Nice environment, friendly and helpful people. Dr.Li was very helpful and skilled. He has a great energy and sense of humor. They have a wide range of services from dry eye therapy to vision therapy. Highly recommended.

The assistant/tech that initially helped me was kind. The doctor was a younger man and assumed that he could cross cultural lines with ease in dealing with someone brown. I get it, however there is a thin line between complimenting by appreciating the contribution of a particular “culture” and offending by assuming that everyone that looks a certain way is a part of that culture. As for the service, it was incomplete. The doctor I received a referral for never contacted me and when I reached out to them they didn’t have a doctor that “accepted my insurance yet”. Also the prescription I received was incomplete. I was not provided the PD measurements. Luckily my mom needed to go to Stanton Optical and a tech there took the measurements and provided me the info without a fee. IMO If you are looking for complete care, head somewhere else. This facility may be more comfortable/suited for millennials.

I made an appointment for my daughter and I got there late 15 minutes because I stuck in traffic and I was planning to reschedule but they ended up squeezing us in and getting my daughter eye exam, very nice place and very friendly and professional staff, we have another appointment in two weeks to get my daughter training for her contacts, I highly recommend this place .

I used to go to this place to get my reading glasses and eye exams, my insurance covered my frames. Every time I tell them I just wanted the frames the insurance covered, they would tell me they were out of stock and I ended up paying a little over $100+ for reading glasses, this happened 3 years in a row so I stopped going there.On 8/23/21 my wife told me to go in EyeOptics to see if they carried Maui Jim sun glasses Ive been looking for. We went in and they were a Maui Jim carrier. I found a pair I wanted to purchase. When the lady came to help me, I asked if the had another pair like these. I wanted to purchase them. She told me those were the only pair they had. I said all those sunglasses you have under the display case and you dont have another pair like these. I told her I didnt want the display glasses I wanted a new pair for that price unless she was going to give me a discount on the display pair. She didnt even look to see if they had an extra pair of sunglasses I wanted. She thought she could get me to pay full price for a display pair. What a poor customer service, little did she know I took pictures of the model numbers in the sunglasses. Went home and ordered them from Nordstrom. Guess she didnt want my $270 Im never going in this store again and telling everyone I see to run from this store!

Replaced lenses for an Oakley frame back in March 2021. Paid in full after insurance kicked in. I wanted sunglasses with mirror tint. Optician told me three weeks to get sunglasses. Three weeks no call so I called the store. Optician said one lense was cracked so it had to be redone. Maybe four weeks to complete. No call in mid April so I called the store again. Spoke to manager who said she will monitor status weekly. June 6th I get call that sunglasses arrived and I need to come in. After nine weeks I’m eager to finally get my sunglasses. Wore the sunglasses for one day and my vision was very blurry, very angry at this point. Went back to store the next morning and optician said I need an eye exam. The eye exam didn’t reveal any changes to my vision. The blurry vision was because the lens prescription was not mine !!!!! By this time I’m losing my patience but in good faith I let the store send back my sunglasses to put the correct prescription. June 11th I get a call from store that after a quality check was made of the finished glasses it was found that one of the lenses had particles underneath the mirror film which had to be redone. The manager tells me another four weeks. I’m beyond angry so today June 14, I go to store, talked to manager to get my money back, and hopefully get my Oakley frames back.I waited since March and now it’s June, no darn sunglasses !!!! This store has very poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and below standards for making glasses.

I was treated spiteful and disrespectful by the Optician Isa when I was asking for the re-do lenses due to scratches at Eye Optics located in Elk Grove on Saturday of 10/10/2020.First of all, she did not even trying to verify the purpose of me at the shop but telling me “you have to pay it from the pockets or wait till January 1, 2021.” Until my cousin Jocelyn who works at the Vision Service fields told her it was supposed still under the warranty, Isa then took me to her desk started working on my case.I am hoping that every customers will be treated fairly and respectful or she disqualifying herself as a first line customer services.

Recently visited Eye Optics in March, 2016 for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my visit. Everyone (including the receptionists, the doctors assistant, and especially Dr. Andrea So) was exceptional. The personnel in this office provided great customer service and were extremely professional. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the offices and the modern eye equipment they utilized. Dr. So answered all my questions to my satisfaction and she competently explained the results of my eye examination. I would highly recommend Eye Optics to anyone searching for an optometrist. Kudos to the Eye Optics staff! Keep up the good work.

I took my son there to get an eyeglasses prescription and we really loved the place. Dr. Ly was so helpful, he answered my questions, explained lots of details and didn’t rush us. The assistant lady who took picture of my son’s eyes was so helpful. The eyeglasses collection was HUGE and the gentleman and the lady there was so patient with my son for maybe an hour until he made up his mind and settled on a pair. There is a play area for kids that my daughter stayed in and enjoyed her time during my son’s visit. Overall me, my son, my husband and my daughter were super satisfied.

My husband and I got our prescriptions done at a different location but cam here to get it filled. We walked in on a Saturday morning and the staff at Eye Optics took care of everything! They even let us know that I was double insured. They definadefi had more frames for women than men. My husband not kind of settled with his frame but I had a ton to pick from. Sarah was the person who helped us and she was super friendly and made sure I got the right pair of glasses for me. We will definitely be back here next year!!!

