So far not impressed. Bought new tires and wheels had to be rebalanced. Still not happy even after it was done. Does not feel like a smooth drive.
The two ladies working today were great and even work on my truck while answering the phone and making appointments for service. We all need good service but it is hard to find one good hand you have two Tenaya Ma and Stephanie Johnson these two ladies made me feel like I was the only one in the shop.

Showed up at 3:45pm before closed(5pm )to be told they couldn’t do a oil change. I was in a bind, I had a trip the next day. They were no help and rude about it. Also blamed it on covid. Stephanie was so rude. I don’t post negative stuff but customer service was horrible. Went to United oil up the street for great service on Sunday and was done in 30 minute! Will not use firestone ever again!!!!!
The best anyone can imagine in Customer Service. This company exceeded all expectations of quality. After my visit yesterday I would never think of going anywhere else to get my car taken care of . Thank you to Chris he was wonderful and the technician did a great job as well . I am so very pleased. When I got in my car to drive away I was amazed in the difference. Plus they found things wrong with my vehicle that I would have never known was wrong unless a deep check was done like the technician did. As many places that I have gone to not one person told me about a particular problem with my vehicle like this store did. Best ever

I am from 7hrs away and needed tires last minute and today is SUPER BOWL SUNDAY of all days! Stephanie answered, got my info and got me in an hour before they closed. They had the correct tires, great social distancing practice, the restroom was clean, and everyone was very accommodating.10/10 experience here!
I love the customer service but they have a tendency to try and charge for things that are under warranty from previous work. Ive caught mistakes a couple times in the past. Other than that they do good work and I really like all the people Ive dealt with there
What a Joke. No greeting when I walked through door, I had to ask for assistance. Then I was told they could not service my vehicle being they were to busy. Lol no cars in the bays, techs standing around. Nice location but there is probably a good reason theyare not busy.

So usually I get my oil change and tire alignment done at the same time, except this last time they told me I have to schedule different app for both, so I go ahead and do that, I come to the appointment and I was couple of min late so I called them on my way there to let them know, I get there and then told me that I hecho to leave my truck there over night because they put me down as a walk in, so what’s the point of making and appointment!
Poor communication, but service was as expected. Nothing tragic. Not likely to return though.
Patrick, Christian, and the team at this Firestone location provide a great customer experience. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Doesn’t hurt that there are a bunch of fast food joints and a Starbucks nearby to enjoy while you wait for the work to get done.
I have been using this facility for few years and have had lot of work done and including life time wheel alignments on all my vehicles.Recently 1 on my car was making scretching noise from rear wheels and I took it in for diagnosing. I was told that I need to change all tires, rear shocks and total costs was more than $4800. I thought of getting second opinion and took the car to dealer. They told me that the rear brakes needed to be changed as there some hardware in the brake was broken. I paid over $600 for labor and parts which fixed the noise issues.I tool car back to Firestone for allignments and told them of the noise was from rear brakes and new ones fixed the issues. Firestone then proceeds to tell me that brakes I had replaced was installed by them and had lifetime warranty on the hardware.So much for Firestones diagnostics, I spent so much time running around and more than $600 that Firestone should have fixed it for free under warranty.Really disappointed!
Love the staff there. They are very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I get my alignment done there but when my tires needs replacing I will buy it through them.
I came to get a wheel alignment. I was a little sad I had to leave my car all day and the next appointment wasnt until the following week but I got over it and caught an Uber home with my baby. Of course they called me with extra repairs. Luckily it was something I knew I needed, new tires. Overall Im happy with my alignment, tires, and the customer service I received.
I came in to buy a tire to replace a flat, and have them install it back on the car and put the spare back on the tire spare mount. Made an appointment as they were busy. The paperwork and the front person specifically told them to do what is stated. Came home to still have the spare on the vehicle and the good tire on the spare tire mount. Now, I have to go back at their convenience for their mistake. They need to own up and prioritize.

