They are always very polite and oil changes are always quick! Only been living in Elk Grove now for a year and this is hands down one of the places with great customer service. Ive had horrible experiences with customer service in general since moving especially, contractors not sending quotes or missing appointments with in home services. Glad I found an amazing place to get my oil changes at.

Been here three times, price comparable to other oil change locations, wait is resonable, staff is friendly, always a line for the carwash.

Needed a place to do some service on my vehicle while I was out of town for work — very pleased with these folks. Friendly, competent, quick and reasonably priced. No weird attempts to upsell, and they spotted a potential problem I hadnt noticed and brought it to my attention so I could monitor it for possible future action. Recommended.

Used the car wash only that is for Nissan, Mazda and Infinity dealerships. Decent wash for free.

Best place in elk grove to get your car serviced, any make or model. I have been bringing my familys cars here for at least 10 years. Always great service, thorough explanations if any issues found with the vehicle, and no pressure to ever get any work done or upselling. Oil changes comes with wash and vacuum as well, making it a great value. Located between the infiniti and Mazda dealerships.

Very organized. Fast oil change. Clean lounge. In and out oil change less than half hour. Thorough check list of car completed. Polite staff. First visit.

I have been bringing my Nissan here for several years. They are always professional and courteous. The quicklube service is fast and they answer any questions I have.On one occasion they mistakenly gave me the synthetic oil change instead of conventional. I was preoccupied and did not pay attention until it was time to pay. They ran the history on my vehicle and saw I had never used synthetic. To make up for it, they offered me a free oil change my next visit and a detail service at no charge. I agreed and put it behind me. Never had any other issues.

Carwash just damage my rear wiper arm and management just told me theyre not responsible for any damage made by their carwash kinda scary. So what if it happens again and again. Appreciate the free wash but when something happens it feels like management doesnt care.

I am not the person who write reviews, but Quick Lube of Elk Grove got my attention. Totally professional and friendly. I highly recommend coming thru if you have no time to waste sitting around.

I went in for Express Maintenance at Elk Grove Nissan today at 5:05 PM and was turned down. No where online does it say that they do not take customers after 4:30 PM. I bought my new car there in 2017 and have had it serviced here before.They referred me to Quick Lube, I went there right away, waited 10 minutes to speak to the rep and explained my situation only to be turned away as well at 5:20 PM. The board at Quick Lube said last call is 30 minutes prior (5:30) to closing which is 6 PM. What a frustrating experience and waste of time for a loyal and paying customer.

So convenient! Expedient service. Lots of seating areas. Complimentary options available!?! Makes an oil change more enjoyable to be able to sit outside or inside.

I started using their services in Sept of 2012. Ive never gone anywhere else since then. I am grateful to have a place to take my car where I trust the staff and the quality of their work. Bravo! One less thing to worry about.

They need to change the name because there is nothing quick about that place. Brought my car in for an oil change and took over an hour and a half. Nobody offered water it was a horrible experience. Wont be coming back here and Id advise you to stay away as well.

Brought my 2018 Altima 2.5 S here at this Quick Lube for 5k mile oil change and was greeted politely and advised my car requires synthetic oil and price is $59.95 but few days earlier I contacted Nissan of Elk Grove Service Dept and spoke with 2 different reps and they both advised me the price for synthetic oil for my car is $52.95. Not sure why the price was different both places since Quick Lube is owned by Nissan of Elk Grove but after explaining the guy at Quick Lube about price difference between Service dept and them he was able to match it to $52.95 +tax which came up to $55.48. Still a bit pricey compared to Future Nissan and Nissan of Sacramento who is cheaper by atleast $10 for synthetic and regular oil change. But other than that the oil change was done fairly quick. Giving 4 stars because dirty oil hand marks was visible on hood near the hood latch area and price.

I came in unsure of whether or not I would leave with a car that same day but Darian was a great help. He was very friendly,as were all the other sales associates. It was a great buying experience and the financing/paperwork was done very fast. I would definitely recommend coming here If your looking to buy.

Bought our 2015 Rogue on 2/13/18 at the Nissan dealership with no visible scratches anywhere. I went here for the first time a few months after getting our vehicle. After the car wash, I went home to dry it more and wax it. Thats when I noticed all the scratches on my doors and the hood. My heart was racing so bad I wanted to punch something. Will never go back here again. NEVER!

I went to the Elk Grove Nissan Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and as I was walking to my car I notice 3 large scratches on the hood. I told the technician that they hadn’t been there before I brought the car here and they said they would fix it. They claimed that the car had gotten scratched while they were washing it. After I got home I noticed that you could still see marks from the buffing they did. I am very unhappy with their service as these marks on my new 2018 rogue could have entirely avoided with the proper care necessary when handling another persons vehicle. I will not be returning for their services ever again.

Would have been more stars if they didnt upsale so damn hard. If someone says no thank you and they know what they want leave it alone!!

They broke my oil pan drain plug, fixed it with a helicoil and didnt bother to inform me of what happened. I should have known something was up when it took so long. Wasnt discovered till the next oil change, of course. Not recommended. Dishonest.

Only one car ahead of me and they still took over 2 hrs. My car was ready when I came back from looking around and the techs did not bother to tell me it was ready until I approached and asked if my car was ready! My car had been ready for over 45 minutes. Bad customer service! Will never return!!!

I dont use the Quick Lube here I use the free car wash because it comes with a purchase of my new Nissan Rogue so at least once a week Im there at the carwash however the lube shop next door is always busy so they must be doing something right
