I ordered a simple starter bolt online. Received the confirmation email right away with a message that I would receive another email when EG Subaru received the order, and when it was ready for pickup. 9 days later I get the email that the order was received, immediately followed by one that says it is ready for pickup. They clearly failed to initially process the order, but no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. My son picks up the order. Guess what I find when he gets home. Totally wrong part. Its a battery post clamp, not a start bolt.
Weve known the manager here, Kurt, for nearly 20 years now - since before he arrived at Subaru. Followed him here from his previous work site. Theyve always done a fabulous job for us on our vehicles, whether large or small. HIGHLY recommended!!!
I ordered a few parts that I couldn’t find online. Prices weren’t outrageous like some other dealers and the parts guy helped me look through the hard to read parts diagram to make sure I was ordering the right stuff. It takes me about 30 minutes to drive here, so ordering online is more convenient and time efficient, but great for those hard to find parts or if i was ordering a lot of stuff at once.

I had ordered oil change parts from Elk Grove Subaru--the order seemed delayed, so I inquired. Turned out my order was sort of in limbo--it happens-no worries. Shawn was super apologetic and overnighted it to me, along with an extra oil filter! I purchased my car here and always get parts here as well. Will always return and recommend!