My wife dropped off her car here on 06/18 (Thursday) at about 8am. They were to perform a diagnostic on Thursday so they can address the issue on Friday. They specified that they could not start the Diagnostic on Thursday but that they would perform it first thing Friday morning and contact my wife at 10AM with an update.Friday at around 10:30 we still had not received an update regarding the car so we decided to call them to see what the hold up was. According to their automated response, the store was temporarily closed with no real information as to what or why.There was a prompt to call another store that was close by to that area, so I did. I asked if they had any idea as to why that store might be closed and when they were planning to open since my wifes only form of transportation is stuck within their shop. He informed me that the store had a COVID outbreak and he didnt have any further information but supplied me with another number for more specifics.I called this number and they were surprised we hadnt received any communication in regards to this. I left some information with them and they specified that the regional manager would contact me within 48 hours. As of today, I still had not received a call regarding the issue so I decided to call it again to see if maybe I missed a call or something. They stated that there has been no updates on their end meaning no contact was attempted. I am now going on almost 96 hours without a vehicle or even some form of communication as to a resolution regarding this.On top of this, we had to take me, my wife and my son to get tested and wait 4 hours to even be administered a test.I understand this is a serious situation, but there should have been some form of communication and or apology for the inconvenience.
Amazing and friendly staff. Very professional service went with my wife for a new battery, had us in and out in about 30 minutes or so. I really liked how clean and well maintained the waiting area was. We will be using their other services in the near future. Satisfied customer.

Ohhhh boyyyyy. My wife took her 2017 kia to this lets call it rubber replacement establishment, for a simple brake job. When she recieved a call back about what needed to be done. She was told her rotors where covered in hot spots and needed to be replaced. Not just on the front but the back as well. Wanting over 1200 dollars for the entire job. Thats when i got on the line and said to juat put new pads on. And i was told they wouldnt do that. So i told them we are on our way to grab the car. Took care to a nother establishment. Was told there was no hot apots on rotor and just needed to be turned. So i gather eaither this place hires incompetent techs. Or they are trained to use scare tactics as a selling point. Whatever the case dont go here for anything pther than rubber replacement.

I do NOT trust these guys. They recommended brakes that had 4mm left. Are you kidding me?? You cannot recommend until they are down to 2mm. Their service writer needs to read the Write it Right book provided by bureau of automotive repair.
Everyone there was very nice. I went there with my sons car. Were supposed to get one or two tires. He ended up buying four tires. Andy had a warranty for the shocks I was there all day long. Thank God there was a Del Taco nearby. So I got a quesadilla and fries.

In floor alignment rack, so if your car is lowered, its not an issue here.Very competent techs, they really are very careful with the car (even though mine is over 20 years old!) Great pricing, really good warranty on the work done.
This place always does great work on our cars. We brought 3 cars in the same day. They got all the cars done quickly and all are running great now. We had oil changes, new tires, rotations, alignment and a check engine light resolved. All cars are back on the road again humming along. Thanks Firestone!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Told me my brakes were good when other places told me I needed brakes when I only need fresh brake fluid. Lifetime alignment is a great buy.

I had a 4:00 appointment to pur a tire on a rim - just 1 tire/rim. It took over 1 1/2 hours to complete this seemingly simple task. Why make an appointment if I have to wait so long? I dropped off the rim, left for an hour, and they didnt even start the repair. I will not be coming back.
Came for an oil change, the service advisor (Patrick) ends up recommending over $550 of stuff to do and most of the stuff on their recommendations dont even need to be done. My battery is only 3 years old and still under a 96 month warranty, my coolant still has another 20k before a change, and $79 for a cabin air filter? Not to mention they wanted to sell me lifetime alignment LOL. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If an unsuspecting person walked in and didnt know anything about cars, they wouldve been scammed out of $550
Would like to thank the whole crew for great customer service. My son needed a new tire immediately, but it was already 4:30 we called and were told to bring it in and they would take care of it, the front desk and tech went above and beyond in great customer service.
They do a OK job. However, be careful, sometimes, they will try to sale items and/or services that are not needed. For instance, they told us we need new brake pads, when told they replaced the brakes themselves just about a month ago, and asked them to check the computer record, the manager said, then you dont need it. If we did not need it, why we were told to get brake pads replacement??The same thing happened with radiator fluid change, they asked us to change, without looking the record that it was changed by them a month ago.A very dishonest, and unethical business. From now on, we will never go to Firestone.
Bought some Pirelli on Tirerack and had them sent here for mounting and balancing... they installed some cheapass brand tires... Ironman I think. I didnt notice until I got home. Had to go back the next day at opening, they said they wont be able to do it until noon. Went back at noon and waited another hour for them to put on my Pirelli. In the end they did offer a free oil change but what if I didnt notice the mistake right away and theyd lost my Pirelli tires in the interim. How much more time would I have lost waiting for them to order replacement tires?

