Phenomenal work done on my 2018 Ford Ecosport. Small door dings, but Adam removed them quickly and you cannot tell at all that there was a dent there! Its like magic. Our 2012 Ram 3500 had hundreds of hail dents. Adam was very professional and did exactly as he estimated. He coordinated with the ins company and made the repair easy for us and on time! I got a new truck and within 5 days someone decided to slam their car door against my truck. I had never heard of Paintless Dent Removal. I figured I would need a new fender. A local auto dealer recommended Midwest Dent. I called Troy Nichols and we set up an appointment. I dropped the truck off after hours and he met me at the shop. I believe he started working on it that night. Called me the next day to say it was fixed. I cannot tell where the damage was. GREAT job. We loved the idea of not having to compromise the integrity of our car’s finish with a bunch of fillers like a traditional body shop uses. The quote we got from another regular body shop was more, and they said they said paintless dent removal wouldn’t work on our dent. Clearly they were wrong, because the guys at Midwest Dent Repair literally made it look like our dent never happened! Definitely the way to go to for dent repair!

As the numbnut I am, I backed my Cadallic 2015 SRX tailgate, in the up position, into my garage door frame. It was a mess, with dents in and out of the creased panel with large dents over 60% of the entire area. Had a local body shop look at it and was told impossible for a PDR guy to fix, quoted $2550 to fix. Had Adam look at it and in less then a weekend and for less then 25% of the quote picked it up today. I am a car guy (even though I dont drive like it) and I was stunned, it is actually PERFECT! No less, in my opinion, then a miracle! Adam is a true artist...can deliver the impossible.

What a great experience! I knew Midwest Dent Repair would do a good job getting the dents out of my car, but they exceeded my expectations! Twenty years worth of dents were no match for Trent and the gang. They removed dozens of dents and I dare even the best eye to tell me where they were. Its amazing-- like it came off the showroom floor! The customer service was wonderful. I had to drop off the car after hours and Trent made a special trip to make sure my car was stored inside for the night. They were even willing to meet me after hours to pick up the car if I needed. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. They couldnt have been nicer. They were on time with my appointment and have a very nice waiting room if you need to stay while repairs are being done. Everyone that walked through the waiting room made a point of at least saying hi. And their work is perfection. You would never know I had a dent of any kind. Amazing. You want to do business with these guys. I brought in my truck to have a small dent removed. Things did not go as expected. The paint got messed up in the repair process. The tech owned up to it and apologized. Hed been doing dent repair work for 5 years and this was the first time this had happened to him. He gave me a card to a local paint shop and said to have them send the bill. The paint shop did a great job and I never saw a bill. In the real world things dont always go right, but good people go the extra mile to make it right.

Josh, who works with Midwest Dent Repair, recently repaired a small hood dent that occurred on my brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Josh completed the task with poise and was swift in his efforts. More than delighted with my experiences and efforts given by him, I do highly recommend Josh. The work is flawless and the dent was on my hood is no longer there.
