I was able to get a walk in eye exam without an appointment. The staff was so friendly and patient as well as professional and knowledgeable. Couldnt recommend more!

When my favorite sunglasses needed repair I stopped in EyeGlass World without an appointment. Although the store had several customers the staff repaired my glasses and did not charge me anything. The customer service is outstanding and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Staffs here were very helpful and friendly. I stopped by just to have my broken glasses fixed but I left with more informations about getting new pairs and because they didn’t have a technician there, they booked an appointment for me at the close by location. They were so nice!

On 12-22-20, I went to the Laguna store to have my glasses adjusted. Luz Divina was very pleasant and took her time to clean, put on new nose holders and adjust the frames. They are so much better. Thank you, Ms. Divina!

They gave me excellent service on repair of my glasses

My husbands Opthamologist (SP) had told him that glasses would not improve his vision. The Optometrist at Eyeglass World assured him that that glasses would improve his vision. After giving the glasses a few days for a period of adjustment....THERE HAS BEEN NO IMPROVEMENT. We spent a lot of money for useless glasses. We wont be back. I only gave them one star because most of their associates were courteous and they were practicing all safety precautions

Glasses showed up two weeks late. Didn’t explain well how dark my transitions are when indoors. So now I’m still using my old glasses in the house at night. Staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable on adjusting my glasses when they showed up. But the staff was very polite and friendly. So for their politeness, I moved it from one star to three.

This place was so awesome! I got 2 pairs of glasses and they let me make one of them into sunglasses. Boom!!!

I went in to get contacts exam I got my prescription but when I use it and got my contacts..my vision not the same my eyes get irritated more often..to me the staff could of been more cheerful..

Very Happy with the service, everyone in their is super nice and informative about insurance and helping you pick the right frame. My little one broke her only one pair of glasses( which she really needs) so am panicking because mostly all optometrist take at least a week to have them ready for you, but not at Eyeglass world place they actually had them ready for her the same day.
