Good customer service, reasonable prices

I came in because my check engine light was on. Tony T. Was super helpful and did the code reading on my car and explained the results to me. Then he checked all my fluids to make sure I didnt have any other issues. He went above and beyond. I appreciate the great customer service.

Standard Autozone layout. Clean store and friendly staff. I was in and out in just a few moments with little wait. Staff is generally helpful and polite and often pretty knowledgeable. Careful when exiting the parking lot, traffic is crazy here sometimes.

Id rather order from a1auto.com but if I need a part today and orielly doesnt have it Ill use autozone

Ive been to this location twice now and both times theyve tried to tell me something was wrong with my car just to get more money out of me. The first time they used a broken battery tester on my battery and said the battery was fine even though the person doing it said the tester was broken and didnt even leave the tester on for more than 2 seconds, she then said it was the alternator. The second time they said my wiring was bad in my vehicle when they replaced the license plate bulbs and they didnt work. Got home to check on it and they put the bulbs in the wrong way. After they tried to sell me different things from inside the store.Do not go to this location, they are very unprofessional, go to the one in Dunlap.

Have shopped here a handful of times, and generally find employees helpful. Pricing on some items is higher than can be found online, but to have in-person assistance has value too. Will continue to shop with AutoZone as needed.

I always get good service and they usually have exactly what I need at a good price. They have even helped me a couple times installing wiper blades and a headlight bulb. This is my go-to place for automotive parts.

Had what I needed, was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff was very helpful. Good prices.Ok so I go back to get wipers for the wifes car, a young lady helped me find the right size. Normally I have been asked if I need help installing them, not this time. No one offered at all. And that is fine I had no problem getting them on, but every other auto parts store I have bought them from have always offered.

The buffet is reasonably priced.

I will give them 4 stars they employees usually seem very helpful n willing to share any info about any parts or possible parts ur vehicle might need. But some times they do take a little to much time to to take care of each customer. Maybe when dealing with a customer that is more time consuming they should actually step a side n check the customer that only is getting a quarter of oil n get them on there way instead of waiting 15 to 20 minutes

To expensive the same part right next door ar OReileys was $21. Cheaper.

Poor customer service

Very friendly and helpful staff. Help me find exactly what I needed and gave me suggestions on the best product. And they didnt even try to suggest the most expensive, just the most reliable parts and their opinion. The AutoZone in Elkhart Indiana on Cassopolis Street is very knowledgeable people. Its not like going to Lowes, or Menards, or Home Depot where their employees know nothing about their products. On top of that, they have a great selection trailer lighting and towing accessories. I also have great prices on GPS and radar detectors.

We got some Freon or something coolant to put in our air and it ended up not working they gave us our money back no problem theyre very helpful they always have the solution or a suggestion to find the solution great place great people

Always have the parts I need but are way out of the ballpark on wiper blades, that would be my only complaint, love this place.

Nice place to shop but need more sales reps to move the line faster.

Auto zone is my preferred place to shop for all my car related parts. Mostly friendly and polite employees. For the most part I havent had any problems and when I did have an issue they resolved the problem without question.

Who has ever heard of the customer paying the core charge . I brought my old battery in and they said I had to pay for the core charge after paying 100 dollars for the battery someone pocketed some money that day.