Worst experience ever. I wear contacts for astigmatism but I like color contacts. Eye optics finally gets a brand that has both but apparently never bothered to check them out before selling them. First set of contacts my right eye was a light blue and my right eye was a dark blue and part of my vision was blocked on the right side. So I wait another 6 weeks to have them replaced and get my new contacts which had exactly the same issue in reverse. Mind you, the company only carries one color of blue lenses. At this point I have no contacts, no glasses and need something so I tell them to scratch the color contacts and I’ll just order the cheaper clear contacts. Well, I go in and pick up the contacts and I’m told I have a 47 dollar balance. The billing department comes out and says it’s an error and they owe me 144 dollars which they returned to me. Then I order a pair of glasses and they come in...and I’m told I can’t pick up the glasses that I paid for because I have an unpaid balance of 47 dollars on my account. The same 47 dollar balance that they returned 144 dollars to me on almost two weeks before. So now I’m waiting for a call back from the billing department to find out if I’m going to be getting my glasses or money back since they can’t give them to me. Not seeing a return visit in my future.

The staff and Doctors at EyeOptics are friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a great attitude and keep the process going so you don’t have long wait times. I have been going to them for three years now and I have never had a problem with anything! I highly recommend EyeOptics Optometry.

We have been going to EyeOptics for many years. My family drives over 2 hours so that we can continue our eye care with EyeOptics. All of the staff is great! We have had our eyes examined by Drs Yurko, Curtis and Ly and have been impressed with all of them. Most recently, all 3 of us had our examinations with Dr. Ly and he is so calm, friendly and informative. We have learned a lot about eyes and vision over the past 2 years from him. When we went to pick up our glasses, we were assisted by Chris, who was friendly and very professional and scored a 10 out of 10 when he learned that it was my granddaughters birthday that day and promptly presented her with a gift card from his wallet!! His kindness and generosity made her day! It is because of staff like Chris and the great doctors that we drive the distance we do for our eye care and glasses.

Best Optometry Center I have ever gone to. Everyone is very friendly and there is no one rushing you to get done. There is a very wide variety of frames you can chose from. It can be very expensive but with my VSP, I always manage to save a great deal of money. If you have a problem once you get your glasses, the staff will make the necessary corrections. I highly recommend this business.

Dr. Curtis and her staff are the friendliest, most informative and professional of the many eye clinics I have been to during my life. Each yearly visit I am so impressed with the personal discussion of not only my eye condition but of me as a person. It is like our conversation continued from the previous year. I would highly recommend this office as the place for your eye care center.

I had to get my glasses remade multiple times because Dr. Wong didnt listen to me on ths numerous occasions I explained to her that Ive always worn progressives and she kept putting me in single vision. The first time I came in asking for them to fix it the optician actually put a note for the doctor saying I wanted my rx reevaluated because I wore progressives so she just blatantly ignored me and her staff. Finally got another doctor in the office to give me a usable rx on try #3. Anyways, Im not coming back. Ive already taken my benefits elsewhere.

I have been going to EyeOptics for my routine eye care for many years and have always found the service extremely good. I most recently saw Dr. Andrea So, and found her exceptionally thorough and extremely clear in her description of the eye exam and my issues. She identified the beginnings of a cataract, but explained that no surgery or other correction was needed at this time. I especially like the OptoMap retinal exam/camera and the information this particular tool provides. It costs an extra $20-25, but provides a digital image of your retina that can diagnose macular degeneration and old images can be compared to current images to look for any subtle changes.

I love this place. It is big compare to other office. They have many selections to choose.I like my doctor. She is very nice and professional.

What a disappointment. The staff was kind enough to schedule an appointment.However, once being seen they quoted me a rediculous price for a procedure that I did myself at home.

They take their time to help you find whats right for you, they dont rush you out to help the next customer, they make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave.

Dr Curtis and her Staff were awesome. Very friendly and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Was able to make an appt. easily. Arrived there and got examined quickly by Dr. Yurko, who was pleasant and patient the entire time. Even got a card with my script on it, which is convienent to keep.

Excellent. A special Thank You! to Dr. Yorko. I came to the office with some slight changes to my vision. My eye exam was great. No distance correction. Only a recommendation to update to a 1.50 reader. Dr Yorko highly recommended that I do an opti-photo. It was an additional cost, but she went over what can be identified. I decided to go ahead and do it, and 15 minutes later, when she was reviewing the photo she found what she thought was a retinal detachment. She called my healthcare provider and got me in for an emergency exam Ophthalmology, and 5 hours later I was meeting with a surgeon. In order to save my vision, I needed to have surgery within the next 48 hours. 48 hours later I was in Retinal surgery. It has been 4 weeks, and I am still recovering, but if Dr. Yorko had not talked me into those photos, I would have been blind in one of my eyes. Thanks to her excellent healthcare, and her prompt action, I will recover. She called me yesterday to check on me. It is just one more demonstration of her excellent skills in treating her patients.