Firestone complete auto care in my opinion, After shopping around and comparing prices as well as experiencing various customer service experiences by Far This place is amazing very easy going, Josh was the customer service He was laid back answered all my questions. What I appreciate about Josh and the shop is they do not try to sell you Stuff you dont Want. Now they do have a lot of services however they dont nag you about it I was asking him about their different services they are convenient and most disservices that I inquired about were comparable to other places If not cheaper. Very easy going! The shop is very clean especially the customer area doesnt smell like fumes or tires like other places do very pleasant they have coffee And T service. Today I went to 3 different places this one was the most convenient because Location is off of Cal Vine and 99 highway Right across the street from lowes . I had a good experience at big O tires prior however the price and the service here is legendary and you feel like you can call him anytime and asking questions. They are very accommodating and their work is Solid. Whatever he you on the phone Is exactly the same price you will pay. From visiting 3 other tire shops this day this one is a shop that I will stick with. I purchased 2 tires for my suburban 175 55 r 20 . Also when you call them there is A human on the other line within Few seconds longest I waited was 33 seconds.Firestone complete auto care And my future business!!! Great service once you are in the store, calling however is pointless I sat on hold for seven minutes, hung up, called and then was promptly hung up on. Called again and the phone just rang for three minutes straight. Im a patient person and all I needed was to see If they have a free slot open in the morning to replace a tire thats dangerously worn out. Its just better to show up when they open and then sit and wait.
I always get great service, they go above & beyond. Just have to have patience as there is always a line & leaving your car all day so they dont have to rush. Once had a pre-road trip check and brought up a noise my AC was making. They couldnt duplicate the problem & gave my the all clear. When my AC compressor blew in Fresno half way into my trip & in the heat of summer they called the local Firestorne had service expedited and gave me a discount on labor.
Will I go back here? No.Pros:-Reasonable prices on oil changes.-Friendly staff.-Clean environment (except for chairs).Cons:-Almost 1 1/2 hours for an oil change, yes I had an appointment. I just wish there was an option to say just change the oil, do not waste my time checking wiper blades, air filters, etc. I get it, some people like that. But for those of us that just want an oil change, just change the oil.-Chairs in waiting room were filthy. Cloth upholstery probably a poor choice.-Way too much upselling. I know this is common in this type of business but after I decline the 1st time the 2nd and 3rd attempt is just down right irritating.

Came to get a tire fix and have a bad sensor was told an hour I was here at 7am when thay open one person a head of me .....2 hours later they took the tire off the car to take a look at it.They finished they did not charge me for the flat repair and gave me a complimentary oil change their customer service is ok. But very slow would recommend dropping car off not waiting
I would take my car here again. They are fast, honest and their prices are standardized and fair. My car was fixed well and they even give you a free inspection.

Worst service experience Ive had at any Firestone. Recently took car in for one issue after $500 first visit with a guess and a hope. The second visit (spared $335) because the guess still did not correct first problem, so they did not charge me. Although they made sure to take new part off and put old part back on to ensure they received a refund for the new part. Oh and disconnected radio as a third guess for original dead battery issue.Ok, now I had to take car to another mechanic. I spent another $334 for a new starter to correct the original problem(something was draining the battery). Ok new starter on, bring car home battery dead again. Mechanic stated when new battery was put on at Firestone without replacing starter it damaged new $119 (with coupon) battery.Third visit back to Firestone, waiting to see if they will honor 5 yr warranty on new battery purchases 2 weeks ago. Oh, forgot to say when they serviced car, the $500 charge included work on front mount and wheel balance. After service when car reached 65 mph, it drove worse than before service.Now I am up to $800 on a car that has only required ince ownership oil changes, brake pads, new tires, and an alternator(4 yrs ago). All services were provided by Firestone in Bay area. I am not sure what is going on at this Firestone.Oh, all of this occurred in a 2 week period. Car will only start during 2 week period with a jump after spending $ 800. I hate to sever my relationship with Firestone but I cant afford their guessing game.

Got my tires replaced here. Very cool people and they finished the job faster then they estimated which is usually the opposite in the mechanic shops even for an oil change.

I purchased a lifetime alignment about two years ago. Everytime I go in (about 4 times now) for my alignment appointment, my car doesnt end up even leaving the parking space for 20-40 minutes. When asked why, Im told that the alignment rack is currently occupied. I thought I had an appointment?!? (

Unless u have a NEW car. Oh yeah n they will still charge u the inspection fee. They are a bit pricey, but convenient for me to drop off my car, walk home and they call me to let me know what is needed. They will tell me what time to pick up the car, how much it will cost and what parts need to be ordered.
