Overall, a great experience. I custom ordered a new M340i and our sales contact Geoff was very helpful and personable. He was not pushy and didnt try to upsell us. Just provided all of the information we needed and gave great customer service from the moment we ordered the car until we drove off the lot. I arrived at the dealer to pick up the new car and it was in the showroom with a giant red bow. Nice touch. They completed paperwork efficiently and Geoff made every effort to get us on our way quickly. 👍🏻

Customer service was okay, I had to constantly call for updates and even reach out to the claims department myself to expedite the repairs. I then get to the dealership to pick up the car and the seat was so far back I fell in, the mirrors were out of place, the “complimentary wash and vacuum” did not happen even though they stated it was “coming out of the wash” when I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, all in all I wish there was better communication and execution from the dealership

Took my 2001 325 in for final air bag recall and a long time smog issue. The recall issue went well and the service technician was also able to diagnose and repair the smog issue in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Bob, my service advisor was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Excellent service - I couldn’t be happier! The team was incredibly responsive, keep in touch throughout my service, and handled all my concerns and went the extra mile. I have a hybrid car that shuts off when I exit the vehicle which normally wouldn’t be a concern but after a long day in a parking lot, I needed to find a way to keep my AC on. Even though I came in for a different service, Trevor looked into it and found an answer by the time I came back for pickup. When I realized I needed to leave my car for servicing, hearing “don’t worry, it’s handled” was so reassuring. You just can’t beat this kind of service.

I love the customer service at this location. Originally, I get service at the Fremont location and sometimes at the Pleasanton location. However, this is my favorite dealership to bring my car in. Work completed and everything seems fine. I thought one of the points of a loaner is to show off how cool and desirable the new cars are; instead I was given a dirty, German corolla with turbo lag. Then my car was returned filthy. I guess I see BMW has a higher brand than niello.

I brought my car in for service. My service advisor was very personable and even gave me a tour of the dealership. I was told my service would take 2-2.5 hrs but it was done a lot quicker than that, about 1.5hrs. I appreciate this because I had to wait for it but the wait didnt seem long at all. I received text updates for my service so I could follow it and there was a 2 way glass window so I could follow my cars progress that way too which was so cool! Ive never been able to watch my car being serviced so I enjoyed that. I also received updates on additional things that needed service and was able to decide whether or not I wanted those addtl services done. This is genius because sometimes service centers dont ask: they perform the service and then charge you for it! But this dealer gave me the opportunity to accept or decline the addtl services. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because I really wanted a loaner car but the dealer was out :( (but its fine I guess because the wait wasnt long, I really just wanted to try out a loaner to try out the new class of BMWs lol)

Our experience with Monica was very satisfying. Having moved from San Francisco, we were looking for a BMW dealership. Elk Grove was near where we lived so we went there to inquire about the services we needed. Monica was vey friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are able to have our car serviced while we waited. This will be our place to go to service our car.

They went above and beyond to meet customer’s satisfaction. For example: I brought my I3 in for service and was told the service will take a day or two to complete. So here I am stuck at the dealership with no ride home. All bummed out. However, Trevor was able to assign me a shuttle back home to Stockton (at no cost). That’s literally 37 miles away! I was astounded. So Trevor had one of his co-worker shuttled me back home. I forgot his name. Talk white guy with the Clark Kent haircut. His Desk is next to Trevor’s and he’s from Oregon. What a cool guy. Anyways, All you other Bmw dealership need to take notes from these two guys. Outstanding customer service for real. Will definitely go back to Niello Bmw Elk Grove!

Wanting to purchase a 330i as a gift to self, I went to Niello BMW Elk Grove to test drive the car. Amir Mohabbat was expeditious in greeting us, and thank goodness because it was hot outside. I informed him that I wanted to test drive the 330i. While escorting us to the location of the 3 series, I was smitten by the X1! Amir was quick to obtain the keys and let me test drive it alone. I test drove the 335i and decided to purchase it because it was cheaper. I informed Amir my down payment amount and the desired monthly payments. He offered us water while he started the paperwork. In the mean time, I kept vacillating between the 335i and X1. It wasnt until after Amir finished that I changed my mind and decided upon the X1.
