service!! They need a negative stars review for this company! 4 trips to this place just to get tires, each trip same old story from the same old women. Oh let me put your order in my phone notes, I cant get a-hold of our warehouse, I will call you back in a little bit. Each time no call. I went in 2 weeks ago after the 2nd no call and said order them for me please, I have to have them by the 25th as I am going on vacation and it is a long trip. I dont want to chance it on these tires. Okay, Ill call you she says. I go in today to pick them up, received no call, she says I dont know look and see if they are there. There are 4 in a pile so I thought hey what do you know they are here. WRONG! not the right ones. Called Burkholders and the man says yes I have them in stock right now. Done with this mess of a place, dont waste your time with this company, you will be disappointed, that Im certain.

Terrible experience! I ordered a scissor jack for my trailer. I was never told when i ordered the product it was out of stock. After waiting in limbo for 3-4 weeks unable to reach a live person i get an email stating my product had been shipped. I waited another month while calling many times in between only to get an answerimg machine. When i finally reached someone i was in shock. When We dug into my case i was told the product had been delivered a month prior. I was home everyday during the time stated. Product was never delivered. Now i have to call fed ex. Fed ex tells me i have to call the shipper back and file a loss claims with them. It is out of my control but i know have to be the middle man as thay will not handle it themselves. Of course i once again cant get through to anybody. Who has time for this???!!! Do not purchase from them!

UPDATE: I was sent a check as a refund. Im satisfied with the outcomePurchased an item through the RV Parts Nation website($170). After waiting a week for it to ship, I cancelled the order and I ordered the part through ebay. One week later RV Parts Nation ships me the wrong part. I make a Paypal claim. They contact me and are very apologetic and say everything will be taken care of... waiting for a return label, I let Paypal claim expire instead of escalating it. After paypal claim expired they wont honor return. Deal with them if you want... buyer bewareUPDATE: I was sent a check as a refund. Im satisfied with the outcome

Ok before you order anything, call, call and call and ask questions. I called to order the RV Day/Night shades and they insisted I order them on line. If you do not read the fine print it tells you have to call the customer service line and order the blinds with them directly to get the room darkening shades of course when I called the first time they did not tell me that. So now I am stuck with over $300 dollar worth rv shades that let in so much light even though they say opaque. I called and complained to their customer service manager and they never got back to me. Never returned my call so be careful, maybe order from Camping World at least they give you the option to select room darkening on their web site, this company does not give you the option you have to call but then they make you order on the web site. So don t bother dealing with them. Order at your own risk. The RV Shades are very nice, not the same quality as what is in my camper but they are ok.

Placed a order after 12 days nothing called could not get a answer on the phone or email finely talked to someone they did not have the parts in stock and would be 2-5 weeks canceled the order now been two weeks and no refund poor service would not do business with again

Waited 3 weeks, my order wasnt shipped no one answered phone when calling. Finally got thru and they said my order ships out tomorrow, prices good but customer service not good.

This business is horrible. I ordered item on 2nd of September and today is 15th still has not shipped. I did call them two days ago and they insured me will be ship the same day or next. It did not happens. Thanks god I paid with PayPal. I will dispute charges. Stay away from this merchant. It is worth to pay few bucks more and be done with your order.

I ordered several parts from them, mostly ABS piping. I received all of the parts except for one of the elbows in the first shipment. The second shipment that arrived the next day had the other elbow. I ordered two of the same elbow, with a 45 degree bend. But they sent me two 90 degree elbows instead. I called them up the next day to let them know that they were the wrong parts. They told me not to worry about sending them back as it would cost more in shipping than the actual parts. But that they would refund my money, as they dont have the ones I want in stock. So, I waited a week and no refund. I called to let them know. I was told the refund would be taken care of that day. I waited another week, still no refund. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and will write as many negative reviews as possible. Seems that they have a habit of not keeping their word and following their own policies.
